Kaelani - Holy Light. Fiends find the sword’s light disconcerting and painful, even if they can’t see it, and have disadvantage on attack rolls made within the weapon’s radius of bright light.
Kaelani sends a blast of radiant light towards the balor (guiding bolt at 3rd level). Attack: Attack: 11 Radiant Damage: 35. He stays on the ground near the others (about 20' away to avoid area effects...), baiting the creature to come down to them!
On a hit, the next attack roll made against this target before the end of Kaelani's next turn has advantage, thanks to the mystical dim light glittering on the balor.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Favored by the Gods - Once per short rest, if you fail a saving throw or miss with an attack roll, you can roll 2d4 and add it to the total, possibly changing the outcome. Add 2 to that attack roll!!
The Balor glances down at the group on the ground and sees the half-orc ready to strike and the brightness of Kaelani's blade and the pain it gave him. The Balor chooses to instead finish with the gnat that flies and stings and gains height to get within striking distance of Tibi. Fortunately for Tibi the whip misses but perhaps an uncanny dodge saves Tibi from the worst of the sword's bite. (I presume Uncanny Dodge unless you wish to use another reaction)

TIbi dodges the sword and then dives past the creature at full speed using his Bonus action to Dash striking with his rapiers as he does so to end up about 5 feet from Drabash. As he arrives he says to Drabash with a grimace and assuming that trat the Balor has followed him "umm do you think you can do something about this fellow who keeps following me around?"
Drabash says to Tibi, with a smile, "Just hang around here like the bait on a fish hook, and I'm sure he'll follow." He then taunts the Balor, shouting "Come down here and fight, not flap around like a clumsy sparrow." Meanwhile remaining Ready to attack should the Balor come within reach.

Yup, that's a feature not an action so it would happen automatically. HP edited to reflect no AoO
