Holy Knight2 charges Kate but Kate releases a burning aura which hurts the knight and causes him to flinch. Kate takes this chance to cut the knight in half with a single sword swing. Meanwhile, the guard tries to stab Lucia again but this time she grabs the guard's hand and throws him to the ground. As the guard is getting up, a quick hit to the back of the neck knocks the guard out.
The Holy Knight wonders if he should be here. Then he looks to the paladin and gains confidence. "I WILL NOT RUN AWAY" he shouts as he makes a clumsy swing toward Tomoe but he is unable to get through the armor. The Paladin says, "It you who are the fools. You think we are committing the sins because you are short sighted. Though our actions seem wrong now, it is for the greater good. The end justifies the means." He swings again but Tomoe, dodges the the blade with minimal effort.
Tomoe swings her sword, the first is blocked by the Paladin's shield but the unexpected follow-up creates a gash across his chest. As he staggers back, Kate moves in and delivers the finishing blow. Lucia jumps into the air and attempts a flying kick at the Knight but the target dodges. Lucia then twists her body around for a punch but the attacks blocked by the shield. The Knight is still fueled by his holy conviction.
Tomoe swings once again but she hits nothing but air. Kate throws herself at the Knight but the knight dodges. Finally Lucia comes up with a flying kick which lands on the knight's chest. She then grabs the knight and pile-drives him to the ground, knocking him out.
The two girls tie up the unconscious thugs. Searching them, you see their weapon and armor: Chainmail and Crossbows and long swords. From their bodies, you find 22 GP (Total).
Heading up the stairs leads you to a narrow platform. There is a door on it. The stairs continue to go up.
Kate says, "Let me take a peek." She peeks here head through the door and looks around. "Looks like it's a straight hallway with two doors on two sides. Your call Tomoe."
