Connak will freak out at the bolt of lighting and enter the clearing to move at full speed toward a better vantage point within the trees.

Then he will use the cover of the trees to hide from the boars.  (Bonus action Hide: 24)

Connak nocks an arrow, half draws his bow and waits for one of the boars to be distracted before releasing.  (Action: Hold a Longbow attack.  Trigger: sneak attack)

Minsys feels the electricity flash through him and he turns his head towards the boar with the little guy thing stick out of it.  He hefts his maul as he seethes with a quiet rage.  "Not today, boar."  He then lets out a small shout and he slams it down at the creature.  He lifts it up and does it a second time.

Rage and reckless attack:

The strange-looking boar makes an odd sound as Minsys' maul slams into it...part feral howl and part humanoid angered shout. With each heavy blow a portion of the boar's body instantly morphs into something more half-orcish: first the hoofs become hands and feet, then after the barbarian lifts his weapon from his second blow to survey his handiwork, he sees the hindquarters have been replaced by actual legs and the head with an actual face.

"Perhaps I am to be the sacrifice," says the partially-shapeshifted humanoid, "...it matters not whose blood runs in summons to the Lord of Thunder!"

CONNAK's HELD ACTION:
Attack (Longbow): 27 Damage: 31

"Come Gorthok! Come bring your destruction upon this land! Come in the name of Tal..." but before the half-orc could finish beckoning his god, Connak's arrow streaks through the air passing clean through the humanoid's face and out the back of his skull. Thunder peals as the creature falls dead in place, fully transformed into a half-orc before it even hit the ground.

Looking to his right, Connak sees two more boars charging straight for him. One stops short and begins to convulse as bolts of electricity begin to encircle its body just before another bolt of lightning issues forth from the creature's mouth and streaks towards the wood elf!

BOAR 2
Cast (Lightning Bolt): Dexterity save (DC 12) dealing 29 lightning damage on a failed save or half damage (14) on a success.
21 - CONNAK

The boar directly in front of Vaxis springs forward towards him with sharp tusks:

Attack (Tusk): 16 vs. AC 18 (Vaxis); dealing 6 slahing damage on a hit.

Tink rushes out with Whisker in tow to support her companions. Pulling out another orange coloured vial she sends it flying towards the lightning charged boar where it bursts into flames. Whisker follows out after her master and stands protectively in front of her.

Tink's Action: Cast Firebolt at Boar 2. Attack: 7 Damage: 13
Whisker's Action: Dodge

While Minsys and Vaxis confronted one sounder of boars on the east side of the house, Tink and W.H.I.S.K.E.R. scrambled towards another group coming at them from the west side of the structure. Connak and Tabesha'l played the middle field, sending vollys of arrows and arcane magic in whatever direction they seemed to be needed most.

Electrical current still surged through Minsys, overwhelming every nerve ending and synapse in the half-orc's body. Just as the pain had begun to subside, two boars charged at the barbarian from flanking angles:

BOAR 4
Attack (Tusk): 10 vs. AC 14 (Minsys); dealing 5 slashing damage on a hit.

BOAR 6
Attack (Charge): 12 vs. AC 14 (Minsys); dealing 7 slashing damage on a hit.
If the charge attack is successful, Minsys must make a Strength saving throw (21) vs. DC 11 or be knocked prone.

The electricity temporarily stuns him, and in doing so he inadvertantly blocks the attack. Seeing Minsys engage the trio of boars, he offers a prayer to Bahamut.

"Please bless friend Minsys with your grace, so he may fight in your name"

He then hefts his mace to smack the creature closest to him.

(Casting Shield of Faith on Minsys, and making an attack with a mace. Attack:21, Damage: 5)

BOAR 3 turn takes place out of sight of the party

" Oh Lords of Illuvathar, what did we get into now..." the elven maiden sighs again, picks up her skirts and advances carefully through the underbrush, making sure she stays under the cover of the trees before sticking her staff into the ground as she invokes more arcane words in High Elvish.

A flurry of small fiery meteors appears, each hovering in the air around her. She points towards two opposite directions in quick succession, and the projectiles hurl towards their goal, exploding in a shower of sparks and flames as they find their targets.

DEXTERITY SAVES:

Tabesha'l's fiery meteors find their targets with unerring accuracy...the boar to her right erupts in flames, making the most-awful noise that any of them had ever heard as it burned to death in a matter of seconds. The other suffered a similar fate, though it took a glancing blow from the meteor as it attempted to dodge the incoming projectile. The back half of the boar's body caught fire, illiciting a similar ungodly racket, that unfortunately did not abate...

(OOC: B5 is dead, B8 saved for half taking 4 fire damage.)

Connak nocks another arrow and takes a bead on the boar north-east of Minsys...

Then Connak shifts in the foliage to hide from view of the boars...

Cunning Action Hide (Bonus Action) - Stealth : 14

Minsys looks over at the boar that took a full running start and rammed into him.  "Owe," he said and then brought down his hammer on it.

Attack: 24 Damage: 11

Attack: 16 Damage: 10

Minsys' maul fails to connect with his first swing, but he then pulls hard into a reverse using the momentum of the enormous weapon and comes over the top smashing the boar's skull into the ground with a massing overhead chop!

Meanwhile, another half-morphed boar-orc charges at Tink, the same one that had just fired lightning from its mouth at Connak only seconds ago. It approaches to within arms length of the gnomish half-elf and her mechanical companion and speaks: "Souls offered to Grothok will bring him to us! Especially, unwilling souls...." A thunderous blast then erupts from the boar-creature:

10 - TINK
10 - W.H.I.S.K.E.R.

The powerful blast pushes Tink and W.H.I.S.K.E.R. about 10 feet away from the boar-orc. Vaxis hears the loud peal of thunder as he engages a boar of his own.

Reaction Cast Absorb Elements to absorb 4 thunder

Seeing that she was to far to provide meaningful assistance to the others Tink instead closes on the  boar-orc that pushed her away and strikes with her warhammer. At the same time she shouts at Whisker, "Whisker get back and engage Rapid Enhanced Patching Automated Instant Refurbishment protocol!"

The battered up Whisker then retreat behind the  trees and begins to undo the damage delt by the rhunderwave.

Another boar (BOAR 7) rushes up from the back of the house towards Tink. It comes within only a few feet of her, but does not attack, instead just stamping at the ground angrily as it blows hard through its nostrils, flinging a few strands of disgusting boar snot in the artificer's direction.

The boar at Minsys' back thrusts at him with tusks nearly a foot in length, aiming directly for the barbarian's kidneys.

BOAR 4
Attack (Tusk): 4 vs. AC 16 (Minsys); dealing 3.5 slahing damage on a hit.

Vaxis snarls a prayer to Bahamut.

"Lord of the North Wind, may your blade punish the wicked and guide us to victory!"

He conjures a spectral blade of force, the pommel of which bears a platinum dragin head. He motions for the blade to cut into his boar, while bringing his mace down on him at the same time!

(Casting Spiritual Weapon as a bonus action and attacking the boar on me. To hit: 18, damage: 4 force damage.

Then, attacking with mace. To hit: 11, Damage: 8 Bludgeoning.)

Vaxis' ethereal blade swipes through the air at the boar. A short, sharp screech indicated the animal's confusion at the appearance of the ghostly weapon, but its reflexes did not fail and the boar darted out from the path of the blade...and into the path of the mace. A second later, the animal fell dead at the dragonborn's feet.

Knowing danger still persisted, Vaxis looked up and to his left toward Minsys searching for the next target that needed bashing. He immediately noticed a half-orc dressed in shamanic garb standing a few yards beyond the barbarian. This one was not partially shape-shifted, but rather in full humanoid form. Bolts of electrical current were beginning to materialize around the shaman's hands and face and then came the flash....

ANCHORITE 3
Cast (Lightning Bolt): Dexterity save 13 (Vaxis) vs. DC 12; taking 30 lightning damage on a failed save or half damage (15) on a success.

VAXIS
To maintain concentration: Constitution save 8 vs. DC 10; losing the active spell (shield of faith) on a failed save.

With a slight toss of her chin, Tabesha'l points towards the south and two more meteors come crashing past the boar and the Gorthok cultist, showering both with gouts of fire as they burst in small searing explosions.

Meanwhile, the cobalt-colored crystal in her staff starts to pulsate with a dull sheen, as the familiar shimmer of her Arcane Armor envelops her.
