Vicros heeds what H4NK says and makes his way over to where he has found the footsteps and studies them to see if he can track where they went. 

Survival check to track: 12

Nikola you find a couple scraps of alright condition tools like axes, or hammers and the like. Vicros you with H4NK's help find it indeed goes north through some fairly thick brush with surprisingly little disturbance of the forest around the path heading fairly far into the forest.

Vicros motions to the others as he begins to follow the tracks. "Grab anything useful and we'll start this way."

Alright what's our marching order?

Nikola will head up near the front of the line and keep an eye out for danger.

Vicros would follow behind Nikola

Bruce will take up the rear guard, making sure nothing surprises them

Ezra will be just in front of Bruce

H4NK rolls out in the middle.

You go through the forest Nikola leading you through fairly well, seeing a few birds and animals throughout but nothing too out of the ordinary besides finding a half eaten animals, but other than that you make your way following the tracks up to a small range of hills finding the tracks leading past what you can see, you also hear a slight breathing, like you would imagine from something large and heavy from somewhere around the hills. Do you continue to follow the tracks?

Vicros puts a hand on Nikola's shoulder and raises his finger to his mouth, motioning for him to be quiet. Vicros then holds hand his hand out for the others to stop in their tracks. He's trying to see if he recognizes or hears where the breathing is or coming from.

PERCEPTION: 19

(rolled with advantage just in case since ya know... his ears are suped up now lol. Disregard if not the case.)

Nikola stops at Vicros' touch and says a silent prayer before looking and listening, trying to pinpoint the source of the sound.

Nikola casts Guidance on himself.

Perception: 28

The sound seems to be coming from one of the hills itself and seeing you all stop and listen the elves chuckle and go up towards the hill the breathing comes from and pats it, then you all hear a loud groan from the hill as it stands up, no longer just a hill but a large animal as it leans over and nuzzles Immerial. "These guys aren't any harm friends, just the locals." He says still chuckling

Bruce, previously on edge from the noise, relaxes considerably, but still keeps an eye out. "What kind of animal is that? A bear?" His tone when asking is both curious and surprised.

"Truly, what is that? Can they let us know who's been by here?" Nikola asks, trying not to get too close to the enormous creature.

"They're Blourfurns, and no probably can't tell us much but they're pretty nice. I don't know if they're a bear though, just know they've been here since before our village even sprung up." Immerial says "Anyways we should probably get a move on, but these guys are nice so they won't hurt ya. Even help against some of the goblins that move through here every now an again." He says giving it one last pat before pulling his pack back up. And if there's no objections you keep going through the hills following the tracks eventually finding one with a small entrance on it, a wooden door with moss and dirt around it to try and disguise it slightly. 

Vicros motions to Nikola as he grabs the two daggers from his back sheath. He will Ready to attack if opening this door causes any trouble or someone to attack.

Ezra listens for any sign of someone inside.

Nikola reaches out and touches Vicros on the shoulder, casting Guidance on him. Then he turns to the door and tries to open it.

(Guidance can be used on initiative, btw)

Bruce keeps an eye open on their rear as the party opens the door. Though he focuses his hearing behind him.
