GARET - Charisma (Persuasion) 17vs. DC 8 to convince the black wolf to retreat into the woods. (With advantage due to wolf being near death)
GARET - Charisma (Persuasion) 18vs. DC 8 to convince the grey wolf to retreat into the woods.
The black wolf heeds the firbolg’s warning and scampers off into the woods to lick its wounds and find food elsewhere. The grey wolf is not so easily cowed. It tells Garet that it has not eaten in many days and is tired of waiting for left over bones from the human the goblins dragged into the cave several days ago.
If possible Garet will tell group "dont kill him just give him some food and he will also run away" but if not due to combat order it is okay
RP comments out of initiative order are just fine. If anyone wants to try it this way, supply a ration and a DC 10 Wisdom (Animal Handling) check roll.
@Garet, great approach to non-combat problem solving, well done!
Realizing the other two wolves no longer pose a threat, Rigel quickly shifts his eye to the remaining wolf. Just as he draws a bead on the wolf and is about to let fly an arrow he hears the exchange with Garet and it gives him pause. As a steward of the forest, Rigel holds his stance for a moment to see if this wolf follows its companions lead
INITIATIVE ORDER:
Garet will shout "G..go away wolfs!" and he will cast Sacred Flame DC 13 on the animal at the entrance (ooc: the one at the top of the map)
If hit 4
White Wolf DEX SAVE: 4. A bolt of bright light strikes down from above and the wolf yelps with pain as the divine magic washes over him.
(OOC: Going to give Elisa the dodge action and move on.)
Garet will cast the same spell. This time at the first wolf
If hit 1
