Mia's cheeks would flush a little pink from getting caught admiring their friends' tail. It would fade quickly though as Cora demands and gets moved to a new table. The half-elf would chuckle before answering Willow's question "Ah. Well the commotion brought me over here." She'd wink before looking over the others. "I'm sure you ladies have a range of talents... But, I'm not looking to hire. I just go where I'm needed." Mia would politely flag down a barmaid to order a round of drinks, and some water for the table.
Willow would pay for another coconut drink herself, seeing as she didnt get to finish her last one, before tilting her head slightly at Mia. "Well you're here now... So what are your plans?" Willow will also keep an eye on Athela, making sure she doesnt drink too much.

Athela takes her new drink very slowly, interspersing it with sips of water. "A pleasure to meet you, Lady d'Medani," she says with a smile, managing to maintain most of her regal composure despite the alcohol. "Where are you from?"
Cora takes a glass of water and begins to chug, hoping to ease up the buzz and the hangover she's going to get later on, she's sure. Plus it would probably make the room stop spinning.
Once all the girls have seated, Mia would finally pull out a chair to have a seat herself. She would nod to the half-orc, “I’m originally from Breland.” And her gaze would move to Willow’s, “I travel frequently for family business, going where my sword and board are needed.” She’d shrug. “How about you? What brings you all here?”
Willow nods with interest, her ears twitching slightly in thought before she tucks her notebook back into her pack. "We'll be leaving as soon as everything has been arranged and figured out. Until then we're enjoying some time off." She nods to Cora with a smile.

"It's a shame you part so soon." Mia would smile, looking over each one of them one at a time. Willow's twitches would keep stealing her attention. "Time off? So no mere travelers then." The half-elf would wink before letting out a little chuckle. "I suppose that explains the 'show'."
Athela smiles and nods at the quarterstaff hanging against her chair. "Well, that's no walking staff - obviously," she adds with a wink and a nod at her legs and wheelchair.
Cora was doing her best to study this new woman without making it completely obvious, which she was. So sue me. I'm wary and distrusting. Get over it. Why am I thinking to myself? But so far so good. Obviously looking for a way in. Asking us questions. Going "where she's needed." Well, where are you needed, I wonder? Huh? That's what I'd like to know. Why don't you just out and say it. You're armored well - have seen battle. And the scar. Yes, i'm looking at it. Sizing you up. Can't you blame me, you're still a stranger. You remind me of someone. A warrior. You're tall. Probably strong. Like that ******* red head from..that place..I can't remember..the one that killed me..
She looked down in thought, starting to feel down, not wanting to think of her past..and caught a glance of Bea's thigh, and immediate became distracted. She smiled again, looked up.
She turns to Bea, still pretty fuzzy from all the ale she drank. "Hey."she says. "Do you remember that time we.."and she leans into her ear to whisper a little secret, barely containing her laughter.
Willow, noticing that she kept stealing Mia's attention, offers her a smile and wiggles her ears slightly. "Yeah... We have a current arrangement we are attending to. And yes. They're real. As is this." She flips her tail in Mia's direction before returning it to her lap. "I apologize if they're distracting." She moves to sip her new coconut smoothie calmly, removing the small paper and stick parasol from it, wiping it clean, and tucking it in Athela's hair near her ear.

The helf-elf would return Cora's look with a calm more amused expression. Feisty. Protective. Mia would smirk to Cora. Her eyes would follow as she looks to Bea. Flawless. Sweet as honey. Quiet though. I wish I could hear that accent again... Mia would flash her a smile before looking away to give Cora and Bea their moment.
Mia's eyes meet Willow's and her cheeks would go pink from not only being caught again, but this time she was called out. She's just really ******* adorable. I just want to snuggle up and pet her... She'd clear her throat and glance down at the table. "I'm sorry for my rude staring, Willow." and she'd look to Athela with a smile of respect. Perceptive and strong. "I am. To summarize, I believe in balance. I take my role in protection seriously. Though, I'd be lying if I said I didn't love a little healthy competition." She'd wink.
Athela returns the respectful smile. "Competition is never a bad thing, and I take my role as protector quite seriously," she says with a nod. "I follow the Host a bit myself, although not very strictly, I'm afraid. I lost most of my faith after the Mourning." She shrugs smoothly. "But naturally I bear no ill will towards those who are more religious than I. And balance is always a good thing, I believe."
Bea had no issues with moving tables, hoping the barmaids didn't mind cleaning up the rogues mess. She apologized profusely to them and gave them a nice tip in appreciation for their services, then maybe had slipped them a card of her establishment if they just so happened to be in the neighborhood looking for a job. She sat beside Cora with a smile, listening to the conversations the sisters was having with this interesting new face. Could be my sister, she would laugh mentally, noting how their hair color matched, only main difference was their eye color. Pretty thing she is. Scar just adds to her mystery. Wonder if she has a mark too, mm...
She rested her chin on her hand and sipped idly on the new glass of ale placed in front of her until she felt a warmth at her thigh. She blinked in confusion at first, but her eyes then looked over to Cora who had been leaning to her to tell her something... and she pulled away from the rogue. "Cora!" She'd gasp while her cheeks flushed a light pink, a hand resting on top of the rogues. "No more drinkin' for you, you dirty lil' thing!"

Cora bit her lip and snorted in a laugh, and got the reaction she expected from Bea. She had no idea what anyone was talking about, and to be honest, was a little tipsy to care. She knew that when all of this was over, she would be sharp and focused again. Not to mention the ale on this planet wasn't too bad - but clearly her stomach needed more practice.
"Look."Cora said softly, eyeing Mia. "I've had a little bit to drink so you'll excuse me when I say this: why don't you say what you wanna say already. You can't possibly know who I am, i'm not even from this planet, and the four, six, uh..five of us didn't even know each other until uh.."she counts on her fingers weakly, "last month ago."She stifles a burp with a closed fist. "So what do you want? I really doubt me embarrassing myself in a drinking contest is the real reason you're sitting with us."
She reached into her pocket and didn't find what she was looking for, and her face saddened again. Damn, I wish I had those pills.
Mia would chuckle from Cora being so direct. She’d nod her head, “Fair enough.” She’d allow for a bit of a pause before continuing, “There has been talk amongst the Medani about a gnome sailing an airship with weapons around Khorvaire. I’ve been asked to keep an eye on Angelica.” The half-elf would return Athela’s look of curiosity. “Though I have a hard time imagining you ladies would get yourselves involved into too much trouble.” Mia would wink.
