Immediately, Minotaur is pushed on to the back foot. Powerful slashes cut across his chest and leaves glowing wounds in it. The beastfolk staggers and then retaliates. Tomoe wasn't expecting the follow up so a powerful hit to her stomach from the maul bruises some of her insides and knocks the wind out of her.
Although the crowd cheers, Tomoe gets the feeling that the crowd doesn't like her as much as others. The beastfolk is pulled away to safety and Tomoe is brought back to the waiting room. The Arena master hands Tomoe 800 GP for the victory. She says, "You're building up quite the streak. Care for one more round? Perhaps you'd like to rest and then try it out?"
After the 1 hour rest (Feel free to roll any hit die or Second Wind Healing) the arena master returns. "Are you rested enough to face your next opponent?"
Tomoe walks through the arena portal and finds herself facing a see of razor spikes. A wooden bridge suspended by chains leads to the large wooden platform that will serve as the battlefield. The light wood is suspended over the sea of spikes with more chains. Her opponent, is a woman that seems to be either human or elf. It's hard to say really since her ears are covered by an open-faced metal helmet. She is clad in Chainmail and magical bracers. In her hand she holds a Pike.
The announcer announces. "Princess' return to the arena has been marked by nothing by Triumph. However her opponents are getting stronger and stronger and now, she faces off against Long Death! Well? Will the Far Eastern Princess continue her winning streak or will 3rd time prove the charm and she will be skewered by Long Death's strength and reach? She faces the master of zoning and spacing now! Place your bets!"
((Yeah you can. That should cost 2 GP. Arrows are super cheap here.))
Though one thing you can't retro-actively change though is the load-out you entered with. If you were going to go sword-board or shield and gun before knowing who your opponent was, you're going to have to stick to that load-out.
(Yea, I would have to either action to change or drop to draw a new weapon as part of an attack action. I usually assume I go in sword and shield so that's how I would have entered this fight.)

Moving towards the West costs x2 movement. If someone is hit by a melee attack and the attacker is to the west from them, then the attacked must make a STR save (DC 10 or half of damage if that is higher). On fail the attacked gets pushed 10ft back.
