(Raxin is by no means quiet, not a yell, but definitely has his voice raised) He grumbles to himself after minion is gone something about "soul" and "useless" or "worthless" you can't really make it out.
Not seeing anything especially special about the crossbows, Shake draws the company's attention to them. He rasps his shield against his studded leather armor as a sort of makeshift washboard and hits the ground with his foot in a vaguely rhythmic manner.
"The wolves are dead. The cabinet is ajar. There are crossbows in there, for fighting from afar."
Then Shake suddenly stops and surreptitiously moves close to Ralg.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
If you want "surreptitiously", then you should probably make a stealth roll against Ralg's perception. Ralg isn't going to be comfortable with a strange "human" that he doesn't know in his personal space.

Ralg is examining the crossbows. He's never had the chance to examine one up close. He isn't touching them, just looking close. He doesn't notice Shake moving near him.
Seeing his companions at a loss of what to do, Shake takes out his pipe and toots a couple notes as quietly as possible. Then he sings sotto voce:
"We're stuck in this house, for sure it's bad.
This house is a joke, it's bad, it's mad.
Some places to explore are the dining room and stairs.
I think as we go there we should be careful and be wares.
Where you go I will follow, you're so brave and strong.
I'll follow right behind, with some support and a song."
Shake blows a few seemingly unrelated notes from his pipe, and grins sheepishly.Since back in the tavern Shake's horns have shrunk a bit. They're still there, but they're not as big, not as well defined, almost an afterthought.
Yes, once you leave the kitchen and step back into the main hall you hear Raxin disciplining minion.

Sorry, nothing special here.
Any response for Shake?
