Having rolled clear of the rocks, Arnnon instinctively draws his swords, as he turns to face the undead he swipes with his blades towards the head of one of the creatures:

Arnnon lashes out with his short swords, cutting deeply into the first zombie. It falls and tries to get back up ignoring the damage done to its form. DC 14 cons save..... 6

It groans one more time and is finally still

Using Arnnon as a distraction, I'll sidestep to engage the second zombie and try to take his head off with my rapier!

The rapier goes in through the neck and tears out a chunk of the throat. If he wasn’t already dead this guy would be well on his way to meet the maker gods. Unfortunately he doesn’t need his throat anymore. 

The zombie is bartered but still able to function

Othronus faces off to the surviving zombie and raises his hands, fire leaping from his fingertips towards the undead creature as it reels from the rapier strike.

Attack: 14 Damage: 3

The fire kicks at the undead flesh. Peeling it back but it sputters put before being able to fully take hold. The zombie continues to groan and gnash its teeth at Lugnutz

Lugnutz steps in, shoves the zombie back and uses the distance created to casually shatter some skull

Attack: 13 Damage: 10

Dc 15 con save for zombie to remain standing. 6

Nope. Lugnutz smashes the skull and remaining brain matter of the zombie and it slumps down dead. 

Scanning around you don’t see any more immediate threats and that from the bloody altar you see two tunnels. One heads north the other heads south. 

The flaming torch is still alight but sputtering on the floor where it was dropped by Arnnon

Othronus picks up the torch and, having no need of it, passes it back Arnnon. He wanders to each tunnel in turn and peers down them.

(What can I see in the first 60ft?)

I say we go South

You can see the one the south opens into cave but cannot see into it and the one to the north bends after about 30 ft and you are unable to see around the corner from where you are

This narrow passage is about ten feet high in most places, with rough, irregular walls. Protruding spurs on the walls are coated in dried blood.

Eventually this natural passage widens out:

The star-shaped cavern ahead has many clefts in its walls. Only two, across the cavern, seem large enough to traverse. Three zombies lurch about the area. One is costumed like a bear, another is dressed as a lady in a frilly dress and thick makeup, and the last is costumed as a jester with jingling bells on its collar and sleeves.

Well hellooooooo good looking! The one in the frock is mine!

The three zombies slowly head in your direction. The lady lurches drunkenly in tandem with the jester and the bear shuffles forward on all fours
