Nim wakes up (init 10) as runs to any snake within 5ft of an ally. Attack: 24 (if me and the snake are both not in direct sunlight I have advantage. 23) Damage: 8 from a rapier
After considering Yuno's attack with advantage and her attack on the second round, three snakes are down and the last one is finished by Nim who woke up after Yuno's attacks.
((I'll be splitting XP obtained from RE during rests regardless of the amount of party members that were able to participate - characters that are awake can use an action to wake up some or make enough noise to trigger a perception check DC 10 ))
For the remaining amount of time to finish the rest nothing else happens, the party swaps members to take different watches so everyone would get enough rest. The mules are ready to go as is everyone else.

So, just to make sure we are on the same page, the first day of travel as prisoners you travelled until the night of that day, you escaped, killed the guards and continue moving until a mule stopped moving. That was 4 hours after escaping which would've been around 2am or so, you rested for 8 hours and continued moving - so just before midday you would've started traveling and would rest again after 16 hours - that'll be around 4 am -
Who is going to take the first watch, 2nd and third? Feel free to designate Grux't to any of those.
During the first two watches, nothing but the wind made a sound and some insects lurked around.
However by the last watch, Larry heard two creatures panting, the sound was reminiscent of two humanoids running and it sounded as if the they were doing that for a long distance. But Larry was sure that those weren't humans, elves, or dwarves or any of the like, it seemed like they were laughing as they were panting and trying to get more air to continue running.
Two gnolls were carrying sacks and passed your watch by just 60 ft. If they saw you, they decided to just ignore, maybe due to he fact that they were just two, and they already got some kind of loot.
Yuno says, "But it's more fun to kill things when they can kill back~" She will then charge the Gnolls and attack the one that isn't asleep. If she can't reach them without dashing, she will take the Dodge action instead of attacking.
Larry will move into range and cast Chill Touch at one of the Gnolls...not targeting the other one if he goes after Xolan in order so as not to wake up the sleeping Gnoll, however if he goes before Xolan he will attack both of them if they are within 5' of each other per REAPER ability.

Cecilia also wakes up and casts eldritch blast at one of the snakes for 6 id she hits. Attack: 20
