Ryner puts down the wolf again, and runs around the river bend to attack the other wolf (W1) with his long sword. If he can't reach the wolf with his movement, he'll just fire another E. Blast.
Seeing the first wolf round the corner on the path ahead, Ander throw's his readied javelin while calling the beast onwards. Sighting a second lupine form on the heels of the first, the resolved paladin hopes that his allies are prepared for the charge.
[OOC] Ander's ready javelin attack vs W1 as it rounds the corner ahead: Attack: 7 Damage: 8
Also, would Salazar and Ryner get both readied attack actions and Salazar get an AoO vs the wolves as they charge past their positions?

Anders readied attack misses, likely due to misjudging the wolfs speed as it was pushed along by the water.
(And no, normal AOO's are only if a target willingly goes past an enemies space, in this case, it was being swept along with the current since they both failed their saves. Plus timign wise, he was in the middle of avoiding being swept away so he was mid leap to the side)
(Same would generally be the case for any forced movement such as Thunderwave, but not something like Dissonant Whispers which is "technically" willing movement.)
"That was traumatizing, to say the least!"Salazar wades his way over to K15, brushing off as much water and debris he could from his cloak. Remembering Ander's words on the way, but seeing the way cut off by wolves, he mutters something along the lines, "Knew it wouldn't work," underbreathe before rolling back his sleeves only for the soggy things to slop back into place. Even so, he breaks out a large portion of his ration jerky and bacon from his pockets -- for those long moments of studying -- and starts waving it towards them alongside some whistles.
"C'mere boys! C'mon! Got some treats for you. Nice hare jerky right here! No need to be all bitey." He calls out to them, whistling now and then. He avoid speaking goblin if the beasts look as underfed as the others. But if not, he does so.

The 'flood!' event doesn't interfere with anyone's turn. it happens between turns as it's own thing.
Essentially the course of events was thus - Goblin spots you, Dies for it's efforts. This alerts the denizens of the cave area above. S-Goblin looks down, is attacked but unharmed. Alerts the upper denizens of the enemies below, and tosses flask.
Fire. Ryner attacks, misses.

Water sweeps down. Targets in path of flood: Ryner(indirectly), Salazar, W1 and W2.
