((Kenku 3 on the top of the stairs used its move last turn to move out of sight - away from the top stair landing - from Leol's position, he would figure the kenku moved down a hallway on the second level. At the start of his turn, Leol doesn't see Kenku 3 or 4 at all, only kenku 1 in front of Grykham is visible. Do you want to change your action with this clarification?))
The two kenku that were at the top of the stairs are nowhere to be seen, though you hear a few bumps and knocks upstairs. The kenku that just dropped is unconscious, thanks to Leol's use of non-lethal force.. Grykham neels down and pats the body of the kenku, checking his pockets. ((Gryk - roll investigation please))
Grykham searches the kenku. In his pocket, he finds a rag smelling of old turpentine and covered in yellow paint. He also finds 5 silver pieces and a common key. The kenku is breathing raggedly and completely unconscious.
As Priscilla creeps toward the stairs, a flash of light catches her eye from the area under the stairs. She leans left and right looking between the crates and sees a door concluding there must be a storage area beneath the stairs. As her eyes slide down the door, she catches a glimpse of a tiny hand mirror being pulled back through the gap between the door and the floor.
Grykham notes the rag but leaves it. He pockets the key and the silver pieces and then straightens up.
He looks around for some rope to tie the bird up. If he finds some he'll tie it up and ties the rag in its mouth to keep it quiet.
He mutters to Leol, "Should just killed it straight up in a fair fight. Now we got to leave the thing left behind us. I don't like it. And they know we are here as the others at the top of the stairs are gone."

Leol’s firebolt flies around Grykham and lands on the same side of the kenku’s earlier injury knocking him unconscious.

Grykham kicks the body of the kenku over and then checks it for valuables and clues.
Priscilla holds her shot so she can fire at the Kenku left if it doesn't acquiesce
