Daerthe would have run bit with little else to do and knowing she would be helpless alone she gives a sigh of defeat and moves to jump into the water with those that fell in.
Tuma - the triton is unable to get ahold of the collapsing bridge, and falls into the pool below. Tuma can see the deep gnomes, Topsey, Turvey, and Jimjar pulling the other prisoners onto the shore; they wave, beckoning her over.
"Hurry! We've got to get everyone out of this place!" Jimjar calls.
(you can go ahead and take your turn here, since you missed the previous round, if you wish).
Daerthe - The half-drow splashes into the freezing water. You see the other prisoners making their way to the surface, with the help of the deep gnomes and Tuma. Sarith breaks the surface, sputtering and coughing, glancing about. The quaggoth, green fur soaked, surfaces seconds later, growling as he works to stay afloat.

Watching the others fall and jump off the destroyed bridge and into the pool below, Mars will follow. Just before she jumps off the nearest edge over the water, Mars turns on Shoor from her range and strikes with chill touch. She snarls and lashes out with a left hook, hoping a skeletal claw to the courtesan's ribs will help Eldeth get free from her green ensnarement. Chill touch to hit: 10; damage: 4 (necrotic)
Mars jumps from the ledge into the water, and will help getting anyone else to shore that she can - especially Prince Derendil and Sarith if they need it. Athletics: 18
Mars - The armored drow grunts as he takes the hit, but appears fine. Unfortunately, the green glob does not disappear, leaving the dwarf trapped. Mars successfully dives into the pool, and begins helping the others get to shore.
Tanser - Unfortunately the chaotic swinging of the demolished bridge proves too difficult for the wizard to hold on to, causing him to fall into the pool below.
The party has fallen a good 100 ft from the outpost to the large pool of water below. Only a couple monsters fly among the stalagmites above, faint impressions of shouting drow audible. The party finds itself on the floor of a large cavern, several bodies of the insect and bird-like monsters scattered on the ground, along with a couple drow. There are passageways leading North, West, and South.
Daerthe manages to find a total of 2 short swords, 3 hand crossbows, and 6 poisoned crossbow bolts, which work as follows:
The target must succeed on a dc 13 constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 hour If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the target is also unconscious while poisoned in this way. The target wakes up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an action to shake it awake.
Everyone is now out of the lake, shivering, but alive. Sarith and Derendil still appear groggy and injured, Buppido the derro has a decent wound, but everyone else appears alright, albeit wet. Ront and Eldeth were left behind by necessity of the moment.
"Those drow will probably be after us pretty soon," Jimjar warns.
Daerthe will take the bolts while leaving the rest of the weapons for those of their group that are lacking or in want of another. "Well we lost the orc and dwarf.... That is a shame since they seemed to be able bodied fighters."
The old gnome climbs out of the water, huffing and puffing and sputtering a little. He removes his tattered and patched robe and rings it out using his long-fingered hands. His body, now mostly exposed, is thin, bony, and a colorless gray. Once Tanser has donned his robe once again, and shaken out the stolen spellbook, he looks up at the largest stalactite with a mixture of anger and sadness.
The group departs through the west tunnel, heading into the dark unknown.

Mars only:
A cackling sound fills the air as the group is leaving; from behind one of the monstrous corpses, a mangled canine hobbles. Blood drips from its mouth, as it makes a strange gurgling noise that is someone akin to...laughing.

"Oh gods...okay, okay...." Tuma will rush over to shore and help them in any way she can.

Daerthe will move to the dead Drow and look through their belongings to see if they have anything that could be of use to them.

Thun looks to Shuushar and Sarith,
"Well, guess our choice is made, lead the way."
He then rings the water from his clothes and waits for the group
OOC: Is the drow prisoner with us?
"Hubway, Darklake is," Shuushar nods, "From there, go many places you can. If escape to surface, you want, first step, Darklake is."

With little knowledge of where else they can go, Daerthe nods and moves to follow after the strange kua toa.
