Sorashrugged as she looked around the empty room. "Well, where ever they are, they're not in here. Even if they were waiting in ambush they probably would have done it by now. We should meet up with everyone else, just in case." She looked back at 9 as she motioned over her shoulder towards the tunnel they came from before turning around and heading back down it in the hope of rejoining with the rest of the party.
Nemeia keeps a watch on the tunnels as her companions investigate the rooms. She keeps her crossbow at the ready; ready to fire at any hostile creatures she sees.

Moira holds the rock in her hand repositioning it to try to find a way to cast a directed beam of light that doesn’t give their position away to much. Then looks up to see who of her group is still around.

As you all begin to gather as a group you start making your collective way towards the central chamber of this mine. As you're about to step forward...
Sora& 9 - only you two manage to spot the four goblins hidden in the far corners of this chamber, using the bodies of the previously fallen goblins to hide their own, waiting there for the group to arrive before attacking all of you from the shadows.
Mary drifts along the cavern, moving to the opposite side with deft quiet footfalls. While the goblins, who are apparently too focused on hiding to notice the tall elf drift right past them, fail to notice her, just as she fails to notice them.

"Ambush!" Sora yells a she charges forward with her swords out, running to the closest goblin while making sure not to block the tunnel entrance, and attacks viciously!
The first strike hits the goblin perfectly but he manages to remain standing, and even dashes out of the way as you swing again, missing him completely.
Nemeia looks in shock as the goblins hide among the dead. "Gross," she lets out audibly as the arcane bolt launches from her crossbow. Nemeia does her best to move away from the attackers.
Nemeia's magical bolt shoots out in a perfect arc, but the goblin she attacked saw her early enough to jump out of the way, just quickly enough that the bolt scrapped against its leather armor, failing to find a solid hit.
9 moves in towards goblins and positions herself for another Thunderwave. Once all of the goblins, or at least the majority, fits into the 15’ cube, black arcs of lightning will boom out of her hand dealing 16 thunder damage, DC 14 dex save. She rustles her raven feathers and says a short prayer while her spell is doing it’s work.
9 moves in to try and catch as many goblins as she can in her spell. Calling upon the Lady Death she pulls forth black lighting from her hand that explodes in thunderous energy. The empowered spell only manages to hit two of the goblins as they were hidden in the far corners of the room and too spread out to hit all of them at once. Even so those two goblins are hit hard by the spell and slammed even harder against stone with sickening crunching sounds as their bones are pulverized by the power of 9's spell.
Of the two goblins remaining, one moves in behind Sora, flanking her with the other. Both of them taking advantage of their positioning to attack the human.
Attack: 11 Damage: 7
Attack: 9 Damage: 7
Both goblins manage to land their attacks but they're not quite as effective as they would have hoped.

Alarmed to see Sora taking two hits, Witt wants to run over and heal her, but decides against it. Keep calm, Witt, and don't go running into the middle of a battle,he thinks. Instead, he draws his shortbow and takes aim at whichever golbin is nearest:
Witt easily manages to sink an arrow into the nearest goblin, the same goblin Sora had struck earlier, and it falls over dead from its injuries. Now only one goblin remains alive in this room.
Getting within 30’ of the last goblin Moira extends her hand out as if offering it in friendship, though she does add a bit of flourish. ”Omoh meropel”“Hold friends. There has been a mistake. Isn’t that right?”
DC 14 Wis save or Target is charmed probably has advantage.

For anyone moving back into the main chamber of the mine (where you first fought those goblins) roll a Perception check.
