"Odd is but one of many wonderful flavors of life, as I've learned. Wonderful, and frustrating at times."Nadaar couldn't help sighing on that last point, remembering a certain sword wielding man from last.
Although there is a moment of silence as the dragonborn contemplated the loss of Zack's mother, Nadaar is back to smiling soon enough, if only for the sake of appearances. After tugging at his whisker a few times, nodded to himself and say, "Enough for fifteen days, if you could, and namely the meat variety. While we Dragonborn can and do eat other things, meat is a preference. Oh, and throw in a mess kit and spare backpack, that would be appreciated."On that note, unless Nadia had more for him, the Dragonborn bids the two adieu as he himself left to rest along with Rillex.
And for once, outside of any nightly troubles, his rest is a peaceful one.
You all eventually make your way to bed while Godrick handles your request, promising it to be ready in the morning. Back home Zack finds him room to be almost exactly as he remembers it though there wasn't too much there to begin with. Still it seems the room had been mostly untouched though its clear it was cleaned as often as the rest of the house. The night goes by without any interruption. You all wake up to a clear and sunny morning. Zack wakes up to the smell of cooked meat as he finds his father had been cooking breakfast for the two of them. Likewise Nadaar amd Nadia would go downstairs to find a human female now tending the bar, with Angar seated at the bar eating breakfast. A few towns folk are also seated in the tavern eating and drinking though you notice they seem to sit as far from Angar as the room allows. When the pair go downstairs the female calls out to you Good morning! Hope you two had a good nights rest. If you're hungry I got food warmed up in the back. Breakfast comes with the room so just take a seat and I'll bring it out.
Nadaar is a little awkward around Nadia when the initially come out for no clear reason. But, he still greeted her with a nod before the two made their way downstairs. At which point Nadaar admittedly spends one moment too long appraising the woman after pausing in step, before nodding and taking a seat beside Angar. "Good morning, new compatriot. Sleep and prepared yourself well, I hope? Same to you, Yorick!" He leans over if need be just enough to spy the skeleton before looking back to Angar with a small grin.

After waking up, Zack remade the bed, but intentionally left a few faults. His logic being that before it was frozen in time but... Now it's as if time has moved forward a bit. It's been 'used' again. And hopefully as small a thing as it is, it'll bring my old man some comfort. I wish we could stay longer.... But Life isn't about what you want. But what you gotta do. Perhaps he was right, or perhaps that's what he had to tell himself to keep the will to leave. He looked around his old room, slowly. Man, this place used to feel so much bigger. I remember that time Dad scolded me over that one thing... and then mom came in and .. heh. Hmm. Despite everything, he was sad she was gone.. even sadder that he had missed her, bringing a very temporary frown, before he closed his eyes, remembering what she looked like, and what 'dad' looked like when he was about a decade younger.
He sat there in reminiscence for almost half an hour, before the scent of cooking meat overwhelmed his still starving gut. The food lastnight was a snack, at best, after a few days without food. And he was starving again. He got up with a slow flourish, patting off his pants before getting dressed. For once, he put on some basic clothing. A simple tunic, and some Sack-lace pants. Held together by a simple belt. It was some of his older clothing. And it just barely fit right, as he was always rather tall. Leaving his armor in his room. It felt kinda nice to wear something light, and soft.
When he joined his dad in the small dining area. Saying the short, traditional prayer his family always said before eating this time. Try to only use one of those at a time. Otherwise people might ask where you got the jewels from. But with a hundred gold, you could hire a few laborers for at-least a year or more. So that it's not so hard on you. I Missed you both while I was gone, and I did worry everyday about the farm. But you've kept it together pretty well. As they say.. "We Fairs are a tough lot" even if you only got the title because you liked to chew out the neighbors! he smirked at his father, hoping that his comments would keep the mood light. Trying to steer clear of the topic of his mom. Zack had cried and been sad enough lately, and last thing he needed to do was steer his dad into thoughts about her and make him sad too.
Chances are though, we'll leave today. Mind if I steal a few cobbs and other veggies off the soil, as well as salt some of this meat for the road so I don't mess up again? Haha. Just enough to get going, without taking what you need to keep yourself fed too. Also, hows Godrick doing? We kinda just ghosted through town on our way here, so I didn't have a chance to say hi, but considering its best no one else knows I'm alive that may be for the best
he ate while listening to all the responses, seeming to savor, yet breathe in all the meat. Leaving literally nothing on the plate, and when done eating... would wash his own plate off in the basin and set it to dry.
I'm gonna linger around here and help you, since it's probably best I not be seen in town too much. So let me help you till the others are ready to go.
The young woman behind the bar smiles pleasantly and says Yes I did thanks for asking. I'll be right back with your meals! before heading to the kitchen. Angar simply nods in greeting before drinking what looks like is probably tea of some kind but definitely smells boozy. Yorick simply stares with cold dead eye sockets but is likely saying something you can't hear tho Angar isn't translating. Eventually the girl comes back from the kitchen and places two meals in front of you both, heavy on the meat as requested by Nadaar but still with some decent roasted bread, eggs and a cup of warm tea without the booze. Seems he isn't much of a morning person huh? she says of Angar to which he groggily nods in agreement. Anyway I'm Sarah, Godricks daughter. I run the inn in the morning when Pa's asleep and he usually takes over in the evening. Pleasure to meet you folk, its always nice to get outsiders in town. Sarah smiles at you both and gives off an aura of extreme friendliness. She appears to be in her early 20's, has long blonde hair and is on the shorter side. Oh right and this is for you! Sarah pulls out a nearly wrapped bundle, covered in cloth and tied together neatly with twine. Beside it she places a backpack and tin mess kit. Fifteen days worth off travel rations, a backpack and mess kit. Total comes out to 9 gold 7 silver.
Back at Zacks house Zack enters the kitchen to find his father just finishing up preparing a modest breakfast. They sit at the table, say their prayers and begin eating. Its silent in the room until Zack starts to speak. Your father nods and says Aye, it'll be a relief to hire on some hands around here so long as they ain't layabouts. And the neighbors wouldn't needed a chewing out if they kept their damed animals penned in instead of letting them roam out fields eating our crops the bastards. Your father chuckles a bit at the memory before seeming to go sullen at the mention of you leaving. Still intent on leaving then eh? Well I suppose I can't blame ya boy. But take whatever you need. I shan't let my son wander around starving near to death. And Godricks doing fine. Though like me he's getting on in years. His daughter works the inn properly now during the day. You remember Sarah don't ya? You two spent a fair amount of time playing together as kids if memory serves. Grown to be a fine woman she has. She took news of you dying pretty hard. Might wanna see her..then again if your leaving maybe not. Hmmm. Plus if you're serious about that Nadia, well...you know Sarah was always sweet on you. Might complicate things. Still I'm sure she would like to know you're still alive and I can't promise I can keep the secret for long. Was never much for lying and such.

Nadaar wasn't entirely the touchy feely type. So, while he started to raise a hand, mirroring one of Zack's shoulder grasp of comradiery to Angar before Sarah returned, hearing said return proves more than enough to warrant not completing the motion, and just pretend to brush back an errant scale tendril from his eye. "A pleasure shared, my dear Sunshine." He winks. "The name is Nadaar Tu-... Mn... Just Nadaar." He smiled a toothless smile back, wishing not to run her off. Even if she shared her father's resilience of spirit.
Yet, even he cannot help but look on with more than just an appreciative feeling in his eyes watching her table the rations along with the rest. Fortunately, Nadaar recovered quickly, and to fiddle around in his pocket for the coin. However, as a play evolves in mind mid-motion, the hand changes to trying at slipping the platinum piece from a vest pocket in hand while the other tried to gently grasp one of Sarah's own, and turn it palm up. "For brightening my day." He slips the coin into her palm, and without breaking eye contact, brushed the fingers back over the coin before resting his hand over it for a few moments longer.
"Keep the change. Though, I would hardly call it proper repayment for being blessed with your fine company, or for gracing these world weary eyes of mine with such radiance this morning.... But, if you think of something far better and... perhaps more fun than coin, let me know." On that note, he releases her, and just holds her gaze for a moment longer before beginning to pack away his rations and returning to breakfast.
Sarah places out a hand to accept the coin as Nadaar fishes for his coin, smiling a friendly smile all the while. When Nadaars hand touches her own she blushes but keeps her cool. She palms the coin and hands over the gear to Nadaar while maintaining the friendly smile, but blushing even more at Nadaars words. Well thank you sir. I do appreciate it. And it's a pleasure to meet you as well Nadaar. Just Nadaar as it were. She pauses for a moment to give you a once over with her eyes as if inspecting you while biting her lower lip. How long do you plan to be in town? Not too soon I hope. Would be a shame If someone as...unique...such as yourself were to leave so soon. Especially while I'm stuck here all day. Would be nice to show you around town this evening. If you wanted I'd be more than happy to show you around town. Theres a few secluded areas most of the townsfolk dont go to that I find just breathtaking. You just have to see them before leaving.
Zack couldn't help but laugh at his fathers response, but he nodded nonetheless. Having finished everything involving the plates, and such. He put his hands on his hips when his dad mentioned Sarah. Yeah, She was always a little on the short side, but she was cute as the nine hells are hot. Grew into her body a bit early too, so perhaps that helped? Haha. And eh, if it will be discovered anyway it's better to hear from the horse than the fly, or whatever you used to say - You know what I mean at the least. he looked outside through one of the few windows in the place, thinking for about five minutes in silence, unless his father spoke during that time.
As long as you can keep the secret when the soldiers or Zhents come knocking... atleast. But do try to tell as few people as possible, the more people know.... etc etc. at this point, he started pacing, still pondering before, after finally coming to terms with it, simply nodded. Yeah, Yeah... I think I'll go. No telling when I'll have a chance to come back if i get a chance to come back. But if nothing else, I'll be sure to drop by for an hour or two before we head out, if we don't stay one more night. I'm actually surprised they didn't come back already. Then again.. Knowing Nadaar he's probably mis-interperating some 'human' behavior as an insult right now! Hahaha
After pulling his dad into another hug, strong, but considerate of his age, he left, still wearing his simple clothing.
Nadaar had nodded initially in turn, and even pretend to ignore the inspection. Yet, there could be no denying the sly straightening up more in his seat to better present a broad shoulders and toned chest. To what followed after, he hmm'ed, feigning to thinking about the offer while looking askance and tugging at his whiskers. "A most interesting and delectable offer... One I'd be remiss in not taking up after being deemed worthy of such." He lets a playful smirk tug at the corner of his lips on that note before expression turns to one worry as he again looked askcance.
"But assurances were made as well, leaving only a day at night at most to spare... Not to mention such work further unbalancing the scales." He said, only to promptly dismiss the notion with an haphazard wave. "Bah! No matter! It's just means that perhaps -- Perhaps, before the evening concludes, that we may take strides to make the night exceptionally memorable... for both of us." He said suggestively as he leaned in a bit, before settingly back in his seat with a small chuckle. "Something to think about until we meet later this evening."

Zack, when you embrace your father he says in a low voice Don't worry boy. I'll make sure they don't find out. I'll do my best to keep it a secret. Just make sure you come back and say goodbye to be and your mother before ya leave this time okay? after that he let's you go as you wander out into the town. On the way there you pass by several familiar faces working in the fields of their own farms. Unless you stop to talk they take little notice of you but you see many of the adult neighbors you knew who seem older and in some cases their children who are now adults themselves working along side them. You finally make it into town where you see the inn.
Nadaar, Sarah leans in on the counter giving you a sly, seductive look. Well I'll be waiting then. Just don't leave a girl waiting too long yeah? She looks like she is about to say something else when the door to the inn opens. She gives you an apologetic look as if to say "duty calls" before looking over to your shouldernto greet the new customer. Good morning s...she pauses as Zack enters the Inn and approaches over to Nadaar and Nadia (presumably). Sarah stares at him intently, as if she isn't believing what she is seeing. G-good morning sir. What can I do for you today?
Last night: Having spilled the beans on Zack's return (though, she could have been speaking about another person named Zack, what would they know?), Nadia had mentally chided herself for not thinking before she spoke, yet soon, she would fall silent at hearing of the fighter's mother's passing. So that's why... She could only frown the more she dwelt on it, and when the conversation was over, she thanked Godrick and bid the men a goodnight before retreating off to her room for the night, heart heavy.
Morning: Nadia didn't notice Nadaar's initial awkwardness in the morning, the elf greeting him with a smile and a nod as per usual as they headed down to the bar for breakfast. She situates herself on the other size of Angar, giving him and Yorick a small good morning herself, not really expecting much of a greeting back. The ranger thanks the woman for the meal, taking a second to make sure Nadaar was served as well before digging in. She listened to the flirting as she chewed on her eggs, almost wondering if she should 'wing man' him, but decided it be best not to do so, seeing as he was doing perfectly fine on his own.
The elf glances over to the door when she hears it open, mainly for curiosities sake, and sits up when she realizes who it was. "Hey!" She says, giving him a wave over. "Nice to see you out of your armor in the daylight for once." The elf quips with a smile, yet her attention, though, is brought back to Sarah when she hears the hesitation in her voice and her intent gaze on the fighter, tilting her head slightly. Why do I feel like I've read this scene in a book once...

Perception: 20
Zack took in the small town for what it was. A few buildings, here and there, with lots of road between them. And only a few that were within a hop or two of each-other. But it was nice, and quiet. A change from the clamor of the larger cities, and especially the training grounds. A part of him missed it, which made him laugh at himself, considering it used to be this quiet that had made him want to leave. His boots the only part of his normal armory still on his person.
He avoided speaking to much of anyone, and eventually, he found himself at the Inn. I wonder how everyone's doing. he said softly before finally pushing the door open. Heading to the middle-point of where Nadia and Nadaar were as Sarah greets him. His eye catching where the two of them were and noting how she had shifted just a bit. A small half smile appearing, all things considered. His eyes lingered on Sarah for a few moments, to see exactly how much different she was now, than when she was younger.
Just as he did however, Nadia spoke, and his attention was grabbed. Ha! The way you talk you make it sound like I'm some kind of Vampire! I don't like to be in it any more than I have to but we've been on the road for days... Speaking of I still need that bath, Maybe I'll take one tonight. He took the seat next to Nadia, leaning onto the table to be more comfortable before saying Sup Sarah. You look like you've seen a ghost. But I suppose that's fair, I did technically die for a while. Big chunk of my life just doesn't exist in my memories. A lot of it's missing. Came back to say hi to my parents. Met em both lastnight. he said, hesitating for a second.
But they both seem to be doing well, all things considered. The old man convinced me to come say hi to one of the few childhood friends I had, and it seems you're the only one left in town, or the others just haven't been mentioned. You sure have grown through. he allows himself to go through the motions of making a cursory inspection I knew you wee gonna be cute, but I didn't think you would grow up to be quite this beautiful. he had, more or less ignored her greeting, choosing instead to skip all the formality.
I've been away for a long while. Had joined the army, and eventually left it. Thats the long story short. Sorry I never said anything before I left. And sorry i couldn't keep that promise. But I did what I felt I had to do at the time. This here is my ..... he says, trying to think of a word that leaves some ambiguity, yet also has some intent behind it.... Partner. Met her a long time ago, and again just recently. Been travelling together with her since. How are things?
Sarah slams a hand on the table and glares at Zack a bit angrily. So it is you! What in the Nine Hells man! Running off to join the army makes sense but pretending to be dead these past few years? What the hell is that about! We had a funeral for you and everything you know! Sarah sighs and takes a step back and puts a cup on the table and fills it half way with a amber liquid. Here you bastard. Your favorite. A bit early sure but just shut up and drink. And it's on the house, since it is actually good to see you again. Sorry about your mum Zack. Felt like burying you all over again. Unless of course she's going to be walking in behind you any moment now? The tone in her voice softens towards the end of all this as she gets over the initial shock of seeing a dead man walk into the bar. She then looks over to Nadia, realizing Zack referred to her as 'partner'. She seems to be considering what exactly that means and Nadia doesn't miss a hint of jealousy in her eyes, but she remains polite when she speaks again. Well at least it seems he's found someone who looks like they known what they are doing to travel with. I'd wager if he were allowed to go on his own we would be needing to have a funeral for real. Thank you for taking care of our village idiot Nadia. Loveable fool that he is, he's bound to get himself hurt without someone looking out for him. She then turns back to address Zack. As for the others, if you stick around here long enough Greggor and Mattias are bound to show up. Though I'm not surprised your dad didn't mention them, you know he never liked those two dimwits. But they usually stop by for lunch most days when their not causing trouble. Other than that a few of the others left, some seeking fortune in Daggerford or Waterdeep or to one of nearby villages. I'm sure you'll still see plenty of familiar faces if you hang around. Though if you're memory is unreliable then maybe not. Let me guess. One too many hits on the head trying to do something heroic? That would be like you afterall.
Nadia had been smiling up at the fighter as she rested her chin in her hands, giving him a playful nudge with her knee once he sat down beside her. She didn't say much after that, only listening to him speak with Sarah and continuing to finish her meal, albeit a bit slowly now, interested at what he wanted to say to her considering it had been so long. Even at his compliment to her, she managed to keep the bit of envy that formed away from being expressed on her face by shoving her fork in her mouth and chewing on some eggs.
Yet when she looks up to meet Sarah's gaze, she's hit with that wave of jealousy from her eyes alone, surprised that she still managed to be respectful to the elf all things considered. Though she did feel a bit... satisfied knowing of the others jealousy towards her. She thanks her for the compliment (even though truthfully she barely knew what she was doing), and had emitted a light laugh at how the other had kept referring to him as somewhat of a fool. "I'm not the only one keeping this blockhead alive, thankfully," She jests with a smile and gestures over to the dragonborn. "Nadaar helps me as well, but... As much as I care about them, I'll admit both of them have their flaws. Its tough trying to keep these two alive since they both have a love for danger. Mm, Zack more so than Nadaar though." She follows it up with a laugh and a shake of the head, letting Sarah return back to speaking to Zack. At the last comment though, Nadia couldn't help but chuckle again and say, "Oh, honey, you have no idea."
"Never." This had been Nadaar's last playful words before Zack's arrival suddenly, and all but certainly turned things on its head. Although he appeared just briefly slighted at the lack of mentioning as a compatriot from Zack, having utterly failed to miss a number subtext throughout the exchange, it is quickly swept under the rug. Between the news last night and meeting an apaprently familiar face, the Dragonborn could not help subtly nod understandingly before casually taking a sip of his tea.
Even Sarah's slamming the table did little more than warranted a raised brow ridge out of the Dragonborn. That, and a melancholy smile as he recalled a familiar meeting between his own family members back home. "What?" Nadaar snaps out of it, and places a free hand on his chest. "You wound me, Lady Nadia." He said, but with an air of mirth to his voice. "It was never a love of danger that compelled my actions. I was just simply pulling my absolute full weight, as is the Dragonborn way. Or would you have me abandon you and Zack at the first sign of trouble?" He asked, giving her a crooked grin. "Either way, seeing as I have apparently been stressing you a great deal, all I can promise is to mitigate it as best I can -- WHEN I can. More than that, and it would be a lie.... and I prefer to avoid lying to those I have grown attached to." He admitted earnestly.

Zack would raise a finger to interject as he responds to the one accusation that was false, while his own knee knocked against Nadias softly, but stayed there. I wasn't pretending to be anything. I had no idea that people thought I was dead until last night. I Avoided coming here because I had to leave the army in a way I assume wasn't favorable. And I had no idea what they would do to people here if I came back. And logically, the first place they'd go if they were chasing me, would be my home. Last thing I expected them to do was just say "Yup, he's dead." after which he let her finish up to the point of offering the rum. He'd get up fro mhis seat, the chair screeching slightly across the wood, though not by intention, as he made his way over to grab the drink.
He stayed there a moment, as her last words came through at that point before saying, after sighing like someone who was trying to keep something a secret, at-least for a little while. No. She won't. his eyes closing as his lips pursed, before taking a swig of the rum, and chafing it down halfway in a single drought. Softly slamming the cup down, as the liquid bounced around. I was tryna keep that quiet... Both these dorks have seen me in quite a few pretty sad states recently, and I was trying to spare them from having to deal with another. Last thing I .... he cuts himself off there as he reconsiders his words. His eyes had been down at the mug when Sarah glanced at Nadia, so he missed it completely.
He finally came back around when she mentioned Greg and Matt, the two local hooligans. All you gotta do is bluff them and they go running.... Besides... They're both tiny where it matters....So just call em out if they cause you trouble. And unfortunately I'm not sure how long we'll be around. Nadaar seemed to want to be gone within a day or two at most, so my reunion will be over soon. In the end I'm just glad I got to have it.
He listens though as both the girls hit him over the head with frying pans, even if Nadia's was a bit softer in its approach. No, the reason is .. much darker. But even if it wasn't, it's my job to keep people safe, heroic or not. I wouldn't be a man, much less a hero if I could have protected someone, but didn't. And maybe it will cost me my life someday. Not that i'm just going to let it happen but, I gotta protect whats important to me, even if it costs me. And while I'm .. sad that I didn't get to see ma before she passed, and I'm sorry that it caused you all pain. But, at the time, I thought it was the best way to protect you all from whatever may have come. he considered quipping about the whole 'growing attached to' comment but held himself back from saying anything about how Nadaar reacts to basically everything.
Honestly just glad to see you're both allright, and I assume since you haven't said anything, your pops is fine too. That and my dad didn't say he was down. Considering how few people come through though, I'm surprised this place is still as well off as it was back then. Do anything special to keep it running?
Sarah's eyes go wide when she realizes you meant to keep news about your mother secret and starts to stammer. Shit...Sorry I just assumed...I mean...I..shit sorry Zack I didn't realize. And I know you wouldn't pretend to be dead on us at least not without a good reason. I'm sure whatever happened...well I'm sure you had reasons. Sarah frowns and looks at you apologetically but finally sighs and puts back on the happy customer service face. Well you're back, and you're okay. So that's all that really matters. Even if you don't plan on staying it's good of you to come back and say hi. And Dad is fine. He works the counter in the evening now and let's me run in during the day. And no we don't do anything special. As long as the people in town need a drink after working all day or need a place to come and relax our doors will always be open. The rooms don't get much use, well not until very recently it seems. She gestures towards Nadia, Nadaar and a gentleman at the bar who has a staff with a skull attached to the end, who you must not have noticed somehow. Your Pa doesn't make the trip here as much anymore. Too busy. We've taken to delivering a pitcher of beer in the morning. In fact I should be heading over there soon. Once some of the people clear off anyway. If you're heading back to your folks would you mind delivering it for me?
Zack would shake his head in the negative and flick his fingers in a dismissive manner No point in worry about the cat being out of the bag at this point anyway. I was just trying to spare them from seeing me play the sadman once more. But that's good. Your pops was always a good man. Though Zack couldn't help but chuckle about that one time that Godrick got handsy with a customer once in the past during some small celebration after he drank just a bit too much. Though he didn't say anything about it, so by all appearances he just laughed about nothing, for no reason. And yeah, he looked a little weatherworn. So I have him some money so he could hire on a few hands, considering I won't be lingering to do it myself. Unfortunately the three of us kinda got some business to take care of. And apparently, I need my hand held, or i'll die~ he said, making a playful jab at both the womens comments earlier. Perhaps I'll have Nadia escort me to the outhouse, so I don't fall into the hole too~ despite what he was saying, he was smiling at his own expense, and there was clearly no hostility in his words.
Finally, turning to look at the skull-guy when he was mentioned, Zack would say Also it seems like you two met the guy my pa mentioned. Nice to meetcha, Name's Zack, if you weren't already informed at some point. We don't often get people like you 'round here, so you're smalltown famous. What brings you here? he would ask, before sipping on his mug, nodding in thanks to Sarah, as she remembered his favorite drink, even if they did both have to sneak it before since they were both much younger. Slowly drinking the remaining half.
When all responses were over, and he'd finally finished his drink, he'd look over and ask Sarah I haven't had the chance to check, but did you and your pops ever finish the roof-bath you guys always had planned? Or do you only have the one in the back still?
Sarah laughs at the idea of Zack needing to be escorted to the outhouse. When Angar is spoken too he gives Zack a nod in greeting, saying simply Names Angar, you're friends mentioned you last night. We'll get to talk about why I'm here in more detail soon enough. Your friends have offered to help me with a task. Though It seems we won't be leaving until tomorrow morning.
Sarah refills Angars mug before turning back to Zack. Aye it's been finished. Looking to tidy up? It's a silver to rent she then gives a quick glance Nadias way. per person
Nadia is just finishing up her meal after another laugh at Zack's escort suggestion, the elf shaking her head as she gets up from her place to deliver her plate to Sarah, just catching her little glance over when she mentions the extra silver per person as she makes her way over. She digs into her pouch for a second after setting the plate down before the barkeeper, taking out two silver pieces and putting them both in her hand with a cheeky smile. "I'd like to put a reserve on that bath for us later tonight then, if you don't mind," She gives a wink over to Zack. "As promised~"
She puts her hands on her hips with a smile on her face. "I'm going to take a walk around town, see what's around here. Need to buy a few arrows since the quiver is running low and I wouldn't mind delivering his dad that pitcher either." The ranger looks over to Zack again, then Nadaar. "Either of you wanna join me on this perilous journey?"

Occassional Dungeon Master.

Occassional Dungeon Master.

Last night:
Having spilled the beans on Zack's return (though, she could have been speaking about another person named Zack, what would they know?), Nadia had mentally chided herself for not thinking before she spoke, yet soon, she would fall silent at hearing of the fighter's mother's passing. So that's why... She could only frown the more she dwelt on it, and when the conversation was over, she thanked Godrick and bid the men a goodnight before retreating off to her room for the night, heart heavy.
Morning:
Nadia didn't notice Nadaar's initial awkwardness in the morning, the elf greeting him with a smile and a nod as per usual as they headed down to the bar for breakfast.
Occassional Dungeon Master.

Besides... They're both tiny where it matters.... So just call em out if they cause you trouble.
Occassional Dungeon Master.
If you're heading back to your folks would you mind delivering it for me?Zack would shake his head in the negative and flick his fingers in a dismissive manner No point in worry about the cat being out of the bag at this point anyway.
Occassional Dungeon Master.
