"You mortal, are short sighted, blind to the truths of divinity and higher beings. The life of you meta-humans (OOC: a term I stole from Shadowrun that I, as the DM, decided that would refer to all the humanoid races) is nothing more than a gift from gods. The fact that you were even born to have this conversation is because the gods willed it. Your life has no value if you do not serve Solaris. So sacrificing those that do not serve him will be of more use to him than letting the ungrateful mortals squander their divine gift of life." The creature has at least stopped attacking... for now.
"You are stupid and a hypocrite. You say you are insignificant, yet you have the gall to be proud and dictate who is worthy and unworthy of your service!? It is not your place to question, foolish mortal! Either you devote yourself to the service of The Cleansing Light and put the divine gift of life to good use or I sacrifice you in the name of Solaris so your soul can empower him rather than being wasted here. You are insignificant, yes. But your life, as pathetic as it might be, would find better use in the service of the Cleansing Light than squandering it doing nothing or actively perpetuating the toxic status quo. You mortals are foolish and insignificant. But any mortal, as insignificant as they might be, that isn't serving Solaris is a mortal that is wasting their life and must be sacrificed for their blood would prove more useful than their lazy pathetic existence outside the Light."
Its hands glow with burning light. The Nemesis is losing patience. "So tell me? Do you wish to serve Solaris as his loyal crusader? Or do you wish to lose your soul and have it become one with the Cleansing Light? Either way, you will be serving the Cleansing Life tonight, either as his follower or as a sacrifice."
EDIT: I forgot to put these rolls that I made here: Athletics: 23 vs Acrobatics: 13 (This is not Tomoe or the Angel. This is for something happening off screen)
Threats and insults are no way to get someone you admit has no value into serving a cause. Forced servitude is pointless is it not? And you have told me nothing of Solaris other than I am of no value but I still should be enslaved to his whims. Why Solaris specifically? Are there other gods to serve? What if they want me to serve them and not him?

Tomoe begins to feel dread. She won't ever serve Solaris because he seems as evil as any dark god. A serve or die mindset is something she will never agree with. This means her only option is to fight. An act she fears will not end in her favor. Her soul being used as fodder for an unfeeling otherworldly monster doesn't feel right either, but what choice does she have now.
Tomoe ignites her sword and draws her shield.
A being as uncaring and ignorant as you and you so called god seem incapable and unwilling to understand why mortals do what they do. Life is a gift. But it is not up to the giver how we use it. It is not a gift otherwise.
But if I must earn it or die, then so be it. I will banish your evil or die trying.

The Lesser Nemesis turns to Ingrid. Curiously it stares at her for a bit, absolutely disgusted but... unwilling to attack her. Of course Lucia and Kate have no idea about this but it was probably because Ingrid is currently something that should not exist; a soul snatched from its rightful resting place with Abphony and instead brought back to the material plane by the dark powers of Morpheus.
