"Might be fun, let's get back to town first and figure it our from there. I'm just hoping the hike back won't be nearly as bad." Sora said, "Speaking of which, I might be able to carry some of this stuff back, just so we can try to bring as much as possible."
Nemeia lets out a loud yawn as she wakes. She hadn't slept that well in a while and she needed it. She pats Cali on the head to wake the slumbering machine. She then quickly works through her bag of fun and makes sure that her supplies are ready for the day. She looks at her little slug crawling about in the bag and realizes that it's not needed. She disassembles it and places the parts back into their respective pouches.
As everyone gets ready to head back into town Moira sits for a minute with Rusty in her lap tracing arcane glyphs on her familiar. With a couple puffs she brings the two hawks back and sets them to scouting the path ahead.
Working together, the party manages to gather up nearly all of the food supplies there. Just about anything that wasn't already spoiling or half eaten was being carried in one fashion or another across everyone in the group. Nemeia managed to transport by far the most, carrying a huge amount of the cargo upon a disk of magical force, while the rest was stuff as much as would fit into her bag. Sora was a distant second, simply carrying huge amounts of food on her shoulders with a weight far bigger then her smaller form would imply. Down the line everyone else contributed whatever they could and set about bringing the stolen food back into town.
With the supplies secured as best as they could manage, the group set forth on the trail back to Greymeadow.
Survival checks to see how well you manage to make your way back
The long trek back seemed longer then normal, or perhaps it just felt that way due to the heavy loads everyone was trying to carry. The thick humid swamp air felt like a heavy curtain pushing back with every step, and the mud only ever seemed to get deeper and deeper. Yet despite all the hardships the group managed to stay on the right path and avoid getting lost. Though it took most of the day to get there, the entire group eventually made it back to town, complete with their massive haul of returned goods. Much to the joy of everyone in the village.
Nemeia lets out a sigh of relief once they make it back into town. The disk that had been suspended in the air bearing a large portion of the load settles down to the ground as the arcane energy that kept it aloft fades. She begins to unload what goods she stashed away in her satchel and assisted the dispersing the goods to those that needed them. Cali of course did what she could to help though it was fairly little
The joy that this little group brought back to the town was uplifting for Nemeia. She didn't often feel praise for her work so the change was much appreciated. While she wasn't advancing her craft at the rate she wanted, these small victories really helped to provide her with some self worth. She looks about at the smiling faces hoping that the town's troubles will be over now.
"What a day," Nemeia says to her companions. "We did some good here. It feels nice."
Sorawas exhausted after slogging through the swamp all day with hundred of pounds of food on her back. Almost as soon as they reached the town she dropped everything she was carrying and took a deep breath of relief. "That's it, I'm done, I gotta recharge. I'm gonna need some cheap food, cheap ale, and cheap wenches. I'll be at the shitty tavern if anyone wants to join me." Then gruffly she started making her way to the Waning Lure.
After getting the supplies back where they belong Moira goes looking for Audryen, giving them the 14 silver the group had found. Rejoining the others "I could go for a drink how about the rest of you?"
"The shitty tavern is my favorite place in this town!," Nemeia says with a bit of excitement. She follows along with Sora though she doesn't share the same level of exhaustion. Magic definitely had its perks though her mind could use a rest at some point. A few drinks couldn't hurt. That's for sure.
"Great! Let the party begin!" Sora exclaimed as she raised her ale to Moira's toast, quickly drinking and ordering more in a loud and unruly fashion that probably fits all too well with the local tavern. She was glad for all the friends that joined her and was determined to help them get over the rough few days they've experienced - even if it meant getting them black out drunk to do so.
After about an hour of drinking and into eating a bit of a meal Moira calls Rusty over from whomever he is playing with and takes a minute casting flock of familiars on him. There are now three red pandas wrestling and playing with each other and who ever else plays with them. Or offers them food.
Nemeia smiles as she welcomes the peaceful reprieve from the days past. "I'm so glad to have met you," she says to those gathered around. "It definitely makes this journey more interesting," she says with a laugh.
Sora gives Nemeia a quick one armed hug as she raises another fresh mug of ale with the other, "I feel the same! Running with you guys has been loads of fun already. Can't wait to see what new sort of trouble we can get into. Speaking of, who wants to fight?" Sora then let go of Nemeia as she looked about the pub awaiting any bar fight challengers.
The group laughed and celebrated the completion of their ordeal, raising quite the ruckus in The Waning Lure tavern. The drinks and food flowing, many of it paid for by the locals of the town who were coming by to show their appreciation for returning so much of their stolen food. Not to mention taking care of the Bullywug threat.
Nemeia was off to the side enjoying the reverie peacefully with Cali by her side. Moira had her familiars running about the tavern, adding to playful chaos. Meanwhile Sora was being her boisterous self, laying down the open challenge to the bar patrons. Unfortunately no one was willing to take her up on that offer at the moment as they were quite aware she was far too skilled in the art of bar fighting for the typical local villager to deal with.
While this was happening, 9 had made her way to Mary's blacksmith shop. She found the shop was still open and it wasn't much trouble finding Mary herself inside working away at several repairs for the townspeople. Seeing 9 walking in she gave the elf a big smile as she rose to greet her.
"You're back! How wonderful! I admit I was worried you wouldn't make it back."The large half-orc gave 9 a huge tusk filled smile as she welcomed her into the shop.
Witt gives Gerald a big hug when he gets back to the town. I'm so glad you're still here. What an adventure! And we recovered quite a bit of what was taken. He helps the others to offload what belongs to the caravan, beaming proudly.
While all the others are gallivanting around the town, Witt stays in the Thief's Respite with the others from the caravan, catching up and telling of their daring exploits against the bullywugs.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Moira
The three red pandas run up to Sora taking position around her and standing up to look as intimidating as they can. Moira is sitting at a table watching a playful grin on her face "I think they want to take you up on your challenge." The three familiars start to dart around a blur of red and black fur. One leaps in to tap Sora on the shin, while across the room Moira reaches out toward the scene and quietly says "Mudnerroh atcepsrep"A spark of lightning crackles on the little paw.
(The familiars take the dodge action. Moira casts Shocking grasp through one using its reaction)
Attack: 17 Damage: 3
If studded leather counts as having metal armor they get advantage on the attack roll 24

Moira enters the tavern a short while later. Orders a shot and an ale. And joins the others in their cups. "To no more frog people!"
