Skorn bites his lip and looks outside. I do not wish to spend the night in this house any more than outside, but at least in here we are in a defensible position. Is there another place we can go? Though it seems no place is safe here.

Ireena says " No place is away from the devil Strahd.' However I know there might be a Vistani Camp on the way we might be able to go to." 

Skorn nods. Yes. That could work...if they are still there, we can stop in with them. How far was it to Kresik again?

I see...and how far is it to Valleki? Can we make it before dark?

She says " That might be possible if we take the right roads to get there"

Torvin looks to Ismark and says: " Earlier you said you have been making preparations for Strahd...that wouldn't include any silvered weapons would it? I believe we may have encountered a werewolf in human form, he didn't attack but it would be good to have some weapons that could hurt were-folk"

Ismark says to Torvin " Strahd has forbid us to craft such material in years. I am sorry I can be of more help."

Skorn nods. I was afraid that would be the answer. I fear we are ill equipped for the journey, but we have no choice. I say we set out at once, and try to reach the next town before it gets too dark.

Manneo - Becoming discouraged as to what it is they can do regarding the attacks that have taken place sets off with the group before they leave he says, "Okay. Do we want to do the diamond formation again? It got us to the church."

Skorn nods. Yes, I think it would be best. I will lead again, Manneo and Torvin, cover our flanks. Mr. Greenleaf, cover us with your bow from the back. Ireena, stay in the middle where we can protect you. Stay ready. I hope not to be attacked on the way, but our time here so far does not bode well for us.

You guys make your way out of Barovia and back to where the Vistani camp was where you met Madam Eva. You can see that there is no on in site and all the tents are gone. The only sound in this area is the water. You all continue on your journey. You follow the river to the base of a canyon, at the far end of which a great waterfall spills into a pool, billowing forth clouds of cold mist. A great stone bridge spans the canyon nearly one thousand feet overhead.

Even here, in the mountains, the forest and the fog are inescapable. Ahead, the dirt road splits in two, widening toward the east. There you see patches of cobblestone, suggesting that the eastern branch was once an important thoroughfare.

You discover a foot trail that cuts through the wilderness.

 OOC: Diamond formation is used to cover all sides of an individual for protection. If we had Dink still with us he could have acted as a cover/bodyguard for Ireena in case something happened which would make it more protective.
