"She let me touch her in her no no square."Kasha said to Vastra, and realized immediately she spoke the words, instead of thinking them. She turned a horrible sickly burning red, covered her face, and slid down her chair to the floor, mortified.
"I knew she was fiesty!" Alys would reach underneath the table with a piece of bacon, offering it to Kasha, trying to make her feel better. She did sympathize with Kasha's embarrassment though. "Come, enjoy some breakfast." She'd lean to look under the table to offer a comforting smile.
Vastra kneels down and hands a cup of juice to Kasha, thinking that it would be a bad idea to give the already hyperactive Druid coffee. "Never mind, darling. We can talk about this in private, with fewer private ears." And we'll have a lot to talk about. She gives you friendly headpats.

"Ok.."Kasha said from under the table. You can tell from your fingers that Kasha took your bacon offering with her mouth, and ate it. She took the cup of juice and chugged it down. After a moment, still beet red, she got up slowly from underneath the table and sat down, doing her best to smile and resume her natural demeanor. She looked around the table at what everyone was eating and grew hungry. Her stomach growled loudly. She looked at Obsidian, who gave her a look, and she shrugged, trying to play it off.
Yvan joins the others when Kasha comes out from under the table, relieved to see that she had returned safe and sound, though a bit redder than normal. The goliath gives her a pat on the head and says good morning to everyone at the table and sits down where ever he could fit. As for breakfast, he just picks something simple and order's three plates of it to fill him up for the day. "... I take it your night went rather well then, Kasha?" He mentions, pointing at the mark on her neck.

Kasha leans on Yvan for a few moments when he comes down for breakfast, happy to see him again, but stiffens when he notices the marks on her neck. "Yeah."she said, burying her face in his arm. "She's a uh. Really good wrestler. She showed me some of her moves."She picked a few pieces of food from his breakfast, and ate some of it - and when Obsidian came over, she pet him lovingly, feeding him anything that looked appealing to him. They appeared to have a pleasant mental conversation with each other, too.
Furlong and Rinn come down the stairs shortly after. The two of them take their places at the table and wish everyone a good morning. After everyone has had their fill of breakfast, you all get up to go meet Lord Hartley. Stella, you stand in the back where you're less likely to be noticed. "And remember, no using Stella's last name." The directions that Maxwell gave you all to Eldath's Repose takes you through the wealthier parts Cerellia, which makes sense, considering his status as one of the wealthiest men in the country. You arrive at the inn, which to most of you looks more like a mansion, being three stories high and having marble columns on the outside, as well as some well-dressed staff at the doors. Each of them extends an arm to open one of the double doors, while using their free hand to quickly cast a spell that those with skill in Arcana would recognize as Prestidigitation.
The inside of the inn is just as fancy, with marble floors, musicians playing soothing tunes on harps, comfortable looking chairs and couches, as well as a fountain in the middle of the lobby. Kasha, Vastra makes it a point to keep you close to her in the front so that you can't touch anything you shouldn't or go swimming in the fountain. You all walk up to the front desk where Vastra addresses the Elven male behind it. "Yes, we're here to speak with Lord Maxwell Hartley, could you please notify him that the people he's called for a meeting with are here?" He looks at all of you and for a second his face betrays the slightest bit of doubt that one of the most powerful men in the country would associate with all of you. Regardless, he tells you all to wait a moment while he goes up to notify Maxwell.

Kasha looked around in wonder, truly impressed with the architecture. "Wow, this place is fancy."she whispered, resisting the urge to bathe in the fountain.
"Yes, yes, sure sure -- Now what in tarnation is a no-no box?"Barnabus asks the group at large after Vastra's reminder, having been very much still stuck on the thought throughout the ENTIRETY of breakfast. He had mostly just sat there, silently contemplating the myriad of possible physical features on a given humanoid's body. He even absently changed a thing or two on his own person prior to reverting to Barnabus' standard. Not all of which were visible. Whether or not he receives an answer, he remains unconvinced all the same, and stuck on the subject at least mentally well after the group takes their leave.
The only time he snaps to attention, it is when the elven sacretary gave the group dubious looks. To which, he tried establishing a mental link to the man and say mentally 'Let him know its the Misfit's Company from the other day. That aughta hasten things nicely!'

At first Alys would have thought Barnabus was just playing, but over breakfast she could see him contemplate it. As they take their leave, she'd look to Barnabus and this time use her mental link on him, "Are you familiar with female genitalia Barnabus?" Alys' voice sounded much older, wiser, soft and scholarly. A bit of a contrast to her external voice.
Alys would walk along mid pack with the others, hugging a journal to her chest. She'd stare up at the buildings, taking in the scenes and beautiful architecture. When entering the larger building with the others, her eyes would go wide with wonder. They'd dart around the room, scanning for any artifacts or valuable art works on display.
Barnabus rubs his chin, feigning consideration of Alys question. As time went on, he cannot help but smile an answer through a mental link -- be it his own or Alys. 'Given the number of times I've had to play me on sister in order to get out melarky Rin tends to get us in, ya can bet yer sweet tookus! Still don't explain what a 'no-no box' is. Though at this point, I figured it's Kasha speak fer somethin' silly again. Sort of. Still gots me curious.' He explained along the way.

Yvan: As you enter the inn, one of the signs you see says 'NO PETS' which means that even if the Hartleys have a dog, they couldn't bring it with them.
Everyone: After a few moments, the innkeeper comes back down. "Lord Hartley is ready to see you. Right this way." You're taken up to the penthouse of this inn. The door is opened up for you, and you are taken to Maxwell, who is currently having breakfast with his family around a large table. Spread across the table are plates with omelettes, steaks, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, all sorts of pastries, coffee with cream and sugar, tea, and a few pitchers of juice. "Good morning! Come, sit, feel free to enjoy some of the food. We certainly can't eat all of it ourselves." Maxwell says. Regardless of whether you partake or not, Maxwell begins speaking to all of you.
"My family owns a manor in the forest, sometimes we go there when we wish to get away from it all for a little bit. The manor is regularly staffed by a group of servants,as well as a friend of mine, a Druid named Theleus that has a bond with the forests. For the longest time, he's done his job admirably, tending to the plants, making sure that everything is clean, keeping wild animals off the premises, as well as never failing to maintain an open line of communication. He's not the type of person that I have to check on to make sure that he's doing what he's supposed to. Which made his lack of correspondence over the last two months rather disturbing to me. I've had to start sending him letters asking for the cause of his sudden silence. Four days ago, I received this in return."
He hands you all a letter. You open it, seeing a message written in absolutely terrible handwriting, saying that Maxwell is not the rightful owner of the land that he occupies, how the manor is a blight against creation, and how he should cease to occupy this land and return it to nature before he pays the price. "Theleus has worked at the manor for years with no sign of dissatisfaction. I can't imagine what has caused this sudden change of heart for him and I would hate to imagine that he has gone mad. If you could go down there and investigate what's going on, I'd gladly pay each of you 150 gold." Vastra's eyes grow big for a moment, but then she quickly calms herself before she jumps on the offer. "While the offer sounds good, we will have to discuss it ourselves." She takes you all to a spot outside of the dining room and huddles up. "We're taking the job, right? 150 gold would be a hell of a start to the year for us and not to mention, if we nail this, we would have the appreciation of one of the richest men in the country. Imagine what that would do for our brand!"

Vastra smiles at you Kasha, being more than smart enough to understand your euphemisms. You hear her voice whispering in your mind.
"There's nothing to be embarrassed about, darling. You're young, spirited, beautiful. It's perfectly natural to go out and have a bit of fun.
