Lucia nods and says, "I wish there was something I could do for Kate. With what she's been through, I think she deserves to be in a stable relationship. As much as I'd love to show off my new outfit to the arena crowd, dying in it so soon after I got engaged sounds terrible. Why don't I wait here and you go to the Arena to see if you can find her. There are no fights right now but I still don't want to get near it."
Tomoebis a tad confused that Lucia would suggest they spend the day togather then send her by herself to find Chiea, but she knows how Lucia isn't really welcomed there so she doesn't question it.
Ok then. I will not be gone long. She gives Lucia a quick kiss and asks Ingrid Do you want to come with me to the Arena Emi-chan? You do not have to if you do not want to.

Taking the alley ways that led to the arena. She first encountered the Arena Mistress. She said, "Well well well... if it isn't Princess. Fights are closed in the morning."
The Arena Master says, "Go around the back of the Arena. There you will find a 6 storied building that is the housing for our fighters. You may visit Chiea there. If she's not there, then she's probably out with the Champion."
The back had a shabby red brick building. Walking inside, she found herself in the lobby of what looked like a dingy hotel. A somewhat ugly looking half-orc woman was manning the reception. She was a bit fat and there were boils on her face. She had unkempt hair that was starting to go white. She was smoking a cig, which filled the room with the stench of smoke. She said in a hoarse voice you get from decades of smoking. "What'd ya want?"
Tomoe walks up the dark stairs. She had never been here before. As she walks a feeling of strong uneasiness pervaded. It was like something was watching her from somewhere. It was a very similar feeling to the incident in the forest that almost killed her.
On the 5th floor she finds a hallway going straight down with wooden doors on either side. There are 4 doors on each side for a total of 8. The floor is lined with a red carpet. Very old and dirty lighting fixtures line the ceiling. It is very dimly lit. The hallway is carpeted with a old, worn, faded and dirty red carpet. The walls are decorated with sickly green wallpaper that was peeling off at places.
After she knocked on the door, she heard a cheerful, "Coming!" Followed by very heavy footsteps of metal boots. Chiea, in full armor opened the door. No longer could she see any part of the friendly elf. Instead she looked like some giant of iron. She still had that friendly and cheerful attitude though so it does help to mitigate the intimidation factor of Chiea in full equipment. She said, "Oh it's you. Come in! Come in!" She moved past the door to let Tomoe in and also so she could lock the door behind her to stop any unwanted intrusions. "Would you like some tea?" She asked.
Chiea walks away to brew some tea, giving Tomoe a chance to take in the elf's room. A departure from the eerie hallway outside, Chiea kept her room well-managed. She gave the walls a pink paint-job and put up posters of her favorite boy-bands on the wall. The place only had 2 real rooms: the room Tomoe was sitting in which had a single table, and a chair, some bookshelves on the walls and a big bed to accommodate someone of Chiea's size. Being an unusually tall elf means she needs a big bed. The other room didn't have any door separating it from this one. It wasn't painted. It had some grimy marbling on the walls and air vents. That was the kitchen. It was strange that Chiea chose to live in such confined and poor conditions. With her being only second to the Champ, she should have more than enough earning to have a nice home of herself and live a decent life. Is there some other reason she was staying here instead?
Chiea came back with a kettle of fine china and some tea-cups. She poured some clear green tea in Tomoe's cup and her own. She then pulled up a small wooden stool and sat on it with her tea. "Your visit is a pleasant surprise. Is it a simple social visit or is there something I can help you with?" She asked politely.
Well, all I really know of Yuno is her reputation and that she seems to enjoy keeping up with thay reputation. I know you a little in thay you seem to be her closest friend and you have the complete opposite personality. Atleast, that's how it appears.
Tomoe sips her tea again. To the point, Lucia and I are now engaged to be married. Her list of acquaintances is small, and mine is smaller still. I was wondering if you think yourself and Yuno would care to be guests at the ceremony?

Chiea claps, which sounds more metallic and louder than what might have been intended due to her gauntlets. She says, "Wow! You two are getting married? I'm so happy for you! Congratulations! Well... You know how Yuno is. She is evil. I am not saying that to speak behind her back. Yuno actually LOVES being evil. She actually does not care about what others think of her unless they try to tell her how to live her life or stop her from doing what she enjoys. Then she would get angry and kill them. You see, most people, even the evil people, see themselves as the hero to their own story. Yuno doesn't. She sees herself as evil and a villain and she enjoys it. The reputation she has just came about naturally from that. So... inviting her to a wedding will make the wedding a bit more chaotic and unpleasant. However not inviting her would make it so that she would get angry at you and Lucia and might just kill you both. So I would suggest you either have your wedding somewhere away from here like in Drake Island and invite Yuno so that she would refuse because of inconvenience. Or you invite her and me and I will try my best to make sure she doesn't cause harm."
Chiea then talks a bit more about the nature of their relationship, "Before Yuno, I was the arena champ. I do not resent no longer being top. I will admit that I am not as strong as Yuno. I was the Champ but Yuno is the "Strongest Fighter in Chronero. I am friends with her because I feel like this friendship is very important. If I can keep her feeling challenged every so often, she won't go out seeking stronger opponents and getting stronger. I am... very ashamed to say that I am a bad friend for doing this but... you can imagine what would happen if someone like Yuno got even more power. Er... don't tell Yuno I said all of this, please? It would be bad for everyone in the country if this secret got out. "
Your secret is safe with me. Well, we would love to have you but Yuno worries me. I will have to discuss with Lucia but i think avoiding Yuno's presence may be for the best.
Tomoe sips her tea some more. If you do not mind me asking, You are one of the strongest in the arena, one would assume you could afford to live someplace with more space.
