Curse of Strahd

Manneo - Looking at X says, "I apologize. Perhaps I misheard when we were told that we wouldn't get help from the entity in this house. If that is the case, then there is no need for us to be here. We have wasted time and energy into a forsaken place and have found nothing of use. It would be wiser to go to the elfs camp and at least get our bearing while we can and find out more information outside of this house. Though I will do what the group wants I would like to remind everyone that the only reason we are here is because we needed to get away from a pack of wolves in order to protect Ireena. Who is supposed to be going to another town that is secure enough for her to not worry about Strahd. I have said my piece."

 Torvin looks at X and says: " I believe A is Argynvest the dragon judging by the letter we found referenced  'his knights'.

Manneo - Turning to Torvin he says, "And you all think that the 'Knights' are in this house? Nothing has been right since we stepped into this house. Why would that letter be telling the truth? "

Torvin says: "yes I think the knights are here. We just got through talking to a grouchy one in the previous room and one had me paralyzed downstairs. Didn't the grouchy one say they were turned into revenants when they died? This is just my theory I could be wrong.....I've been wrong before and I agree with you nothing has been right since that damned mist brought us here. On what we can believe or not believe I can not say.......if we cant believe anything why are we believing Madame Eva and trying to get Ireena to safety?"

Skorn steps between Manneo and Torvin. Unfortunately for us, I think you are both right. We must leave this place first of all, and finish the journey with Ireena to Krezk. Once she's there and safe, we can figure out what to do with this skull. He grins. I have led many raids against superior forces, a quick in and out when Strahd is not expecting us may be doable.

Torvin looks to Skorn and says: "No one wants out of this house more than I....remember the fireplace?"

Torvin looks at Manneo and says: "I too want to escort the Elf to his camp and see if we can gain any information there"

Manneo - Hearing Torvin and Skorn says, "Then let us leave this place and return at a later time."

Gwyllen furrows her brow - "I think we should definitely return to this place once we have safely escorted Savid and Ireena to where they need to go. This place seems to hold important secrets. If we are to fight Strahd, we will need all the allies and information we can find. It seems obvious that this great knight is attempting to communicate from beyond; perhaps he cannot help without the artifact. I, for one, think the notion that I was transported here for nothing seems naive. Let's help these folks on their way and then reassess. Agreed?"

With that, Gwyllen starts walking back the way they came from.

Skorn looks at Ireena. It seems we keep getting delayed. We will get you to safety, I swear it. But we must take the elf back first, I suppose. 

Mr. Greenleaf - Still looking a bit angry "If we comeback here someone is carrying me up all those stairs..."

Gwyllen smiles and winks at Flyn - "I'll give you a ride... up the stairs. You might get covered in feathers though." 

Glancing towards the way out she speaks again - "I hope everyone is prepared to battle a pack of wolves. It sounds simply delightful to me! I do hope we can take rest beforehand though."

 Manneo - Hearing what Greenleaf said pats him on the back and gives him a thumbs up.

Ireena says " yes well lets be on our way then. The camp is going back towards Valleki. 

Gwyllen looks Ireena up and down and chuckles - "Maybe you should lead the way, that's some impressive breastplate you have there. I'll watch your back."

She spins her little frosty globe in her palm and lets her eyes flicker blue flames for a second - "I have spells at the ready."

Mr. Greenleaf - "Are you sure you can carry me, Gwyllen?" receiving the pat from Manneo and reciprocating with a fist bump to the knee "I know Manneo can carry me." 

Unstrapping his short bow Flyn will give Ireena a thumbs up "I'm ready."

Gwyllen turns back to Flyn - "You are very brawny for a halfling. Perhaps you should carry me!" she feigns a swoon. 

Mr. Greenleaf - Hearing that Flyn will sneak outside and attempt to see if the wolves are still out there.
