DC15 DEX save: 1 Good enough for me. The last shambling mound crumbles, the way out from this dead end now clear. You can either now enter from the North, East, or Southsiiiiddeee. This way was a dead end.
“Well, that way was a stupid choice. My bad. Looks like our path forward truly isn’t defined in my playing cards! How ‘bout someone else decide which way we go next?”
Nik Nak shrugs. "My method's spinning in a circle with my eyes closed and we go through whichever one my pointing finger is closest to," she says cheerfully.
Misha nods thoughtfully and sagely. "Hm."she hm's. "While both of those ideas are very clever and thoughtful.."she says, thinking really hard, then she shrugs. "Misha hef nothing. Usually go where there ees devils and demons."
Jill doesn't really have a method for choosing which way they should go, outside of just picking a direction and going with it, which is fitting, considering that she's been a vagabond for the last four years. "How about north?"

While a good idea, the brambles are too high for someone large to look over. Plus it's a big jumbled mess and would be hard to discern even if you could look outward and beyond.
You guys exit the way you came and decide to try the north entrance. 4
Another dead end. There is a drow female here at the end of the path, her flesh impaled by hungry vines and her face twisted in an expression of horror. She is dead. Around her chest is a small backpack, hanging loosely.
Meep studies the figure for a minute before waving her hand slightly. Three balls of energy emerge from her and she launches them at the head, torso, and base of the vines skeptically while remaining a safe distance away.

If there is no response to her attacks, Meep will slowly inch forward, shield spell at the ready, as she looks for any other dangers.
The body accepts the impacts and with no other unusual effect, acting just like a dead body would. The vines crumble away and nothing else happens. From what you can tell, the drow is really dead with no other detectable trickery.
You are in possession of a large leathery satchel. It is in decent shape, has a little wear and tear, but otherwise is made of very nice material. You can't tell if anything is inside the bag, however.
A massive tentacle lashes out of the bag and wraps itself around your waist with a grip and strength that seems unnatural. Inside the bag is a maw of a million teeth, as if looking down into a monstrous gaping maw of some extra-dimensional creature. It pulls you in violently.
If you wish to not be eaten alive, make a DC15 STR check to try to hold on to the opening of the bag. If you pass, someone can pull you out of the bag with a DC20 STR check. If two people assist pulling you out, you can make the check at advantage.
Misha looked at Jill and Amelia and zee Gorf struggle. Meep was completely panicking and Jeel was doing her best to pull her out with Amelia. Whatever creature was inside was too big and had a firm grip around the forg. So, Misha made an instinctive decision. She held Jill's arm and gave her a look that was filled with a soft smile. Before Jill or Amelia could say a word, Misha dove in and grabbed Meep and pulled them both INTO the bag. With a loud arcane pop, both of them were gone, and the bag dropped limply to the floor.
Alright.

She pats them reassuringly on the shoulder.
