Once everyone had been ready to trail behind the creatures, Yvan would give a nod in affirmation to begin to move forward, hand squeezing Alys' as an indication of their movement. He would ask Courage, though, if he could lead them, as he didn't want to put the wizard in any unnecessary danger.

But that was quickly thwarted since everyone was having a really bad stealth day :(

Stella grunts at the combo of attacks, but sends Obsidian to Help Yvan with Hoodini and then attacks Hound 1.

"So much for the good 'ole game of follow the leader!" Courage said deflecting or parrying every strike to come his way. Immediately after, he slams a fist to his chest plate, causing some compartment to open up. "Hope you're ready to move it, move it, big guy!" He barks out as some small device flies out of the chest and latches onto the goliath, releasing some strange cocktail to leave the goliath with tons of energy! 

Another pat the chest simultaneously closes the compartment, and causes the tieflings armor to project a thin barrier about his person.

Action: Cast (3rd level)Haste on Yvan.

Bonus Action: Defensive Field, gaining 13 Temp HP.

Hoodini swoops down, landing on Yvan's shoulders. He'd puff his chest out with wide determined eyes. He was as ready as a sponge in square pants. He'd hop from one foot to the next, ready to help his goliath smash.

Hoodini: Help Yvan

Alys' smile would grow with warmth as she'd see and feel everyone move in to support Yvan. Her eyes had returned to their blue hues. She'd look up to him with a dimpled cheek. "Ready?" Giving his hand a gentle squeeze, she'd bring it to her mouth with both hands to kiss his knuckles. "We're right beside you." Without her smile fading, the elf would whisper beneath her breath to channel her magic through his palm, giving him her strength.

Cast: Enlarge/Reduce on Yvan

Yvan grunts in annoyance at how quickly the beasts had spotted them, his free hand immediately going on the hilt of Cinderfall. 

He doesn't anticipate the strange device latching onto him, but once he feels the magic begin to flow through his body, the sense of familiarity helps him know it wasn't one of the creature's attacks. With Hoodini showing his readiness for battle, the goliath looks over to Alys, returning her warm smile with a small somber one, knowing he would have to break away from her soon enough. 

His heart swells as he feels her lips against his knuckles, and as her magic begins to work itself through his core, he cups her cheek before fully pulling away from her.

Yvan give a look of affirmation towards Obsidian and Hoodini, signaling to them he was ready.

"Go."

Wild Surge: 6

A bolt of lighting shoots out from the middle of Yvan's chest like that one Destiny 2 Warlock subclass, aiming towards the MoonBeast!

DC16 con save or take 2 radiant damage and be blinded until the start of their next turn!

After the bolt strike, Yvan follows up the attack on the MoonBeast with a flaming Cinderfall and his familiar friends!

Though it is only a few seconds at most in time, Courage 'sees' sounds as glowing music notes that somehow magically transform into various math formulas and equations. Suddenly the eye visor of the tieflings glow golden for a second. "That's it! Always cheese after the meat, but before the lettuce! Hahah!" He proclaimed proudly.

"... Chaunty girl's tits! We're fighting! Right! H-hold on!" With that, he rushes forth to punch ones attacking Alys and Vastra with his altered gauntlets.

Yvan is confused as to why some of his teammates have stopped moving and freezing in place, but he does know that it was after the moon beasts scream so he tries his best to bring the beast down!

Blue hues blink some more. Grasping to focus, Alys' instincts would follow Yvan's. She'd point to the moonbeast he unleashed his strength on, backing it up with an attempt to call upon the dead.

Courage bobs and waves about the strange creature, making it eat dirt or shield more often than it even comes close to get a hold of him. In appreciation for its valiant attempts, the tiefling throws out punch after punch with its thunder gauntlets to keep the one suppressed. AND THEN, he whips out.... a sonic screwdriver and holds it high above. "Activate Protection Protocol Delta!" He calls out as he points at Alys and clicks some button, making it make some weird screeching noise that leaves the air about her a little distorted.
