Taysia would immediately whip the look of suspicion off her face and smile awkwardly. "Oh! Umm... I'm just here with Lady Delanra.. to offer assistance!" After she had come up with something to say, her smile would become more confident and beaming. 

(I don't know if she needs to make a deception check, because she isn't technically lying.. so I'll do both) Persuasion +5/Deception +3: 3 (so either 8 or 6.. :/)

The Lord nods a bit, focusing back on Lady Delanra, seeming to disregard Taysia. "I know where I'll be going, a following won't be needed. You should make your way to the Mayor's Manor--or the Legion."

Make Perception checks, Taysia and Delanra.

Ember will slowly attempt to creep past Saborin while Taysia and Delanra distract with conversation. The intentions are merely to get inside and check for anything suspicious or dangerous.

Meanwhile, Amnesty will help lead the way to the Mayors mansion, periodically checking on the unconscious until they arrive at the door. She will give it a (harder than attended) knock and wait tensely.

We need to get these two off the streets and get ourselves somewhere we can rest and be safe. Tomorrow, I intend to tear this town apart and destroy this Blackbound group. 

Folwyn will gently set Anvin's unconscious body next to the door. He'll then toss the devil on the ground hard, and put a foot on his chest to make sure he doesn't go anywhere (he's still manacled). He'll roll his shoulders and stretch a bit while waiting for the door to open.

Once we question him, by all means  He says to himself, not even really trying to hide it at this point as he is so tired.

Perception.... 19 !

Taysia notices something only visible from very up-close. It shouldn't be strange, but somehow holds an odd importance, it seems. The Lord's eyes are purple. Unnaturally so, as if they weren't recently.

Someone opens the door. You see a figure in a nightcloak, a strange mix between a bathrobe and a cloak, hunched over a bit, with an old, wrinkled face and a bald head with a short dark grey beard. Their eyes are dark. They have a gravelly voice, hoarse sounding. "What in the name of--" the figure begins, and then sees Anvin, and rushes to him. "My poor son. What have you done to him?"

It is at this point that Ikor comes to consciousness. Not moving, you simply notice him stirring.

Amnesty looks at the man before giving a quick glance at Ikor. "We have had a very long night. It seems that someone or something attacked your son on his way to the authorities. May we come inside? I'm afraid it may not be safe out here." She thinks for a second before looking at the two captured men. "Also. Do you have a room we can lock these two in temporarily?"

"Oh, yes, um, of course," the figure leads you into a very large dark wooden foyer. "And as for them...temporarily, I suppose the cellar would work just fine. Very secure and guarded." Then the figure straightens. "I'm the Mayor, it's a pleasure to meet you."

Amnesty extends her hand to him and nods. "Amnesty. How secure is your cellar? And I apologize from this happening all of a sudden. I can help care for Anvin if you request..." She ducks her head a little humbly.

(Has Ember managed to get past Saborin and into his home?)

"Anvin should be fine with a little rest, his wounds have been stabilized"

Ember has successfully gotten into the house, into a small living room that branches off to the kitchen, a closed office door, a bedroom, and a few other non-visible rooms. What would you like to do?

The Mayor nods. "Ah, alright. And I assure you, no one could get in there save for the Black Sparrow himself. No place is safe from him."  There is suddenly a faraway look in his eyes.

Thoradin storms into the cellar looks for a nice comfy place and tosses Ikor to the ground. "Ye seem to have a minor demon problem mayor. They be comin into this town doin whate'er they please and such."

Ember will sneakily look around for anything suspicious or dangerous as instructed. 

Perception: 11

Amnesty notes the look but nods. "That should work then... Shall we take Anvin upstairs to a room to rest? Get his side of the story later?" She glances at the half unconscious manacled figures. "And these two tied to something in the cellar?"

The Mayor sighs. "Oh, I'm aware of our problem. Ever since the darn Black Sparrow showed up...his minions have paraded around on their new home turf. And not just here, all across the Symphradyn Empire, and in the Krenkoria, even! Their leader's mysterious...no one knows the name. And as for my boy, yes, that would be wonderful, thanks."

Ember sees a note perched on top of a cabinet, and you can see it is addressed to the Mayor.

Folwyn will pick up the devil and drag him to the cellar, following Thoradin and Ikor. He will look for something to clasp the manacles around to secure the devil to something, then lean his Glaive at an angle using his foot as a wedge. This way should the devil move, it would end up impaling itself. 

Ember will further look at the note, remaining as hidden as possible. Probably sending some signal to Amnesty.

Amnesty nods and crosses her arms. "Is there anything we could do about it? Maybe use those two for leads?" At Embers signal, Amnesty will take Fionns hand suddenly and mutter quickly. "Excuse me for a second."

Fionn carries Anvin upstairs  (once Amnesty is "back")

The note reads:

Mayor,

I'd like to inform you that I've sent a request to King Estok and the High Crown of Krenkoria for approval on a new movement I am choosing to advance, on ending the ban of Cheresks. I've spent some time with them, and through experience, have learned they have not sinned, but only we have, and that we must address the cruelty we show these magnificent creatures. I hope that you will advance the movement by sending a recommendation to the  King, and passing an end on the ban inside the city limits, at least. Klaus isn't what you think, he's a genius, dealing with the creature and how he does it. We should strive to be more like him.

The Mayor looks puzzled at what Amnesty previously said. "I mean, we've tried to exterminate them, but...they're just...it's very difficult."

After a quick communication with Amnesty, Ember will continue to explore and look around suspiciously.
