OoC: It doesn't end up mattering for this round since the captain didn't move out of the AoE, but Darvin should have advantage on initiative checks due to his rapier of warning. But it might matter next round if Darvin gets another turn before El Capitan... Second die: 21

Whistler sighs as they launch into combat, drawing his magic shortsword, he darts towards the nearest glowing bandit. He slashes with his short sword and follows up with two quick unarmed strikes with his off hand.
Tibi takes his hat off and passes it to one of the ladies "It seems my services are required. Look after this for me will you and don't damage the feather!"He draws both rapiers with a flourish and moves to where he can attack Bandit #6 with his right hand rapier (Attack: 19 Damage: 7 plus Sneak Attack of 8). If it drops he then attacks Bandit #2 with his left hand rapier (Attack: 15 Damage: 5)
Darvin retaliates at the scimitar-wielding bandit on his left (#5), thrusting a rapier in their direction.
Attack: 22 Damage: 8
He then pulls his rapier out of the bandit's flesh with a vicious twist, and prepares to parry further attacks (using defensive flourish: add 6 to both the damage and to his AC until his next turn)
Tibi looks over his shoulder to see if the women are still watching them, gives a quick bow before re-engaging Bandit #2 (RIght Hand Rapier = Attack: 18 Damage: 10) and if that drops him switches his attack - left hand rapier - to Bandit #3 Attack: 7 Damage: 1.

Gilbert would point his staff towards the captain and mutter an incantation before casting ray of frost. An Icy beam would shoot from the tip of his arcane focus towards the leader before the small verdan scurries away towards the northwest corner of the room.

Darvin thrusts his rapier at the bandit next to him, trying to cleanly finish him off before leaping up onto the table and then down again to flank the captain opposite Whistler.
Attack: 26 Damage: 9
He again goes into a defensive stance using his rapier to try to deflect incoming blows (defensive flourish for 6 to AC; technically also to damage vs 7, but I assume that doesn't matter)
Tibi continues to keep an eye on the pirates ready to move at a moment's notice.
