As Tomoe walks past one of the stalls, Lucia reaches out and pulls her in. There she says, "Good. I'm glad you took the hint. I need to talk to you." Then she looks down and seems like she's hesitating.

Tome takes Lucia by the hands We just shared something passionate and intimate. Can you tell me know what has been bothering you all day ?

Lucia says, "Yeah, you're right. That's why I told you to meet me here. It's... about Kate's boyfriend. Kyle... isn't as great as Kate would want you to believe."

And, how do you know this? Tomoe questions in sincerity He seems a little hands on, but i do not see things through your eyes. 

"That's because..." She pauses, "You didn't read the diary. I did. In the diary Kate didn't outright hate him but a lot of the things she wrote are... troubling."

...what did she write about him?

"Kyle doesn't have a job. His house, his food, his clothes, everything is paid for by Kate. Moreover, he often has a bunch of rowdy friends over who hang around the house all day and mess the whole place up. Kyle doesn't do any chores. Cooking, cleaning, laundry... done by Kate. Kyle often goes on benders on weekends and you guessed it, paid for by Kate. Then there are more stuff. Kyle often get frustrated when Kate isn't around for extended periods of time and he gets annoyed when Kate declines sex. After sex, he always has Kate take the contraceptive potions. Now that doesn't sound too horrible but using it for years and years has the unfortunate side-effect of making the woman taking it unable to have kids as well as a bunch of other 'not-fun' problems. Plague Doctors also have contraceptives for men but those, while not being 100% effective, aren't known to cause any negative issues outside of rare cases where the user is allergic. The contraceptive potion is meant to be used only when the male contraceptive fails. Yet here, Kate seems to be taking it regularly which is NOT a good sign. All this lead me to believe that Kyle isn't as great of a boyfriend as Kate thinks he is."

Lucia then pauses to catch her breath. Before adding, "And you wanna know what the most disturbing thing of all this is? The fact that Kate, in her writings, doesn't seem to notice anything wrong here."

This is troubling. How do we bring this to her without seeming to break any trust ? We only just met Kyle and she has not personally shared this with us. But I would hate for him to take advantage of her anymore. 

Lucia says, "I've dealt with cases like this before but that was not when a friend was involved. Usually it came as anonymous tip-offs. But with a friend involved, I have no idea how we can even begin to deal with this. Maybe with Rat Liver around, fighting one monster can keep her away from another one? I don't know."

So, for now we keep her away by engaging in our mission. Maybe it will provoke Kyle into revealing his true nature to us. Thank you, for sharing.

A little dismayed,  Tomoe hasn't forgotten what happened just moments ago. That aside, what about us? 

"Us? What do you mean?" Lucia asks

Tomoe chuckles seductively and presses into Lucia. Well, I kisses you, and you most definitely kissed me back Tomoe purrs, Today was a day to relax and release stress. Do you wish to continue were we left off?

Lucia presses her back against the wall and pecks Tomoe on her lips. She says, "Not in this smelly place I don't want to." She pushes her back and smiles impishly. "Just don't disappear like the last guy I had a crush on and you might get somewhere."

Fair enough Tomoe chirps, Let us go check on Kate before she gets suspicious.

As Tomoe and Lucia heads back, Kate looks up and asks, "What took you too?"

Sorry, there was a line and I wanted us to stand guard while we each took care of business. Did we worry you?

"Nah, it's fine. You two can take care of yourselves Though..." Kate looks at Tomoe, "I worry about you because you wouldn't last very long without your armor."

My well trained shield arm does as much as my armor. But you have a point. That's why Lucia was watching my back. Tomoe streatches her arms above her head and yawns slightly. What a wonderful day. 

Kate stands up, "So we ready to leave then? Be sure to clean yourself up before leaving."

Tomoe makes sure to clean herself before changing back into her clothes. As they are getting ready to leave Tomoe asks Kate Will you be spending the night with Kyle again?
