Sekkar judges that the worm will arrive on Round 10 (i.e. one minute).
We will keep the same initiative order, but everyone can declare what actions they will take in that time. Pax and Kirin have ten full turns. Since Rhayna and Sekkar have already gone, they will have nine, as will Kaylyn whose tenth turn will be immediately after the worm arrives. Rhayna's spell will wear off at the beginning of Round 11.
If you don't have nine or ten turns worth of actions to take, then declare what you wish, but please specify on which round you take each action, especially if they have a limited duration of 1 minute or less.
Pax, you essentially have twenty actions (two minutes) of only cutting the egg loose, so anything that requires a full action will extend that time. (Bonus actions and reactions will not be a problem)
"We need to get that egg and leave. I had hoped we would have time for a second but it seems we will not, at least no at this time." Kaylyn hisses in a whisper to the others though she secretly fears its too late and they have drawn the attention of a worm. But they hopefully won't attract another. "But don't worry, I have ideas to take care of the worm when it arrives, but we cannot risk drawing the attention of another."
She then casts Fly on herself and drawing a dagger flies up to help Pax cut the egg loose and support it when they are done.
The young female drow sees Kaylyn fly up to help Pax, and calls out (it seems the need for whispering has passed): We should flee now! Even if you take the egg, you won't have time to escape!

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Then one round: Pass without Trace on everyone including the hungry drow.
And another - Rope Trick near the cluster where Pax and Kaylyn are cutting the egg, so they would be able to either climb there when they are done or fly inside if the worm appears before that. But Sekkar never heard of the worms attacking the eggs, so, being literally on the eggs should be safe anyway.
"Focus on getting the egg, we have alternative escape plans then just running," Kirin states as he continues to stand in middle of his platform of force which I think if Im reading it right can be 100sqft or ten 10ftx10ft panels. Kirin is a bit at lost what to do for next minute. He'll be willing to try and assist anyone else.

Pax's dark cold shadows seem to be enough to keep the bats away, as they flap widely away from her to prevent from being frozen solid by the darkness. She continues quickly cutting at the strands with the knife, but as the moments tick by she starts to realizes she's not going to have enough time to get the egg down, "Stall for me folks...when it's done, I'll drop the field and we can get out of here..." On round 5, she stops her cutting for a moment and casts a spell...a Wall of Force springs into existence around her and the egg. She'll form it like a box, with her and the egg within it, with the top part where the strands are open, the bottom of the box as close to the egg as possible so that when it's free it doesn't drop very far.
“Whatever we are doing, we may want to do it soon!!” Rhayna is concentrating on keeping the Fomorian out of the picture for now.

(Yes, she was gestured in and can join us there too. It is very tempting to use her as a distraction, but Sekkar had to think about it before including drow in Pass without trace.)
Kaylyn keeps cutting with her dagger, trying to speed the process up and so get the egg cut down prior to the worm's arrival.

"If Sekkar's hut does not work I will teleport us out of here and back to the tower. If that fails, then I will try transmutation and change the shape of the worm so we can defeat it easily. We will see."
Sekkar, Rhayna, Kirin and the drow all clamber up the magical rope, which extends just beside where the flying Pax and Kaylyn are working away on the egg cluster. One by one they disappear from view, taking refuge inside the strange space from which they can see the cavern floor but nothing more. Sekkar leaves just a short stretch of rope dangling so Pax and Kaylyn know where they are. Once all are inside, Pax creates an invisible barrier that not only protects all of them from intrusion from below, but gives her and Kaylyn a place to stand (which is particularly handy as she has to drop concentration on the Fly spell). Kaylyn tries to speed things up, but the resin is difficult to cut through, and she decides that haste makes waste and slows back down to avoid any hurt to the egg.
Even within the invisible shield and the dimensional hideout, the shaking of the ground is still palpable. Small rocks fall from the roof and the resin strands supporting the egg cluster begin to tremble. It isn't long after the magical defenses are erected that the young drow gasps and points downward. Mother? she cries out in surprise. Sure enough, a group of about ten drow in hunter's garb have crept into the cavern and are standing just below Pax and Kaylyn. In the faint glow of the faerzress they can be seen reaching up at Kaylyn and Pax with staves, but finding only the invisible wall. They appear almost oblivious to the quaking that heralds the imminent arrival of the worm, but perhaps it is simply the confidence that comes from experience. However the young and relatively inexperienced drow girl seems on the verge of hysteria at seeing the drow group arrive and is attempting to leave the hideout, crying Mother! I'm alive! Mother, over here!
It is just at this moment that an enormous presence enters the chamber from the south. In a shower of rocks and a plume of dust, and impossibly large mouth full of teeth the size of greatswords gapes from the south tunnel and glides with terrible momentum into the chamber. There is barely a discernible head attached to the massive mouth - only a long body like a giant sideways armor-plated tower, but the mouth-end twists slightly as if searching for sound or movement. Amid the grinding of rock, the fomorian voice from before can be heard again from out of view: Egg thiefs! Nickin' them eggs!
Everyone can declare new actions if they wish, which will be resolved in initiative order, starting with Kaylyn.
