OOC: Eek, that's some damage but did the creature roll at a disadvantage for the hit? Also, she has 10 HP from AoA. So, assuming the roll was at disadvantage, she and Granny will take 13 damage before damage resistance kicks in.
No disadvantage because it can 'see' in the dark. No to the rest of it. Damage resistance halves the damage then comes the temporary hit points 47/2 = 23. Granny takes 23 and goes down, you take 13 (23-10)
