Bunol ready his sleep and cast it after his companion luanched there attacks, he'll aim for to hit as much smaller scorpions he can get prefering those that got hit but still standing.
14 sleep hitpoints, targets the lowest hitpoints first if it higher or equal then their hitpoint it goes unconscious subtract there hitpoint from the total hitpoints and check for the next tartget, etc etc... . The effect end at end of spell, it get damaged or somoene use action to wake it up.

Sshibek Javilian launches past the scorpions who quickly see you all at this same moment  Bunol manages using sleep to render 1 of the medium sized scorpions down to a slumber. this now brings everyone into initiative. You all are in the cave as staying in the entrance may cause it to collapse on you.

The lair is very dark with little light inside the smell of poison fills your lungs upon entering. you see the flowers of Wolfsbane all inside the main central of the Retriladar Queen's lair; Where she dwells along as she draws closer you get a sense of her size and stature. With scattered remains of all the prey/victums she and her fellow scorpions have killed. The two small bodies of water inside are a purplish in color like the one leading outside.

Sshibek will Rage and attack the queen swinging the Greataxe using the momentum of his charge. Attack: 19 Damage: 22

If the attack hits, using his reaction, Sshibek will bite the queen in an attempt to grapple it. Damage 10, DC strength 14

Bunol Initiative: 18

One player decided to leave the 2 campaigns of mine he was in due to being in multiple campaigns etc and couldn't keep up with them kinda wish didnt join the second one... so there are 4 of you now we will assume they fought a died off during this hunt so any damage this round is solely towards their character.

Okay so attack order

"Hunter Dan" For honor  ("hunter Dan" also uses his Hunters mark and fires his arrows at the Queen) To hit: 19 Damage 22 To hit: 25 Damage 16 Both his arrows land into the Retriladar Queen piercings right through it's armor

Orrbet still need to make an attack 

Charles (The arrow will be blocked  by one of the Queens swaying tails.

Bunol still need to make an attack.

2.5 Medium sized scorpions: (They attack Vezder injuring him)

Sshibek manages to slash the Queen. (The queen is way too large to grapple however the strength save for the damage still has to make the save str  6

 Retriladar Queen (On her turn initiative has now been set so -> a lair action will be cast on her turn with and attack)  she ends up attacking Vezder finishing him off he managed to injure her slightly before dying: RP this like this was just after you all attacked) Lair action will use  Poison cloud this poison cloud is a dark purple 10-foot-radius sphere centered on a point the Retriladar Queen can see within 30 feet of it. The cloud spreads around corners. Each creature in the cloud must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned and take 1d6 poison damage each round that creature is in the cloud of poison. After you all attack you can make the save.

("Hunter Dan") Save 17 or takes 4 he manges to escape the cloud unpoisoned

Orrbet pushes off the ground, flying 10 feet in the air. If movement allows, he will move in range of the queen. If not, find the closest scorpion and attack with his whip. 

To hit: 17   Whip damage: 10   Holy damage: 9

He will then call out to Bunol "Fight this beasties, for the good of the people!" He uses a bonus action to Help Bunol. Orrbet gained this from Master of Tactics from the Mastermind archtype. 

"Right behind ya!" Bunol flies up to following Orrbet going after the queen but keep 30 feet range between her and himself instead. He'll then uses *hexblade curse* (bonus action) on the Queen and throw an Eldritch Blast(action) at the queen Attack: 22 Damage: 8+3 Cha mod +2 => 13 force damage (forgot the damage modifiers :O) from hexblade curse effect inlcuded in the attack roll (if advantage from Orbbet Attack:19)

Con save on poison DC 15: (17) Bunol cover his mouth trying to breath very carefully.

Both bunol and Orrbet manage to avoid being poisoned.

Constitution save: 8

Seeing Vezder fall, Sshibek goes into a Frenzy and attacks the queen recklessly, swinging his Greataxe twice.

The cloud of poison manages to fill into Sshibek lungs it's like a choking pain. (I'll count those rolls 

since everyone had to move due to the poison cloud in the way it's hard to see which Scorpion you'll be hitting.

"Hunter Dan" will fire though at them at disadvantage He chooses to shoot one arrow this one is different it sparks To hit:19  To hit:12 Damage 13 + 5 lightning damage his arrow whisps through and hits one of the medium sized scorpions. Roll a d4  to see which one you hit
