Wakka grounded his teeth in frustration at the sight in front of him before mentally forcing himself to relax and take a deep breath. "That's probably a good idea Genren. Maybe we should split up? Half to higher ground, half come with me to search for survivors?"
Perkas converses with the others about their adventures on the 10 mile hike to Leilon Point. When she surveys the damage she shakes her head, bits of green underneath her brown can be seen as she "tsk Tsk tsks" with her tongue. Feeling a hand on her shoulder she responds " I don't like this either. And aquatic ones? Think it has ta do with the dragon that youngling was yammerin on about? Maybe we best look at the shore as well after we talk to some folks. I don't know 'bout splittin up just yet. Maybe that house over there might be a good starting point."
She walks around the burned and destroyed areas trying to make sense in her mind of it on her way over to the house labeled Head house. 'Why would they destroy food, wouldn't someone want to take it for themselves? Food is food...everyone's gotta eat'
You arrive at Leilon Point in the early afternoon after a four-hour walk. The brick building sits atop the highest point (SW on the map), and the Head House is the first building you come to as you travel from the NE corner of the along the path.
(Need to know who's going where and what you're doing there =)
Ronkur Joins in with the merry band of adventurers, chatting quietly with Hal as they walk north.
As the devastation of the village opens before them the gnome traces a rune on the back of his gauntlet, summoning his full suit of armor and leaping into the sky to survey the damage.

"Well that's... unexpected." Wakka commented to no one in particular as the gnome seemingly transformed and launched into the air. After staring at them for a moment, he'd eventually cup is hands to amplify his voice and call out "See anything unusual from above?"

Perkas would be walking over to the main house with attempting to climb up on anything to look inside windows or if hats not an option just straight up knocking on a door. Trying to get a sense of why this is the main house if no one answers the door

Genren would stay within 45ft of the main group but head closer towards where the beach is, stealthily scanning for signs of tracks. He’ll go a little bit closer if needed or if he finds something but will not enter the actual beach.
Wakka followed along behind Perkas to the Head House and circled the building to see if there was anything of note. Assuming he wasnt attacked or found it trapped, he would then carefully enter the building.
Tallow shrieks with excitement as he watches Ronkur jump in the air. A darkness passes over his face as a he processes what he heard. "Perkas, did you say they destroyed the food?!?! We need to kill whoever did this. They all need to burn."
Ronkur jumps into the air, somehow floating above the town! He sees nothing and nobody moving about - just the destruction from above. And smoke coming out of some of the chimneys...perhaps there are villagers in the houses?
Perkas, Wakka, Tallow and Manfred head to the Head House. Wakka finds the door locked or barred. When Perkas calls out, the group hears a shaky male voice respond, "Are you the Leilon Guard?" (One of this group give me a Persuasion check. Another of this group my Aid if they have proficiency in Persuasion, giving the first person Advantage on their roll =)
Genren stays within 50' of the main group, only getting as far as the trees and the hill to the south and still 50' away from the path to the beach. He does see lots of tracks, some appear to be regular boot prints heading towards the beach, but many more look like they are webbed with claws (or really long toenails...)
(I’m going to go another 20ft or so, can I use the same rolls or roll again?)
You can head another 20 feet south towards the beach, but you'll lose sight of the group behind the hill and trees. You'd need to roll Survival to learn anything more from the tracks.
"We're with the adventurer's guild there and here to help. They asked us to investigate after rumors of attacks by aquatic beings were reported in the area. Can you open the door and let us know what happened here?"
Ronkur drops from the sky almost as fast as he went up, his cleverly designed broom of flying based disks reattaching to the back of his boots as he landed.
'Looks like there's smoke coming out of chimneys there, there, and there' he punctuates his direction by punching his fist towards where he saw signs of life.
Head House: You hear a series of bars and chains being moved, and the door opens slowly to reveal a nervous elderly human. He looks at the group, nods his head, and says, "My name is Marciano Belta, and I'm the headman of Leilon Point. Usually I only have to settle minor disputes and keep order, a relatively easy job. Then, a tenday ago, a band of green-scaled monsters with finned heads appeared out of nowhere on the eastern edge of town and began burning fields and killing animals. The attack stopped almost as soon as it began." He stops and gauges your reaction to the story so far before continuing.
"Well, I sent word to Leilon for help after the first attack, but more raids followed. There was one attack each day at a different time from a different direction. With every attack the shark people destroyed more property. Seven days ago, some of the fishers in the town took weapons and their boats to Salt Cave to see if the raiders were in the caves. The fishers have not returned." At this point, Marciano shakes his head and looks down at the ground, the apparent loss threatening to overwhelm him. But he manages one more piece of information before his voice completely chokes off. "Five days ago, I ordered everyone in Leilon Point to remain inside until further notice and wait for help to come from Leilon. We've been holed up since then. Please," he begs, "find these raiders and drive them off! Save our town!"
Genren investigates the tracks, and sees that they lead off to three main areas - the beach, a hidden cave entrance in the hillside about 30' due east of your current position in the trees, and further to the east on the north slope of the large hill.

Ronkur listens while the headman tells his tale, whispering to Hal to remember key elements of the mans story - the random timing, the lost fisherfolk, his description of the raiders.
Something feels off to him in the story - as if the headman is holding something back or under duress of some sort 'Is there anything you're not telling us? Anything that could be helpful as we seek out these raiders?' leaning in a bit closer, he tries casting his voice lower so it doesn't carry 'Are they here now? Are they holding you all hostage?'

Genren returns swiftly to relay what he’s found to the group. “I’ve traced the tracks to three main areas close by. Could be worth investigating….”
