Next he rises his shield and focus on Dodge incoming attacks 

Ronk sighs as the punched bugbear slams the door. "I'm not trying to bluff past bugbears EVER again..." Since he'd made his way into the room, he lashes out at the rear bugbear (the one closest to him on the map) with his spear, then a punch to that bugbear's face and a kick to one of his knees.

The trailing bugbear goes down in a heap, succumbing to Ronk's fierce spear thrust and martial arts mastery. The eyes go wide on the other two, who suddenly realize they might be in over their heads. Nonetheless, they spring into action, rushing to either side of the monk and attacking:

Move: to square immediately north of Ronk
Attack (Morningstar): 21 vs. AC 17 (Ronk), dealing 15 piercing damage on a hit.

BGBR 2:
Move: to square southwest of Ronk (immediately north of Rigel)
Attack (Morningstar): 18 vs. AC 17 (Ronk), dealing 7 piercing damage on a hit.

Ronk is blown one direction and then another as both of the savage attacks from the pair of bugbii (plural of bugbear?) land with massive force!

POSTING FOR VANZAREN:

Isolated from the others, and with no means to open the locked door between him and the others, Vanzaren readies and fire bolt aimed at the first enemy he catches sight of.

"Well I had hoped to get a little information first but I guess I'll just have to settle for your deaths." says Rigel as he steps up to face the bugbear that is directly in front of him. Thumbing the 2nd button on the rod causes two crescent shaped blades to spring forth. The ranger swings the transformed axe in an upward slash. Rigel allows the momentum of the swing to twirl his body completely around. Extending his right arm as he spins adds force to his follow-up strike with Hew.

If the attack hits, Rigel will mark the bugbear as his favored foe adding 1

In addition the bugbear will have to save against a DC 17 (str) check or be paralyzed for 1 minute

Hew Attack: 19 Damage: 3

If the first attack with the rod his then Rigels inate Colossians slayer will activate causing another 5 in damage.

Rigel’s first attack misses but the second one lands squarely, though for only moderate damage. The bugbear guarding the door swings his morningstar in Garet's direction:

"Should'a bout figured this much." Marcon grumbled as he tiredly whipped out his warhammer to take a few lackadasical swings at the bugbear pulled in close by Garet. With each blow he aimed to take out a few teeths, as not one of the swings swept lower than the throat!

Marcon's first swing catches the bugbear firmly in the jaw, sending a protruding lower canine tusk flying across the room, but his follow-up strike arrives just a bit too late and swings wide of the target.

"Calm down Bugbears!" Shouts Garet fused by magic of nature. He points his mace at two enemies standing in front of them (B1, B2) and calls goddess of nature to bring power of winds to aid them.

3 squares wide Wind Wall between two bugbears and his mates. DMG on failed save : 9

The buffetting wind of Garet's spell crushes the life out of the bugbear on the left, the other deftly avoids the magical wall of gusty force.

Ronk is sent reeling a bit from the bugbears' counter attack. He lets out a roar of pain and anger and strikes back at the one that hit the hardest, stabbing at him with his spear twice, then falling into a swaying defensive stance.

Spear attack on Bugbear 3: 13 Damage on hit: 4 piercing.

Extra spear attack on Bugbear 3: 8 Damage on hit: 11 piercing.

Ronk spends 1 Ki point for Patient Defense and takes the Dodge action as a bonus action.

The bugbear deftly avoids Ronk's attacks, then launches a brutal counter-strike with his spiked club while the other attacks Rigel:

Marcon had been squinting and holding his shield up for a while from all the blood and dust kicked up by the wind. "Geeze. Could'a warn a fella you could do somethin' like that now." He half-heartedly joked as well, before finally shrugging off the lethargy and making a move around the closest bugbear. "So, taking at least one prisoner, right?" He asked but waited not for answer before feinting to strike at the northern most bugbear, only to whip around for a knee blow to the other. Then around again came the hammer for another knee, hoping to cripple the bugbear with extreme pain, if nothing else. 

Movement: To the immediate left of Ronk on map(without leaving any threat ranges).

Action: Banhammer Strikes at Bugbear(2).

The bugbear was able to read Marcon's feint and subsequent attacks, no doubt a result of the farmhand's ongoing malaise, and quickly dodged the incoming strikes

Garet will shout to Bugbear "s..surrender. We do not need m..more s..spilled blood" .  He will use his shield to interrupt fight rhythm of near Bugbear and give Rigel help

Ronk strikes at the the northernmost bugbear again with his spear twice, then swings a fist at the bugbear's head.
