Burik leaps up and is barely able to reach the filament above Effort as she's being lifted into the air. His hands stick to it immediately, but the weight attaching to the filament is enough for Burik to leverage and swing over to the side of the tunnel wall. The cave fisher digs into the ceiling and arches its neck, trying to reel up you both.
On its turn, you'll rose an opposed strength check, Burik. Brask, you're up.
The axe clangs off the rocks between two of the fisher's legs, narrowly missing again. It lands a few feet away from Brask's feet.
Effort, you're up. You can use your action to try and escape the filament, rolling a strength check with disadvantage. Your hands are free if you haven't touched the filament.

Don't need my hands as long as they didn't cover my mouth, hehe!
Concentrating, Effort channels her Shocking Grasp through Cadmael, who tears into the cave fisher. Cadmael immediately retreats, using his flyby to avoid an attack of opportunity from the fisher.
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
She then uses her bonus action to Misty Step herself to safety, away from the grasp of the cave fisher and behind some rocky cover on the ground if possible.
I'm going to use some inspiration to reroll that attack:
The cave fisher's neck is starting to arch toward the ground as Burik leans back and pulls on the filament. As Effort teleports away, though, the weight on the filament is drastically reduced, and the fisher suddenly regains the upper hand. Once Burik's feet are pulled from their place against the tunnel wall, the fisher quickly reels him upward. It reaches out a razor-sharp claw and snaps it at the dwarf.
Burik, you're up. You can attempt to escape, rolling a DC13 strength check (with neither disadvantage or advantage thanks to Cadmael's help action), or you can attack. You're also in melee range now, hovering on the filament just below the cave fisher's claws and mouth.
Trying to escape would have been your action, but since you rolled a 1 let's just go with your attack, haha.
This time Burik's spiritual weapons connects, sending a chunk of carapace flying off the front of the cave fisher as it shrieks again. It looks down at you and hisses as it pulls you right up to the ceiling.
Brask, you're up. 5 or less on a ranged attack and you'll hit Burik.
Burik closes his eyes tightly as he sees Brask wind up and whip a throwing axe toward him. He hears the *thunk* as the axe connects with the cave fisher, opening his eyes to see the axe sticking into its side as a bit of dark blood spurts out. The cave fisher reels back and starts stepping backward toward the opening it came out of.

This time the blast connects squarely on the side of the cave fisher, sending bits of its bloodied body bouncing off the tunnel walls. One if its legs is blasted off as well, and it stumbles a bit trying to stay adhered to the ceiling. It appears noticeably angry at this point, not realizing that these bipeds wouldn't be an easy meal. It pulls back one of its huge claws and snaps at Burik twice...
Attack: 17 Damage: 10
Attack: 25 Damage: 16
It then backs up even further, passing over the fallen rocks and starting to vanish in the darkness, lit up only by Burik's flaming axe.
As the cave fisher pulls Burik into the darkness, the spiritual weapon swings into it again, this time cutting deeply across its side and down its head. The creature lets out a final shriek as it loses its grip and both its body and Burik fall into the rock pile and slide down into the darkness.
The rest of you are out of combat. Burik has just disappeared on the other side of this rock pile and it's significantly darker in the tunnel now.
Burik:
You tumble down the rocks and land with a thud on the tunnel floor below. Roll a perception check.
Effort hisses. Unsure of whether it will reach him or not, she tries to message Burik:
Hey. Are you still alive?
"Cadmael," she says, calling the owl to her, not sure if her spell could manage to penetrate through this much rock. "Go through and find Burik. Show me where he is, and if he's hurt."
I will try,Cadmael replies. It's very dark in here, even for me.
"Follow the light of his flaming hammer," Effort replies. "It will at least be brighter than it is next to us." She looks around in dismay, though... Cadmael isn't wrong, and without the flaming hammer to shed some light on the surroundings, she can barely see anything even with her darkvision. Taking out her tinderbox, she spends a moment to light her lantern, then hang it from the side of her backpack, where it sways precariously but at least offers more light than before.
To Brask, she says "We should go after him," as she pulls out her rope and ties it to her grappling hook. She hands the rope over to Brask and points at the top of the pile of rocks. "Think you can get it up there? I'm going to need this if we're to climb over that pile of rocks."

Brask is going to chuck another handaxe:
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
He's moving to stand directly below the creature, to hit it or catch Burik and Effort if they fall.

Cadmael is up!

Cadmael will wheel around and give Burik advantage on his next move by helping him.

Spiritual weapon is a bonus action attack, so I'm afraid that 1 has to stand....
Oh, cool, thanks for catching that. Well, the 1 stands and Burik...doesn't escape. :)

Heads Up! Brask calls out to Burik.
Third out of four handaxes: Attack: 21 Damage: 9
Burik closes his eyes tightly as he sees Brask wind up and whip a throwing axe toward him. Effort, you're up.

Effort takes aim and whispers an incantation under her breath, Hexing the cave fisher so it has disadvantage on strength checks.
Following up on Brask's attack, Effort then takes aim and sincerely hopes she can shoot straighter than she did last time, for Burik's sake.
Attack: 20 Damage: 8
if hits, necrotic: 6
(with eldritch blast)
