Mal scans the fissure and sees that it has been used as a makeshift garbage dump. 

The fissure is a shit-hole. I am giving fair warning to you guys, do not go in there.

But this means that there is another room in this cave system, above this room. And as we suspected, there are more goblins living here and who apparently are not getting enough vegetables in their diet from what I have been able to smell. Yuck.

Mal waves a hand in front of his nose.

Someone could possibly climb up and see where it leads. And that someone isn't going to be me.

But it looks we have someone who can tell us more about where we are and who else lives here -- Mal looks at the restrained and unconscious goblin.

Mal retrieves the dart he threw earlier. 

So who is going to ask him? 

(Hey now. Just because I can't post quite as often, don't mean Nobody wouldn't care for the wolves too, Vix. :P)

Trusting in others to see to various things, Nobody took to pretending on keeping watch the path along the stream while sorting his own thoughts. Few if any would see his hands still shook after the conflict. For where during the ambush he had stayed fairly away from trouble, the cave involved him taking on a more hands on approach.

Nerves eventually settle enough that when he wheels back around to the others, the shakes are gone, and he can even chuckle at the comment about the poop shoot. "I could try to persuade him. Though it may be best to take him... outside. Cut out chances of an echoes or other patrols coming, at least. Though someone would have to do the heavy lifting there." Nobody pauses looking to the growling wolf. "Speaking of outside -- Moss, though we do not necessarily have the time now, do you and kai could convince those wolves to work with us, perhaps, if only a short term basis?" He asks curious.

If after he notices the longbow, and it is not too near the wolf, Nobody saunters over to grab it and any arrows that might be lying around. An act to more or less keep the body busy while the mind parses answers from others.

Kai glances at Nobody then the goblin before speaking with slight disdain. "Well it's a good thing I kept him alive then isn't it... "  She'll return to her conversations to the wolf before speaking again. "I doubt we can gain help from these wolves. Two are quite injured and unconscious. It's probably best to just let them escape to the forest."

(Dm: I'll await any reaction from my earlier posts to the wolves. But it's no rush since you're at work.)

(Mehmen: I also didnt mean to imply that nobody else cared for the wolves, it was simply only Kai helping revive and stabilize them at the moment since no one else was active at that time. That's all I meant. XD) 

Nobody, you grab 5 arrows that you see on the ground next to the unconscious goblin.

Kai the wolf is not interrested in food right now and it doesn‘t trust you enough.  

Kai nods in understanding at he wolf before standing and looking to the group and speaking softly. "Maybe on the way back through then. They're chained for now. They shouldn't be a problem. Shall we continue? Or do you wish to interrogate this goblin?" She nods to the unconscious one that she tied up.

Leona: Who of us speaks Goblin in the first place anyway?

Maybe sparing this one wasn't a mistake I had initially thought. We could get some good information from it. But its gotta be fast. 

Hey, Nobody. You said you could persuade our captive. Is this some "zip-zap-zoom" magic thing? I am all for it if it's quick and easy. You do speak this thing's speech right? Let me know what you need. 

Leona, you still okay. Wolfy took a big bite out of you earlier.

Mal is tense. There are probably more goblins they haven't seen yet. Either further in the cave or out like the group the party encountered. And from the looks of it, this is their base of operation (because they decided to have a goblin version of an out-house inside).

Leona: I am ok, i just need a second to catch my breath. (Second Wind 5)

Kai looks Leona over, assessing her for any major injuries. "Are you sure? I could give you general medical attention. I mean... It worked for the wolves?" Kai offers Leona a slight smile.

(I dont  know if a medicine roll applies to nonmagical healing. But here it is if Leona needs it. )

Medicine : 14

 Leona: " Thank you for your kind offer, but I am afraid it will not be so easy." 

“I do not speak their words. It’s my experience that talking matters little to them.” Moss adds. “If we are to continue we should do it swiftly before another visits this area.”

"Its rude to call a people 'thing's', you know?" Nobody said, a touch of sass entering his voice. "But yes. I do speak goblin among a few other languages. T'is why I suggest we take things outside the cave." He reminds before looking to the goblin. "Since we're so pressed for time however, and so long as its bound... Just give me a minute. Someone should keep a watch on the other paths -- Oh, and if someone can lend me some rope?" The last one he only requests if the goblin wasn't already bound up.

After making a point of binding both hands and legs separately, the tiefling remakes the symbol of a goblin god on his forehead, and alters the eyes too before splashes water from his skin on it to try and wake it up. And if that's not enough, he gives a few shakes at the shoulders for good measure.

Rope Tying: 18.

If the goblin awakens..

"Greetings, Fodder. I am an emissary. To who, I'm certain you are smart enough to guess. So don't waste my time." He pauses namely to let the words sink in. "And Don't bother trying to free yourself. It will only hasten your punishment for allowing your kin to be swayed on this path... Now, I have some question. You have answers. Speak truth, and you will be spared. Deceive this emissary, and you will be very disappointed in the result. Do I make myself clear."

Intimidation: 10.

(Using prestidigitation for the head symbol, and thaumaturgy to make his eyes look more like a goblin)

While Nobody does his thing, Mal sets watch as best he can on the path leading deeper into the cave.

OOC: If he can find a suitable lookout point, he'll try to hide.

Well, since I don't much understand this arcane stuff, I'll be standing guard. 

Stealth Check: 19 

(Kai had already bound the goblin in rope as well as rechained the wolves. So no worries on that rope tying check. XD)

Kai watches Nobody quietly and keeps watch down the tunnels as far as she can see, slightly using her light to allow more vision. She will wait for the others to get the answers to they want and occasionally watch the wolves to see if they take the food she offered.

Mal, you see some movement on the other side of the cave, across the stream. As Kai moves closer to you it becomes clear what you see there. Your own shadow cast by Kais light.

Kai, you on the other hand see the main passage climbing steeply upward, the stream plunging and splashing down its right side. In the shadows a bit further up the way, you make out a small side passage on the other side of the stream. It leads west, away from you.

As you two keep watch, you can hear Nobody talk in what you assume is goblin.

Nobody only:

The other see Nobody scowl and even let out a low hiss at something said by the Goblin. But after a few seconds the absent-minded tail lashing in the air slows back into a languid pace as he carries on the guttural tongue of goblins.

After a few short words he grabs at one of the goblin's chin and makes a point adjusting it so that the gobs eyes stayed glued upon his own.
