With no immediate threats, Gruun will start searching the area for any unusual tracks left in the settling dust or anything else that could evidence of a recent Slaadi passing.
Killian will turn, scanning the growing crowd, looking for an urchin (leaning on her background), someone who might have seen what happened, and is curious enough to still be watching, someone who might be more observant than the average bystander (she'd prefer it not be one of the Children, who she fully expects to be represented here, too).

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Gruun has trouble finding any specific tracks in the cobbled street, but the area of the crater is undisturbed by any except those within it currently.
One of the injured healed by Aradurk and Tanakir is too terrified to answer, fleeing at the sight of the half-orc and fire genasi standing above him. Another is in clear shock, staring at the bodies scorched into the wall. The third, an elf woman, looks up at Aradurk with confusion and says, "I...I don't know. There was a woman in the middle of the street, and then...I don't remember..." None are revealed to be slaad when Tanakir touches them with the gem of revealing.
Killian scans the crowd, and notes the sailor and plainly-dressed woman that were here on arrival are still on the scene, taking all of this in with stunned looks.
Killian will make her way over to the sailor, knowing she has a better way with men. She will work it out so she comes up between him and the rest of the city, so his only exit is sideways or towards the crater. "Excuse me, do you know what happened here?" she asks, looking at the scene, as if she were not completely focused on him.

Wes sends petunia through the narrow spots within the rubble and digging around it the debris. Using her senses as needed looking for any sort of clue as to what happened. Specifically looking for discarded spell components, runes, foul play.
The sailor holds his head in his hands. "I don't know, I don't know! My ears...they hurt so bad, it was so loud!" he shouts back at Killian. The woman seems as confused and shellshocked. "I was in my shop when I heard it. There were people in the street, and then there were just none. Nobody left," she tells Rycider.
Roccar and Gruun finish tending to any wounded, helping them as best they can.
Both Wes and Aradurk ascertain that the explosion seems to have a wave-like pattern in the crater. The center of the crater holds the most blackened area, likely due to the power of the explosion. Ten feet out from the center, the damage to the street lessens, and lessens again around ten feet further out.
Another thunderous boom echoes from across town, drawing startled cries from the crowd. As the people scatter for their homes, it is accompanied by another dust cloud.
Wes casts fly on himself. Taking a feather and tossing it in the air as he follows it with his wand “Elevato.” He avoids the crowd by flying over the city to see where the next explosion has taken effect. Getting to the site quickly and looking around for any details. Trying to discern a pattern and hopefully cut off the next attack.
Investigation: 3 (forgot the bonus +1 for Perception, +9 for Investigation)
Tanakir shouts up to Wes, "Tell me what you see! I can't heal anymore today, I won't be of any use at the other blast site! I'll try to stop any more from happening, just tell me where to go!"
While he waits for Wes's response, he'll use his divine sense while standing on the edge of the crater.
"I still have healing strength to spare, I will follow him," Karst runs as fast as possible after Wes trying to make it to the second crash site as quickly as he can.

Killian will give chase, but she is interested in the people fleeing, the people staring, the Children, the urchins who might have seen something, or anything that seems unusual. Caring for the wounded is pointless, it won’t stop this scourge.

The people of Luskan need no encouragement. They heed Rycider's words immediately, scattering from the running party like prey from a stampede. Impeded by nothing in the air, Wes reaches the scene of the second blast a few moments before the rest of the party, who soon arrive to find a repetitive scene of carnage, but before anyone moves in to help, a floating tower zooms like lightning from the south into a position in the sky over the harbor.
"Denorian is here!" Roccar declares. The floating fortress hangs in the sky for a moment, but then the earth mote that carries it simply flies away to the west. "What? Where is he going?"
Roccar is roused from his shock as yet another explosion reverberates in the distance. "Curses! Help them, I'll go!" Roccar shouts, heading toward this third explosion.
For Killian:
You spot a familiar face here at the scene of the second attack. The young tiefling girl, who was at the scene during Ritska's interrogation of you and Gruun, is in a nearby alley. She is trying to get the party's attention.
For Tanakir:
You do not detect the presence of any undead, fiends, or celestials within 60 feet of you.
For Wes:
From the air, you can see the site of the third explosion, but if there is a pattern to it you cannot tell. However, you can tell that the second crater is nearly identical to the first in size.
Wes yells back to Karst and Tanakir, “it’s the same here, help those that you can get to safety, don’t forget your gemstones.”
DM:
Wes is becoming untrusting, he isn’t fond of Roccar going off by himself. One for safety purposes, but also to be copied once more. Wes will follow him to the next site.
