Abraxas looks to his left and right. "Does it seem likely we can go around? Probably not," he says. He tries to estimate how well traveled the bridge and the approach to it are (Survival:20). Has anyone been here recently? If not, how long has it been?
Harmony was very surprised to see the 'river' of lava in the chasm with a bridge going across to a wooden wall and a guardhouse on their side. Then she heard Aisha ask if this is from their dreams, shaking her head. "The dream involved water, the chasm is supposed to be empty and certainly not near what looks like a possible village. But I could check to see if the lava is real or not though." she had then said back, wondering if there is anyone even in that village over there.
Jove will command Caiphon to search up ahead, seeing through his eyes as far out as he can. Caiphon will fly a bit closer to the lava to see if heat is coming off of it, then he will go to investigate the guardpost structure, seeing if anyone is inside or if there are remnants of anyone being there. He is invisible the entire time.
At the campsite, Aisha tests the wyvern corpse's defenses. The head would certainly be unwieldy, but with another person to help bear the load, the weight seems manageable. Taking her dagger to its neck, she finds its natural armor sturdy, but not indefensible. It would take some time to do it properly, but beheading the creature shouldn't be much trouble.
There is nothing of any edible substance along the journey the following day. If there is any food growing on Vandyr, you have yet to see it.

Caiphon flies ahead as Abraxas studies the area. It is very difficult to tell in the rocky landscape, but some of the moss nearer to the bridge has definitely been disturbed judging by its pattern, and it was likely recently.
For Jove:
There is definitely heat from the lava that Caiphon feels as he approaches the small structure. From the outside, there doesn't appear to be much to it. There looks to be room for perhaps a half dozen human-sized creatures, and the only furnishing within is a couple of chairs, and a small trunk made of wood.
Aisha sighs, as it seems either this isn't the place of their visions, or they weren't quite catching her hint. She was glad the familiar was taking a look at things, hoping it could identity 'what type of humanoids, which would make Aisha think to do just that... She would look at the ground, around anything that looked like a typical path... and studied the area around it. Looking for signs of passage that would indicate Humans... Beasts... or elves.... might have been in the area recently, that weren't part of their group. (Favored Enemy Survival Human/Elf/Beast 18) to identify as much as she could from such things.
Tsavi would prowl around, keeping an eye out for things coming up behind them, or after the night before.. above them (Perception 16)
After which.... Aisha would then extend her senses....Closing her eyes and reaching out... to the world itself..... With her Primeval Awareness.... to sense if any of the types of beings are within a mile of her or the party. Staying there for the full minute.. in case they wandered in or out in that time....
And once that was all done.. she would look for a high place... Such as a tall rock, hill, or tree like structure, and attempt to climb it and would scan the area around them visually... but her primary focus... was trying to see if she could spot any other villages or such things in the area... or spot anything similar to what the party had described from their visions anywhere nearby. (Investigation of area: 15)
Jove recalls his companion, and scratches his head when he returns. "There are a half dozen creatures in there, all humanoid...ish. Couldn't really get a good look. The lava is also real. Do we want to take them out or sneak by or ask for a bathroom? Personally, a bathroom wouldn't be such a bad thing right now."
“ Allies are more useful than enemies,“ Abraxas says. “I’m sure any guards that might be there are often asked about facilities. I think that’s a good approach.“
Harmony waited for Jove's familiar to check everything out, seeing them come back. She listened as Jove told them that there are six creatures, humanoid in there and how the lava is real, questioning if they should take them out, sneak by, or ask for a bathroom. Then she had heard Abraxas, nodding back in agreement. "Yeah, let's go talk with them first. Maybe they're friendly!" she had said back to them, smiling happily. But she saw as Aisha had went off, wondering what she was doing.

Approaching the guardhouse, Abraxas looks beyond it, hoping to perceive the safety of the bridge: 16. Does it look like it will crumble bencher them? "It might be useful," he says, " to rope ourselves together."
The bridge seems sturdy to Abraxas from a glance, and well-constructed.
It is also difficult for Aisha to find signs of passage in these surroundings, but she does discover a few prints in the area from humanoid, but clawed, bare feet. She hears no sounds of warning from T'savi as the panther scouts the area. Using her awareness, she detects the presence of dragons and elementals within range. Looking for high ground, she spots a crag a short distance away that could provide a better vantage point (OOC: It will take some time to reach the crag and ascend to its peak, just want to confirm before I have Aisha move away from the party for that time).
Harmony had heard Abraxas, agreeing with him as that sounded like a good idea. But then she saw Jove start to cross, surprised and quickly took his arm to pull him back. "Let's rope ourselves together first, just to be safe." she had said back. Since she didn't have any rope, she would leave Abraxas or someone else with rope to do it.
Abraxas, having suggested the rope, realizes that he doesn't have any.
He will ask around among the party. If no one has rope, he will extend his staff as far in front of him as he can and, tapping it against the surface of the bridge as he goes, make his way across.
Aisha will ask T'savi to bite into Harmony's clothing.. not to tear it but.. just in case the worst happens to add some extra strength to it should something happen. While Aisha stowed her bow away. Perhaps this village was simply abandoned.... or perhaps there were beings lurking in the shadows... the latter seemed more likely to her. That or she was becoming paranoid... Aisha considered praying to her catlord but... reconsidered.. asking for too much too often ... often led to too little in return and thus abstained. Aisha did however keep an eye ahead of Jove, on the off-chance anything might catch her eye.. movement wise (using her passive) and as much as Aisha wished to press forward... she held back... sating her curiosity in another way. Hey .. Harmony.... Aisha wishes nyot to cause you to worry about past events but... the frriends of the mage from the goblin place..... you all said you were atatcked by somehting... and sealed the door... Aisha as far as she knows... explored the entirre area..... except there... do you think.. maybe... her frriends had been abducted by those whom assaulted you?
OOC: Barty, how is the door sealed? If Aisha wants., perhaps Caiphon can open it from a distance and the rest of us can blast whatever is inside before it gets a chance to turn on us.

Abraxas waits, patiently considering studying Find Familiar. It seems so useful, he thinks.

OOC: There's some confusion here, there are not any humanoids within the structure currently - "there looks to be room for a half a dozen humanoids".

OOC: I misinterpreted about the humanoids. Apologies.
"I think we could cross the bridge. It is constructed for a reason, right? That would be a heck of a trap to construct just to mess with intruders."
Unless anyone says otherwise, Jove begins to cross the bridge.
