As Tuma drifts into sleep, her mind enters a dream. She's swimming, near the island she calls home. As she swims, the shoreline recedes faster and faster, until she is out on the open waters. The sky becomes pitch black, and the waters broil. Tentacles reach out of the water to surround the trition...
As Thun drifts in and out of conscious, he sees flashes of a strange, fungal world. Beneath the surreal area is evidence of decay and rot, prime soil for the mushrooms. Above them all rises a large fungal tower, glowing spores spreading from it like wildfire. A lady stands on the balcony of the tower, dressed in dark robes that appear to be made of the fungus itself. Deranged singing lingers at the end of Thun's hearing, though he can't make out the words...then the bodies rise from the dirt, mushrooms growing from the animated corpses, as they sing and stumble towards the tower, towards the woman with outstretched arms.
The images and cackling overwhelm Mars. Your Madness level has increased to 1, and will gain the following short term madness for 3 minutes: 89 - Mars is stunned, unable to move from the horrors she has seen.
As Daerthe falls asleep, her mind takes her back to the drow city of Menzoberranzan. She's back with her old friends, the drow urchins, during a particularly impoverished season. The air is cold, stomachs are rumbling, while nobles and the rich simply pass by, walking on with a scoff towards the less fortunate. A shadow falls over the group, as nine foot tall being stares down at the urchins. He almost appears drow, though his skin is a bit more purple, and an incredible beauty that seems to radiate from him.
"Why do you keep yourselves from getting what you want?" the creature's voice is smooth and powerful. "Do not abstain from that which you desire."
At his words, the other urchins jump up, dashing towards the noble drow with weapons drawn, killing and looting with savage glee.
"Come, child," the being croons to Daerthe, completely unnerved by the bloodshed and murder. "What is it you want?"
Tanser's watch is uneventful; other than the sound of his companions sleeping, there is complete silence. He switches watches with Tuma without incident.
As Tanser falls asleep, his mind brings him to a surreal landscape, ever shifting and moving smoke.
"You seek to blot out the sun, do you wizard?" a deep voice chuckles from seemingly all directions. "You desire power...greatness. I can help you with these things, for I too am no friend of the ball of flame in the sky. You need only one component to fulfill your greatest dreams, wizard."
A large, black diamond thunks at Tanser's feet.
"Look at it, gnome, and know it well. This is the Gem of Darkness, the only artifact powerful enough to absorb the surface world's light. You must find this gem...its powers will be unlocked to you once you possess it. It is then you may become the greatest wizard of all the mortal realm. If you do not...you will be forgotten, not a tale to be told of your arcane prowress, not an excerpt in the texts of wizards. All of your work will be for naught, and you shall be nothing."
At this, the smoke surrounds Tanser, and he loses any information from his senses, feeling and seeing nothing, only a void.
The void becomes too much for the old svirfneblin. Your Madness level increases to 1. For a duration of 4 minute(s), after he awakens, Tanser will suffer the following short term madness effect: 22 he will become Incapacitated, and spend the duration screaming, laughing, or weeping, your choice.
Daerthe curses as she wakes up and will move to keep her weapons as close to her as possible. As she sits there she will use her inate abilities for Dancing Lights, setting them about to create more light.

Thun will mull in and out of sleep, there was plenty of sleep in the cell and falling from the bridge has left him somewhat active.
Essentially, if anything more than a whisper is heard, he'll wake up.
