Marcon observed things from his own corner, or at least tried in between the patchwork. Though its clear from the far too often dozing and squinting that the young human caught maybe every few words at best. Even so, seeing Rigel rise had been enough to convince the Marcon to do the same using the wall as a brace. "Look fellas. I-I didn't quite catch all that's been goin' on. But, if that one fella that was scream'n earlier still in danger, I'm ready to move." He said with a wince towards the end.
"Unless lil' green there can help convince his folk to hand over the captive. I'd suggest leave'm fer now at least, less he be tempted by what, well, me Mumz likes to call the number's game." With that said, Marcon strikes up another torch, and start to head out for the bridge. And few things short of being physically stopped will even give him pause at that point.

Ronk opens his eyes slowly. "If we take him with us, he might help... Or he might turn on us when he thinks we're outnumbered so he can be on the winning side." The bugbear stands slowly, cracking his knuckles before adding, almost sadly, "Maybe I should just knock him out..."
"Or, we just leave him tied up so he can't try to do something like that if we do have him guide us,"Vanzaren says, pocketing the frog and starting to divide up the money between everyone else that wasn't him. "So how about we stop threatening it with violence."
Obviously exasperated by the situation but derermined none the less, Rigel re-affirms his earlier position.
"I have made my offer. Out of respect for the group I will let this filth live, but I will not let him come with us. He may stay here bound and out of the way with no possibility of revealing our position and you can return later to release him. This is how you will keep your word to protect him. Next time don't make promises you may not be able too keep."
With that he scoops up his share of the coin and heads off after Marcon drawing his axe and dagger as he goes.
Rigel slows a bit and talks over his shoulder in answer,
"Aye, I do. I've dedicated many an hour protecting the families on the edges of the wild lands from ones like that. They do nothing but pillage and destroy. You saw how much they had stock piled back there. Those dead horses back on the trail. No matter what he says now, that thing had a part in that and he should pay for it A fast death is the best he deserves for the information he has regardless of how beneficial it may be. But no matter, I may have use for him yet."
A slight smirk slips across Rigels face as he utters those final words.
Stopit nods in silent acquiescence. “Ok, I waits,” he says. “No trust Yeemik...he bad...” the goblin offers as Garet recedes through the portal to elsewhere in the cave. Further up ahead, Marcon and Rigel cross the bridge into a narrow tunnel that begins to bend towards the southwest. He can hear goblinoid voices up ahead, but no screams of any sort.
Marcon jerked forward as if intending to immediately race to the goblinoid voices, only to catch himself mid-step with a huff. Afterwards, he strains himself to listen, hoping to at least catch a few of the echoed words prior to proceeding further down the tunnel.
Short of catching a hint that the prisoner was already dead, Marcon still carries on down the tunnel with shield held forward in a more defensive posture, knowing full well the torch light would give him away.

As Marcon barges into the so called “eating room”, a sub-cavern divided in half by a ten-foot-high escarpment, he glimpses a steep natural staircase leading from the lower portion to the upper ledge. The air is hazy with smoke and pungent from the smell of poorly cured hides and unwashed goblins...five of whom are lazing about on filthy straw mats as they tend two small cooking fires. From the upper level, an angry goblin berates a severely-injured human male. The human’s hands and feet are bound with rope and his long hair clings to his face, caked in layer upon layer of dried blood. The goblin on the upper level quickly turns his attention to Marcon’s sudden intrusion and begins shouting commands at the others in harsh, raspy goblish.

Ronk blinks a bit in mild surprise, and shouts back in goblin. "Don't eat people!" He slashes at the nearest goblin with his sword, following through with a large foot rocketing at the creature's head.

Ronk’s blade flashes in the dim firelight drawing a fine line across the goblin’s throat...followed by a kick that sends the goblin’s head careening off of several cavern walls like a wizard’s lightning bolt.
Yeemik’s eyes go wide and he drags the human to the edge of the escarpment: “Stop! Or I pushes him off!”
Vanzaren moves around Ronk and Rigel to stand between Notoes and Boom. He laughs at Yeemik's declaration. "Oh, I don't really think you're going to do something like that," he pulls his dagger from his belt and a few flourishes to show off seem to start an unknown song that's just loud enough for the people closest to him to hear. He mimics throwing the dagger at Boom and Yeemik. The force of the blow hits all three of them at one, and Vanzaren smirks. "Why don't you all just give up now before you all get hurt?"
Magic Missile: One at Boom, and Two at Yeemik: 344 - so i forgot to add the +1 to that final roll so it's actually a 4
Bonus Action: Start Bladesong, Vanzaren's AC is now 15 for the next minute, along with a bunch of other stuff that's important but I don't want to write it all down here
