Just as Connak’s arrow finds its mark, so too did Minsys’ axes find theirs and an instant later, another orc lay dead at their feet; a pool of blood forming underneath his mortal coil.

" Hum."  Tabesha'l thinks as she notices the inanimate form of their dragonborn friend through the window. Turning her attentions to the orc on the far side of the room, she raises her hand and her mouth opens slightly as the sound of the now-familiar bell fills the air around the creature.

** Casts Toll the Dead on Orc B. Wis Save DC 13 for 10 damage on a fail. **

After killing the orc facing Minsys, Connak will jump off the porch and go explore the cellar doors to the north of the building, entering stealthily if the way is clear.

ORC (B) - Wisdom Save: 7 vs. DC 13 (toll the dead; Tabesha’l)

When Connak throws open the cellar doors, light spills down a stone staircase into the darkness below. Another scream issues forth, clearly from the center of the room. As his darkvision attunes to the lower light, he sees another orc...one that is distinctly bigger than the others...holding what looks like a large pair of pliers which he is using to literally tear the flesh off of a living person tied to a chair. Upon being interrupted, the orc shouts something back up the stairs that Connak does not understand...then the brute starts moving in the direction of the stairs.

The ominous bell of Tabesha’l’s cantrip clangs loudly throughout the house. ORC (B) drops his greataxe to try and protect his ears from the sound.

The massive orc barks sharp commands at Connak in rapid succession as he explodes up the stairs. When he finally realizes it is not one his own orcs, but rather a lone wood elf that has interrupted his torturing, the brute swings the large metal pliers at Connak’s head:

Improvised Weapon: 25 vs. AC 15 (Connak), dealing 6 bludgeoning damage on a hit.

Vaxis seeks to return the favor to Ando, gets behind him, and casts Guiding Bolt over Ando's shoulder.

"We are coming, friend Connak!"

He then moves to get behind Minsys.

(Guiding Bolt: 19 to hit, 19 radiant damage on hit and next attack against target has advantage.)

Divine power erupts from Vaxis' holy symbol flowing around Ando and into the chest of ORC 1. The brute begins to convulse violently and looking to the ceiling, opens his mouth to let out a scream but instead radiant energy bursts out of the orc's mouth, nostrils and eye-sockets. A final flash blinds Ando and Vaxis for just a moment and when the light fades the orc is lying on the floor; his head nothing more than an empty charred skull.

Realizing that he is probably the last orc standing, ORC (B) desperately tries to push Minsys out of the way to clear his path to the front door.

Minsys shoves the orc off and yells "Enough."  He drops his hand axes, picks up his maul and swings hard at the orc.

Reckless attack with maul.

Attack: 15 Damage: 9

Tabesha'l rushes through the kitchen to join Ando and Vaxis.

" Friends, are thee well ? 'Twas a mightily brutal encounter, yet I have witnessed thy valor through yon window..." she points at one of the small windows in the southern wall. " Praytell, where are the others ? Oh, I doeth think I see..." her voice catches in her throat as she witnesses the scuffle between the last orc and its maul-wielding half-blood opponent through the doorway to the north.

** Dash action (60 feet) to rejoin with the group in the main room. **

Minsys’ maul strike finishes off the last of the orcs inside the house. He can hear shouting outside on the north-facing side of the house in addition to the painful screams he heard only moments ago.

Taking stock of the downed orcs around him and the party still standing, Ando will say "I heard pained screams from below the house. I haven't seen any interior stairs leading down though. Has anyone else?" He will then dash past Minsys, onto the back porch and towards the well looking for stairs leading down.

Action: Dash

Connak will disengage (bonus action), move 35 feet away from the big bad and shoot...

Longbow Attack: 16 Damage: 13

As Ando leans forward to peer down the well, he hears another painful cry behind him...although this voice is not the one he heard before, and it is clearly not coming from inside the structure of the house. He wheels around to see Connak quickly backpedaling away from a massive orc with an elven arrow protruding from his right eye.

The hulking brute stops just short of Connak and reaches up to grasp the arrow shaft. “For the glory of Gruumshh!!” he bellows at the top of his lungs as he snatches the arrow - and his right eye - out of his ocular cavity. “And now, you die for Gruumshh, weakling!!” The orc drops the large pliers and pulls forth his greataxe as he resumes the pursuit of the meddling elf.

URZUL THE FLESH RIPPER:
(Movement) - 30 feet towards Connak
(Bonus Action) - Aggressive: the orc can move up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see (moves an additional 5 feet to reach Connak).
(Action) Greataxe: 18 vs. AC 15 (Connak), dealing 9 slashing damage on a hit.

Ando watches as the orc brings his axe down upon Connak...the fierce blow sends the elf to the ground in a bloody, broken heap.

Vaxis snarls and dashes as fast as he can go, leaping out of the window and dropping his mace at the apex. Landing he does a quick spot for Connak, finding him on the ground.

"Your demise is having come for you, fiend! By Bahamut's light, be extinguished! You will live this day, Connak!"

He utters a small prayer to Bahamut for Connaks life.

(Dash to discussed location, Casting 2nd level Healing Word on Connak, 6 Healing, I regain 4 life)

(CORRECTIONAL EDIT: The DM just informed me that I am not in fact level 6. BOOOO. That was my mistake, Connak regains 13 hp, in fact, and I regain 0.)

Hearing an orc bellow, glass smashing struggles happening to the north of him, Minsys picks up one of his handaxes and follows Vaxis's lead and jumps out a window heading towards the orc.  He moves as far as he can and then tossed his hand axes at the orc screening.  "You shall die Raff Raff."

Pick up hand axe as he jumps though a window.  Let me know if a dex or acrobatics or anything is needed to not fall on his face.

Move 30 feet and then toss the handaxe

Attack: 13 Damage: 8

Tabesha'l daintily steps over the broken glass as she walks by the window two of her comrades just crashed through. A quick look through the shattered remains of the frame gets her on track as to what is going on. 

She steps out onto the porch and lifts her cobalt staff, as the great gong rings once again, this time filling the air around the one-eyed orc chieftain.
