Chronero - Single Player DnD

The party enters the bathhouse. First enter the changing room and taking a bath and then switching to swimsuits and going down into the large pool. Tomoe has to admit, Lucia's new bikini makes her look much hotter than she already is. Kate seems more enthusiastic with the water this time than the last. She spent the last trip sleeping it off." Ingrid moves next to Kate.

As the party gets comfortable they hear the thing they didn't want to hear: The mad cackle of the Arena Champ. She stands next to them and jumps in, splashing all with water. Kate grimaces but dare not say anything. It was one thing dying through decapitation but it was quite another to be sliced up beyond recognition. Though annoyed at the interruption she dare not say anything lest she get turned into paste.

Yuno says, "Ahahaha! Fancy meeting you guys there? Are you Arena ants psychic or something? How do you know when I arrive? AHAHAHAHA"

Tomoe smiles, ignoring what may have been an insult. This is the best place in the city to relax after a good deal of physical exhaustion.  Tomoe eyes the champ up and down And the best to look at attractive girls in swimsuits. An unserious flirt ment to amuse.

The champ busts out laughing at Tomoe's flirt. She says, "Heh! I can get behind that. I like you whitey-locks. Hurry up and climb the ranks so I can personally tear you to pieces in the arena."

Tomoe will reach under the water to give Lucia a nice squeeze on her butt and say to the champ in a soft almost seductive tone, still trading the champ as this is probably the only battleground on which she can win. Is blood and glory all there is ? No time for the softer things in life?

Yuno shrugs and says, "Don't really care about Glory. I just really like killing things by stabbing and slashing them a million times. The fact that I'm champ feels good but overall I don't really care too much about the rank." She rests a hand on Tomoe's shoulder and says, "See, I'm a simple girl. I get to murder something; I'm happy. All I really want in life is to gain ultimate power so that I can use it to kill other things that have ultimate power and then keep killing them until I get to Ultimate Power+1 and so on. I think gaining power is not just something you do to reach a goal. The act of gaining power for no reason other than gaining it is just as valid a motivation as any I think."

Lucia jumps a bit as Tomoe touches her butt. Though she is careful not to become a target of the Champ. In fact, nobody seems to want to have anything to do with the murderous 19-year old.

Tomoe thinks she may have teased too much. I wish life were simple for me. How did someone so young come to such a life goal?  Tomoes tones are much less flirty now. She is trying to have a true conversation. Though, part of her 8s interested in what spending a night with the younger girl might be like, her physical connection to her actual girlfriend keeps her thoughts focused.

Yuno bursts out laughing once again, "AHAHAHA. Now that's an origin story. I think it's fun but many people find it horrifying. The short answer is..." She leans in as if going to say something in whispers and hushed tones. Instead she just says it loudly like normal, "I am simply evil. AHAHAHAHAH." She pauses to stop laughing for a bit and then answers, "The long story is that my older sister and I were originally from a small town in Drake Island. She was my best friend. Then some bandits showed up and kidnapped her. By the time they got her back, she had already been violated, broken, bruised and dead. I looked at her body and it awoke something in me. A fascination with suffering and death. I narrowed my interests down by killing small creatures in the nearby forests and progressively worked my way up. Finally I fled the village after I killed a well-trained guard, my mom, my dad and then burned the house down." She pauses and says, "And before you start thinking my parents were shit, I will have you know that they were some of the nicest and well-liked people I knew. Which made it even more fun AHAHAHAHAHA."

Tomoe now understands why she is so feared. And what of your friend? The girl I always see you with?

Yuno says, "Oh Mega Milk?" It seems the evil murderer has a tendency to give people random nick names. Though Tomoe having seen Chiea without her heavy armor once in the same bathhouse before, knows that this nickname has some... specific inspiration. "She had some last minute stuff to do. In fact she should be coming around any second now." There was no ominous clacking of heavy armor this time as Chiea approached. That was because Chiea was not wearing her armor. She was wearing a simple black bikini. Though her form was quite feminine, the toned muscles on her tall body made it clear that the elf was physically as strong as Kate, if not stronger. She sees Tomoe and crew, 'unwillingly' socializing with Yuno. She bows and  says, "Sorry, if my friend is bothering you." She has a elvish accent to her common. 

Tomoe looks Chiea up and down again quickly, taking in the sight. It is no problem at all. We were just enjoying the sights and learning how much one of us likes to stab things. Something in Tomoe tells her this stacked elf helps keep some semblance of sanity in her friend.

Chiea stands up straight and says, "Well, regardless, we'll leave you to it then." She gets in the water and takes Yuno away. "Let's see how long you can hold your breath underwater. Your previous record was 6 minutes. Let's see if you beat it." The two move away from the party. Chiea's arena name, "Big Sister" seems to be fitting since she does seem like a sisterly figure to Yuno. Though given her backstory, one has to wonder if that just paints a bigger target on her. If anyone had to become a target for Yuno, she was definitely the safest bet as she might very well be one of the few people that can match Yuno blow for blow (Chiea is a Level 20 Fighter. Yuno is Fighter 18/Rogue 1/Barbarian 1)

OOC: If you reach a high enough level like 14-15 (and also have a base) you can recruit Yuno into the party like you did with Kate and Lucia.

Tomie makes sure Yuno and Chiea are out of hearing range before she speaks again to her friends. Well, that was interesting. 

Lucia releases a sigh of relief and gets closer to Tomoe. She says, "Is it weird that we've seen strange demons in the woods and fought Fiend Bearers but I am still get super scared when the champ's around." Kate shakes her head and says, "I have a robotic arm and I still get scared. They don't call her Ms. Genocide for nothing."

"You know..." Ingird says... "If she's the champion, that would mean she has very rare and powerful gear. But here's she's in a one piece swimsuit. That means her gear is in one of the lockers. Maybe if we take it for ourselves... she won't be able to hurt as many people and we'd be able to use it for a better cause?"

Kate looks at Ingrid like she suggested they all tie rocks to themselves and jump into the ocean.

We have no reason to steal from her. Besides, I think she may have just been teasing me back. But I am not willing to test that. 

Kate says, "Reason or not, I don't want to get turned into paste. I would rather all my organs stay inside where they belong."

(Does Kate have a scar ringing her neck from being decapitated? )

All of this talk of death and gore is exhausting. Today is a fun day so let us only speak of things we enjoy. Do they do massages here?

Lucia says, "I remember being here before. No massages." She then gave Tomoe a seductive look and got closer, half-hugging her. She said softly, "Unless Chief wants me to give the massage."

Tomoe leans into Lucia and purrs softly You already know the answer to that question, my love.
