Badger says: "There may come a time when we need to traverse this hallway, perhaps in haste. Can we not destroy the obstacle without using metal weapons?"
He prepares to cast Fire Bolt at it, but holds awaiting comment. Don't druids hate metal?

With his permission given, Badger releases the firebolt. It slams into the statue leaving a blackened scar across it. Ya..that's probably work to eventually destroy it. Might take a while, but it should do the job eventually....
The group waits as Badger patiently and methodically summons firebolt after firebolt. The orange wave of light that shimmers on the walls almost becomes mesmerizing as flame after flame strikes the statue. It slowly turns into a malformed charred and melted lump. After about five minutes of magical fire being flung at it, the shield it holds out cracks with a bang during a splash of fire. The group moves forward and finds the effect ended. Glancing down the right tunnel, you see a short passage only ten feet long that opens up into a spherical room. A large fountain crusted with moss rises in the middle of the room . Three marble maidens stand in the fountain, holding pitchers out of which water flows.

Sickle had found himself lost, transfixed by the shield and the power that drew the metal items toward it. He had found the teachings of his mother on the use of metal to be a bit overbearing, and generally didn’t adhere strongly to them...and yet, here he had found himself in a prime position to help. What was it that would draw only metal objects? What would cause them to rust? He thought through how he could help., thinking of the ring and it’s ability to build an ice wall. But then Badger started throwing fire bolts. Sickle joined in, though he was skeptical, and his own motes of fire aides in destroying the shield. He moved ahead of the group down the hall to make sure it was safe, then made his way over to examine the marble maidens more closely.
Grenk watches as Badger throws a constant barrage of fire at the statue and it begin to glow cherry red. Ultimately they were destroyed. "Well now, a fine forge fire that was. I imagine you could make fair coin with a forge master, but best you're here with us instead."
Badger glares sideways at Grenk and says: I hardly spent years in study just to stoke a blacksmith's forge. Then looking back at the statue he adds: A crude solution, but we aren't scoring points for style here, are we? He then follows the group into the spherical room and looks around.
The left tunnel you look down and it appears to be a dead end. You turn down the right tunnel and walk into the room with the fountain. Aside from the splashing of water from the fountain, this round room seems otherwise featureless.

Badger is reminded of the water pools in the shrine of Obo'laka, which formed portals between rooms. He also remembers the inscription they found inside this dungeon: The ring is a path to another tomb. Perhaps this fountain is similar to the pools, and forms a passage to another area. He goes to the fountain to investigate...
Grenk looks down at the water trying to see if it is clear. "Ya think the water is a safe to drink? Or ya think that is the trap?" Grenk asks. He rolls his hand in the air, "A weary adventurer comes and sees a beautiful room with water. He fills hip his skin and takes a drink and turns into a rat or frog or somethin..."
"If water is a concern, i could create some drinking water with the next dawn," Silas comments, "As for that," He points to the water, "I doubt is not a danger of some kind and best left alone,"

You leave the suspicious water behind and head down the left passage. It’s a dead end, but unless the skeleton vanished into thin air there must be a door somewhere. You poke around and find two doors. To the left a door opens and you see a stairway descending into darkness. At the end of the passage is another door. You open it.This vaulted tomb is overgrown with moss and creepers. A stone sarcophagus rests on a stepped dais in the middle of the floor. On the wall behind the sarcophagus, two large statues of bears grip a five-foot-diameter bronze disk embossed with a dozen glaring eyes.
Six desiccated corpses slump on thrones in niches along the walls. Each corpse wears a black mask made of papier-mikhe and feathers. An arched crystal window to the east offers a view of the tunnel beyond.
you think the crysta window is the one you saw at the end of the hallway near the entrance.

"Before I continue which way do you want me to search? The chances those creatures start to move when I enter the room is high so I am hesitate of going inside, but then again, leaving enemies at our rear as we go deeper is not a good idea. What do you all think?" Mal whispers to the group.
Just as in the fountain room, Badger racks his brain for any clues they have already received that might explain the purpose of this room. Muttering half to himself he rambles:
Obviously with that sarcophagus this must be a tomb. The sign said: "The ring is a path to another tomb". That fountain could be the ring that forms the path. "Into darkness descend". Should we descend into the pool? The shrine with the sun and moon pools was Obo'laka's shrine, and he was a bear-creature. Perhaps those bears represent Obo'laka. "Obo'laka teaches us to tread warily and stay in the light", is there any light here to walk in? Should there be light in that window? Those corpses have masks, and the warning said "Don the mask or be seen". Perhaps a connection to the eyes on that large disk. "The dead abhor sunlight", so perhaps we need sunlight in here, to repel the dead and walk in the light. But wouldn't that make us easier to be seen?
Turning to the group, Badger says: I think there is a puzzle here with a connection to Obo'laka. We either need sunlight, or we need one of those masks. Silas? Sickle? Can either of you produce sunlight? I can attempt to take a mask using magic.

Grenk holds up the his flaming sword. "This here is imbued with the flame magic that was already with the sword and my blood magic which imbues it with a radiant aura for light. It's the closest I can get to daylight as well. I will try and support Silas in this."
Riddles in the dark. Cryptic clues. Their meaning is often not clear until it is too late. But at least they will be more prepared.
With Grenk and Silas ready to produce light to hopefully repel the corpses if things go bad, Badger will cast Mage Hand and try to pluck one of the masks from the corpses... and see what happens.
