@Dm Still not sure what I'm doing or where I' at in this adventure but here is a roll if you need it.
You make it past the guards into the castle and join Sarah. Max will have his go with some Guidance

Max and Osso join Sarah it the priest's quarters. How do you want to do this
Option 1
Knocking a Creature Out
Sometimes an attacker wants to incapacitate a foe, rather than deal a killing blow. When an attacker reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee attack, the attacker can knock the creature out. The attacker can make this choice the instant the damage is dealt. The creature falls unconscious and is stable.
A knockout might work. Does it require combat or can we just have Thomas sneak attack him to knock him out? None of us have proficiency in Intimidation, as far as I know.

You have to hit him in combat but you have a chance to surprise him and get a free round. Remember, you are in his quarters.
Alright, then my vote is to try to intimidate him first and then, if that fails, try to subdue him. If we go with that the intimidation roll is below. Sarah will roll with advantage for all the serious dudes looking serious all around her. If that succeeds, then she'll charm away. Combat roll with her trusty bow is below that if need be.
OOC - Krivoi: an invisible lump. You should have advantage, at least, from being unseen.
Once the last infiltrator has made it inside, Thomas casts the spell on himself and follows. He maintains the invisibility spell after letting the group know he is with them, and has Gamliel keep a sharp eye out while they influence the priest. Looking around the quarters with his familiar's help, he sees if there is anything of interest.
“Can you tell me the difference between a witch and a wizard?" "Sure, a wizard is what they call you when they want to hire you, and a witch is what they call you when they're getting ready to run you out of town.” SunWolf replied ― Barbara Hambly, The Witches of Wenshar
George and the Mayor's Own crawl to within a few short meters of the gate and hold position, waiting for the gate to drop from the inside before they spring from hiding and rush the guards.
If there are horses in the stables the monofilament will not do - they are too precious.
Instead he will just shoot and scoot (He now has combat style that gives him a +2 for ranged weapons).
OCC Can he just pretend he is a lump on a rolling log?
As Aleister comes in through the castle gate his mind wanders to thoughts of monofiliments and horses. The two guards at the entry look at each other "What was that? I swear I hear footsteps."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
When she is certain the priest is alone, she steps out with her companions at her side. Breaking the invisibility, she steps into view of the priest, face hard.
"A moment of your time, father? In private of course," Sarah says, the threat an edge of steel in her voice.
Her companions gently guide the priest into his quarters and Sarah locks the door. There she casts the spell. She apologizes the the priest for the fuss but she's concerned for the future days as she's heard rumors of unrest. She's been asked to check with the inhabitants of the castle to make sure all is well.
She wants to know if all is well within the castle and it's lord. How many men are on duty and in his opinion are they are watchful? What does he know of security that others might overhear? Are the lord's quarters guarded well according to the priest and other men and he's watched over too, right? How does he rate the security of the castle overall? Anything he thinks needs to be improved? Has anything unusual has happened that he's noticed?

She wants to know if all is well within the castle and it's lord. "Sir Pedro is well" How many men are on duty and in his opinion are they are watchful? "Sixty five men and they are serving God and the Protectorate well." What does he know of security that others might overhear? "I don't understand the question." Are the lord's quarters guarded well according to the priest and other men and he's watched over too, right? "Yes" How does he rate the security of the castle overall? "I am a man of God not of arms but it seems efficient." Anything he thinks needs to be improved? Has anything unusual has happened that he's noticed? "The captives have been moved on so the castle is back to routine."
"I am very glad things seem efficient. How often has Lord Pedro set his guard rotation to be relieved and how many men? We have standards to maintain as part of the PPA, after all. Also, the guard on the walls... how often does it change? Too long on watch and the men's watchfulness fades. Has there been any indication of disloyalty or... reservations amongst the castle's inhabitants? I'm sure the Lord Protector will be pleased the prisoners have been sent onwards. Which route was taken and were precautions to guard them taken?"
In anticipation of the assault on the gate, Aleister will find a quiet corner of darkness near the gate and makes ready to cast 'Fog Cloud' on said gate as soon as the feces approaches Don Quixote's giant. (Shite whacks the windmill)

The guards are three shifts and are rotated through different posts every 4 hours to keep them from becoming stale.
The McKenzie prisoners are being taken to Baron Gervais by his household troops
OOC: OK I am with sarah and I have rolled stealth. Thank you for the info. @GKnightBC

If you are using the variant rule that intimidation can be rolled with your strength, then I am proficient in intimidating
That’s fine. Sarah was scary, can you do better.
Now the question is how do you get the priest into a situation where you can put the frighteners on him?
Wait for him in his room or when he's alone the chapel.
Aleister will work with the stealth group.

What do you do Aleister?
He's in the chapel puttering around.

Freeze. Become stone, think stone, breathe like stone, stone, stone, stone, nothing but stone here.
Turning his face away and into his shoulder, Aleister whispers (using Druidcraft) and creates the smell of a skunk - radius of 5'
Panic is a mechanism that strengthens the gene pool.
The guards catch a whiff of skunk and decide to move to outside of the gate.
