Tibi berates himself for rushing his earlier shot and moves to within 30’ whilst reloading his crossbow and then takes another shot (Attack: 21 Damage: 5) at the last spider.
Tibi looks around at the splattered, frozen, etc. spider carcasses in disgust "right gentlemen, now that you've finished squashing the bugs can we get on with why we came here in the first place - hmmm?"

"Yyyeah allrright," Darvin replies, stumbling over toward the wall of the passage drunkly and slumping down against it. "Juss.. gimme a minute, I juss need a little drink first," he adds, the toxin from the spider bite making him a little light-headed. He pulls out a glass vial from his pack, pulls out the cork with his teeth, and spits it out off to the side, hitting an open wound in one of the spider corpses. Downing the contents of the vial in one gulp, he then closes his eyes, as the potion works its way through his system.
After a few more seconds, the color begins to return to his skin, and he starts to come out of his daze. He stands up and says, as if nothing had happened, "Well what are we waiting for? Let's go kill thiat thessalwhatsit."
He makes his way over toward the pit and peers in with the light still shining from his shield. He then looks across it. "Nope, not gonna jump, that's for sure. Maybe there's a way around?"
With the webbing thinned from Gil's pyromantic assault, he begins to examine the walls on either side of the chasm, looking for any kind of hidden doorway.
Gilbert would look to his companions "Well I think we can all agree that was unexpected..." He would say picking up the torch and holding his staff in his other hand before glancing to the spider corpses. The small verdan would then once again send out his bat to investigate the area around the hole as well as the area beyond. "Do you think you could carry us across the hole?" Gil would ask looking up to Tibi. "I am pretty small and dont weigh much"
"Gill why on earth did you think that poking a spider with a burning torch and trying to burn its home down was going to result in anything less than it trying to attack you - hmmm?Tibi asks. "I could probably carry you across the hole but right now I feel like dropping you in it"he continues with a grin.
"Hey! I only wanted to burn some of the web.. I didnt do anything to the spider until it attacked" Gil would reply as he waits o hear back from his celestial bat familiar
(OOC I didnt fill it out because since he is small and then going to turn to normal size at level 5, I wasnt sure how much he would weigh. I will say he weighs about 45 pounds without gear, he is pretty skinny and small.
Gilbert would look to Tibi. "help me across ok, I am going to take a running jump and if you could fly next to me and grab the back of my shirt to help me clear the gap... I would appreciate it!" The verdan would say before backing up and placing his staff on his back. Then after counting to himself, he would run and leap across the gap.

Darvin taps Gil and Whistler each on the shoulder. "Alright, you got this. This is no problem." As he removes his hand from each of them, it seems to leave behind a faint glowing handprint, which quickly seems to be absorbed into their bodies.
Bardic inspirationfor everyone! (Tibi should still have a use from the spider combat))
Then, rolling up his sleeves, he makes his way over toward the edge of the pit, looks down, then across, then digs through his bag to see if he has anything that might be of help, pulling out a crowbar... "I wonder... nah." He then backs up to get a running start. "Here goes nothing!" he says, beginning to run toward the pit, and taking the leap as he gets to the edge.
Strength (Athletics?): 21 (+2 if athletics)
As he soars gracefully over the pit, the others can almost see wind blowing in his chestnut brown hair, despite the fact that they are in a cave with little to no airflow. He somehow clears the pit with room to spare, sticking the landing and seamlessly doing a somersault before springing directly to his feet. "You see, what did I tell you? Easy peasy."
"See you did it all by yourself - you didn't need my help. That's the power of positive thinking for you just don't go having any more positive thoughts about spiders - heh" Tibi says with a grin.

A reminder of the map. There is a 20 wide 30 foot deep gap between 3 and 7

Gilbert's familiar reports back that there is a large cavern to the east after the pit. There is some sort of huge creature inside the room.
I have no idea what Gilbert weighs since you didn't fill in that section of the character sheet so I couldn't tell you if he could carry you or not.
I will tell you that it takes a DC12 Strength check to jump the pit.
Meanwhile Darvin examines the walls and the area but finds nothing unusual.
