Your short rest comes to an end. You are sitting in the shrine of Tymora, with Sister Garaele quietly writing in a book to one side, keeping watch over you. It is getting late in the afternoon.
Looking at the setting sun Delmon stands up from his resting position, stretches a little bit and says, "I think it's time for us to be heading out, yes?" He grabs his maul and hefts it over his right shoulder then begins walking away from the shrine.
Nate feels focused and ready for the task at hand. He gets up and nods at Delmon "Yes, let's go. Omnia, can you show us where this path is that leads to the tunnel entrance? I agree with Delmon we should be ready in case they end up taking that way out."
Nate then follows Delmon out and waits for Omnia to lead the way. Nate will follow her as they head to the tunnel and then try and stay off to the side of the path, hidden if possible and trying to find a stakeout/recon spot.
Seeing the team start to move Brom would get up and pull out a pair of bone dice and held them in his hand his thumb rubbed against the smoothed edges.
You make your way together, through the village, then round through the field, trees and bushes, following the path the little halfling boy showed Omnia, until you all stand facing the same dark cave mouth. The tunnel leads forward to the north, and a little down; the manor itself, or rather its ruins, sit on top of a large mound, so it is likely that whatever basement, dungeon or camp lies beneath it is really not that far below ground level. Nevertheless, the tunnel is dark and ominous.
If you are proceeding down the tunnel, you will have to go single file. Please give me a marching order.
You should also assume that it is dark - it certainly looks pretty dark from where you are standing. Unless you have a light source, those without darkvision will be blinded.
Gulping, Leo is going to step towards the front of the party.
Whispering to the party, "My Elven eyes can vaguely make out the way if needs must. We could always light a torch, but that might alert others to our presence. What do you think?"
Brom moves close to the front but, seeing how narrow the passage is, decides to go a little further back.
Marching Order:
Leo Ophirinn Delmon Brom Nate Omnia
You head down into the darkness of the tunnel, following it north for about a hundred feet. The tunnel is rough-hewn; definitely not natural, and here and there on the walls you notice sconces for torches, though there are no torches present.
After a minute, you emerge into a much larger space. A cold breeze fills this large natural cavern, carrying with it the faint scent of decaying flesh. A crevasse divides the cavern and is flanked by two rough stone columns that support the twenty-foot-high ceiling. Two arched wooden bridges span the chasm. You stand at the southern tip of the cavern, the crevasse to your right. There appear to be passages leading onwards at various points, but the closest is to your left.
Brom spent the rest sitting on the ground his back against the wall, he kept quiet with his eyes closed as if he was asleep.
Brom was full health already thanks to second wind so he recovered his action surge and second wind

Leo finishes off stretching, cracks his fingers and follows Delmon.
"Let's do this."

"I'll go second then, and I could provide the light for us. I believe there aren't many of that can see in the dark"
Okay, so Leo first, Ophirinn second (cast Light I assume?). How about everyone else?
Demon will move into 3rd in line. "I'd rather have light even if we don't get a jump on them, were they to come this way."
Ophirinn casts Light on his Mace and holds it out, "Let this guide us"
"I will bring up the rear"

Leo, you can see four passageways leading out, one east, one north, two west.
Is there anything of note about any of the passageways?
I shall relate the information to the rest of the party whispering, "Any idea which way to go?"
