With all the bouncing, one of the giant spiders starts scuttling towards you. And although you can't quite see the bottom, from here you can hear sounds of water underneath you.

Tempest thinks up to the rest.  "Get a move on or I'm going to burn these webs and you will just be out of luck..."  She starts moving away from the sound of the spider and towards the water.  (Do I need to make any checks?)

Jimjar looks at Gad and thinks "10 gold says you fall right through those webs." as he hops over the side, aiming for the webbing below.

Don glances around quickly, "No time like the present!" and with a quick grin at anyone remaining on the ledge, "Abandon ship!" Don jumps down to the spider webs below.

Manju - Before they can finish tying the rope Manju will sprint towards the edge and attempt to do a double backflip.

21 Acrobatics 

(No checks...however, Manju does a spectacular double backflip and lands gracefully on the spiderwebs below.)

Sarith jumps over as well, and thinks out to everyone: Torch the web...quickly, before the spider gets here. The pool is directly underneath and is plenty deep.

Egret will cast Light on his noose full of swords and thrust it at the spiders, "Tempest, some fire on these webs would be nice about now."

Don thinks out to everyone, "Get your magic, ranged weapons, and flint dagger's ready, in case we run into that ooze in the water!" Then to Gad, "Don't forget the ropes!"

As soona s everyonoe is on the web, or whenever it is getting too late for anyone who has not jumped yet, Tempest will cast fire bolt

on the webs.

Manju - Rising to his knees Manju will extend his claws and begin to shred the webbing.

OOC: Let me know if you need and attack roll or anything.

Fire races across the webs, and the spider rears back and shrieks. After only a few seconds, the webs everyone is on suddenly have nothing to hold on to, and everyone is free falling through the darkness. After what feels like hours, but could only have been seconds, you hit ice cold water like a brick and go under, the cold leeching at your breath while you fight your way back to the surface.

Gadvelt calls out Zhor! in vain, then winces as he goes over. As our heroes start going over the side he helps the other prisoners build up their courage, then drops onto the webs himself with a Goblioid curse. As he drops from the burned webs he grabs his gear tight. Athletics check for the water 9

After donning his gear, Ront hears the commotion and comes running

(assuming he gets there in time) seeing everyone go over the side he dithers for a second What the eff are ya thinkin'?! and drops into the web. Athletics after hitting the water with a foul string of curses 14

(if his actions take too long to get there before the fire starts probably even chances of jumping anyway, trying to surrender, or charging a drow to take one with him - Jimjar might have a better sense of the odds)
