Rollo raises an eyebrow. "No one is feeding you?! Well, that's is unmentionably cruel! Here, show me who is supposed to be feeding you. I will cut off their hands and you can eat them. Then the next person assigned to feed you will know the consequences of failing to do their duty!" He pats the hilt of his sword.
Tilbee looks a little shocked at the offer and meekly says Oh yes no food but...don't have to hurt people. They do feed me, just not when I ask. Except the cook, he always gives scraps. You have food human?
Torsus' eyes were glued to the statues mostly when entering the ante, taking note of just how precious or horrible the craftsmanship was and seeing if he could identify the materials though he didn't try too hard. He briefly entertained the idea of using his greater illusionary skills to replicate Chauntea to see how it would go down, but it was something he had to try hard to force down as he realized there would more likely be ire than appreciation. And so with a sigh, the old tortle gives up on that idea. Since no one else had, he instead chose to waive over or even speak if needed to grab one of the acolyte's attentions
Pardon me, but we're here to see the abbot the wonderful abbot of oz upon direction from Miros. And to save time, would you please inform him that were primarily here for the 'giant' issue but we are also here to offer any assistance.
Torsus picks an acolyte at random who stops to hear what the new arrival has to ask. When Torsus is finished she says Oh well the Abbot should be out in the back gardens at this time of day. Just follow the hall in either direction to its end and you'll find where you need to go. I'd get him but I'm a bit busy, I'm sure you'll make do on your own. The acolyte hurries off down one of the halls.
A listening in Narz simply nods before making his way for one the halls. The others he expected to follow, but one glance back at Rollo (missing or not) left him looking doubtful. Still, he looks to Torsus at least and says, "Well then? Best we continue to get a move on and see our contact before he too winds up a bit too busy, if you know what I'm saying there bud. Those giant fellows and their goblin muckers will only get more antsy about getting inside as time keeps on ticking on." The hobgoblin then picks up the pace and carries on down for the halls, choosing one at random, since they both lead inevitably in the same direction.

Aeyd quietly stands behind Rollo as he speaks to the bear, watching with mild interest, as the others speak to an acolyte for directions. She always found the ability to speak to animals so... interesting. She wondered if they all carried a great amount of wisdom, but was unable to communicate that unless met with the correct people. She leans over a bit and says, "Mind if I ask what they are saying to you, Rollo? They look a bit..."She tilts her head. "Sad?"

Pondering for only a moment, Torsus felt the bard would be the most likely of the quad to possess any useful information based on some calculated deduction only he would likely understand. Pausing long enough to echo Rollo's sentiments, with a bit of added dialogue. Aye. What Master Rollo says is quite true. All monolithic things, be they an ideology, a religion, a patron, diety, or leader, for as strong as it may appear, with it's power at its center.. can just as easily by destroyed by destroying that center. Thus I feel it is wise to follow more than a single thing. However, to my allies, I will let you know I am pursuing the Bard. I can't tell you why, but my gut is telling me that that is my best option. he says with an affirming nod, shuffling the things that held his possessions around his shell.. not for lack of comfort as the shell itself had no nerves, and thus couldn't feel, but out of habit from watching others do it. Tosus considered chiding the Abbot for getting so far behind on his list but realized that he would be met with the argument of 'well why did you offer to help then?' and he didn't feel like arguing semantics.
In any case, I shall be on my way, to seek out this halfling. If you hear any sudden loud noises, do not be alarmed. With a final nod, Torsus turns around slowly, so as not to topple himself and heads out towards the hopps fields, as the abbot suggested, before sucking in a breath, and shouting at the top of his lungs, while simultaneously casting a thrice-multiplied echo of his voice via Thaumaturgy
OREN YAGILVY, I seek an audience with you! Meet me where the Hopps meets the road closest to the center of town. To everyone else, I apologize for the disturbance!
Torsus hopes he's not bothering too many people but why seek out manually what you can use magic to find faster? I truly am clever! he thought to himself with a smirk.
Claire addresses Rollo. "I'm plenty strong but not used to the kind of manual labor Miros probably needs at the inn. I only have a +3 to Athletics. I can seek out Zi Liang and speak with her if you don't mind helping at the inn? Or perhaps it would do me well to get my hands dirty..." Claire finishes with an introspective thought. She waits for Rollo's answer.

Although Rollo's exchange with the abbot on the other hand provoked a subtle yet clear nod of approval in the barbarian. "Seems then that we have our marching orders for the time being, eh? So, best we get started then.I'll see to Madame Naxane, if that is alright with the rest of you fellows? And if so, as I hopefully hope so, could the one that visits Mr. Martholio take Spaz along with you. While he may not be able to communicate through normal means, in the event of something.. unexpected, he could perhaps be of some assistance."

Occassional Dungeon Master.
Claire addresses Rollo. "I'm plenty strong but not used to the kind of manual labor Miros probably needs at the inn.
I only have a +3 to Athletics.I can seek out Zi Liang and speak with her if you don't mind helping at the inn? Or perhaps it would do me well to get my hands dirty..." Claire finishes with an introspective thought. She waits for Rollo's answer.
