Curse of Strahd

The Wolf’s Head Jamboree has already occurred, making the square’s proclamations out of date. You see some party like streamers of wolfs heads hang on the way side.

It is getting a little dark, probably 6pm

Torvin looks to the party and asks: "To the inn then for supper and a rest?"

Ireena says " Yes, I think we should get inside somewhere"

Definitely would like to join this

Skorn nods. Yes. To the inn. We deserve the rest, I think.

Manneo - Hearing the plans of his companions says, "Okay. Then let's get inside.", he will go to the Inn and makes sure that he not Ireena enters the door first. As he walks in he looks around for any threats and realizes that he is starting to fall back into his old habits and needs to relax, but he feels like he can't in this place.

Perception Check: 10 

OOC: Can I use the Guidance that Torvin gave me from before I didn't use it because I thought it had to be given prior to the act? My plus 4 on that last check was my modifier for Perception just like this one.

Torvin will also scan the room looking for anything out of place 18 perception

Skorn walks in behind the others, and heads towards the bar. He'll speak to the bartender: Excuse me, we are in need of some food and drink, and a place to stay for the night.

Mr. Greenleaf - Flyn will take a seat at an open table nearest to the bar "Should we trust the people here, Ireena? Does this village get attacked frequently too?" 

Manneo - Looking at Mr. Greenleaf Manneo says, "I am not trying to speak for Ireena at all, but judging from the amount of heads on spikes at the gate it would be a fair assessment that these people indeed do get attacked a lot."

Mr. Greenleaf - Kind of glancing over at the short bow strapped to his pack "Well they looked like wolf heads to me and I've hunted those before... but only when they were dangerous ones."

Behind the counter is a stoutly man with grey in his hairs and some feathers on his coat. He presents to you as a surily fellow but weary. He turns around and says “ Well we have only two wines here Dragon Crush and Purple Passion. The food we have are Wolf Steak and Mash, Meat Pie, and Barley Soup with Bread.” Food is 1 GP and a room is 5 gp per person per bed. If your interested I’ll tell what room accommodations we have such as how many beds per room. 

Wine is 1 sp per glass and a pitcher is 1gp

Skorn nods. I suppose we are interested, we do not have anywhere else to go, and we shall not be traveling these roads at night. Only wine, eh? I suppose that shall do, but a good stout or a nice mead would not go amiss. Give me a steak and mash, and a pitcher of the Dragon Crush. And the room, too. Skorn slaps down 7 gp on the table.

He says “ Alright did, the room you will all be staying in has two queen beds and one cot. That’s the biggest I have. 

He hands you a key, it’s the second door on your left, take the left staircase 

Ireena walks over to help you with the drinks. She says to you all as you get back to the table. “Did you all notice all the ravens hanging around?”

Skorn says Noticed one as we were walking into Barovia...but I have not seen any since.
