"Really?.....hmmm, I'd say you'd look fine in a uniform. Get yourself a fedora and trench coat, and you'd look downright dashing~" Sorrin laughs lightly at the image of it, "That aside, where did you learn to shoot? Someone teach you or did you pick it up?"
Aless's lips touched Mishas and they kissed. She felt the perfect soft pressure of her mouth on hers, their tongues playing gently with the kiss. As they were nose to nose kissing, Aless smelled unlike anything Misha had ever experienced so close to before. It was..a feeling..something out of space - out of time. If pleasure, or sensuality, or romance could have a scent - Misha wanted to drink it up, drown in it. Sure, Misha had been in relationships before - most of them very meaningful - until duty or time took her away each and every time. But time pressed on, relentlessly. For a long while after, Misha was careful with whom she bed, for usually it always ended up in heartache. She never aged, watched loved ones die, never got sick, or tired, her body and mind protected by a power most people would not comprehend. There were times before where she wondered how much pain someone could take before they broke, but Misha never did. She had lived for so long near the end her heart was numb, and had no desire for close relationships. The Lord General's gift had become..some sort of..curse. Without purpose, without her God, without her glory or honor...Misha spent the last years of her life wanting to die.
Then she met Alessandra.
There was something different about Aless. She was timeless. Eternal. A beautiful sexiness that made Misha's chest explode from her heart beating so fast. It was difficult to put into words, but something warm was growing in her heart because of how Aless made her feel. She wanted to be with her. Be inside her. Be around her. Be one with her. She thought of her very often, and it was becoming difficult to be apart from her for an extended amount of time. As Aless kissed her neck, she inhaled sharply, feeling her lips on her neck. It caused Misha to get goosebumps, and she continued to caress Aless's legs - they were smooth, long, and warm. The way Aless's hands moved down Misha's sides caused her to tighten in pleasure, and as Aless looked at her, she spoke afterwards something she always wanted to tell her:
"Ya vsegda khotel tebe koye-chto skazat'. Ya ne byl uveren v pervyy den', kogda vstretil tebya, no po mere togo, kak nochi stanovilis' kholodneye, moye serdtse stanovilos' tepleye. Ya tozhe tebya lyublyu."
"I'm gonna have to disagree with you there, buddy. I don't think that fedoras and trenchcoats are my thing. But anyway, my dad took me out shooting when I was a kid and when I was Embraced, I found that it made me even better at it than when I was a human. Something about the blood made it easier to focus and stay calm. And like I told Alessandra, all of the fights we've gotten into over the years made me better."

Had her heart been beating, she would sure it would have stopped the moment those words left Misha's lips. She felt like she was about to explode. It made her stomach twist and flip, made her throat knot and tears well up at her eyes. Alessandra loved the coterie, admired and adored each and every single one of them for every quality and trait they had possessed, but Misha... Misha was always above them all. Misha kept her grounded, made her feel safe, secure, taught her of this world, helped her meet the people she would come to care about, had made her feel a range of emotions she had forgotten she could even feel. When Alessandra thought of home, she thought of her, when she seeked comfort, she wanted to be with her, in her arms, surrounded by her and her alone.
Misha made her feel human.
And thinking of it only made her chest swell with joy and the tears fall directly onto Misha's cheeks. She choked out a laugh in disbelief that she was actually crying. "Why am I..." The words trails off as she swipes a shaky thumb across the red-heads cheek, only smearing the blood that had fallen out of her eyes. "I'm sorry, I... Haha--" Despite the tears, she smiles, genuine, as her hands wipe Misha's cheeks, then her own. "Warum hatte ich solche angst, dass du nicht dasselbe für mich empfinden würdest?" She questions herself, her thumbs gently caressing the sides of Misha's face. "Ich bin wirklich gesegnet, dich in meinem leben zu haben, Mischa."
She gives a soft laugh, leaning down to press a kiss on Misha's lips. "I... I'm sorry for getting sentimental on you... For ruining the mood, you just... You mean the world to me." She brushes her nose against hers, closing her eyes, then breathes, taking in her scent. "Hearing you say that... It makes me so happy... Beyond words can even express."

"You deed not ruin mood, velikolepnyy. Quite the opposeet."Misha smiled, looking up at her. "Thees is something thet Misha felt for a long time. Everything about Aless Misha wanted. She wanted wholeheartedly. She caressed her face and looked at her with love, with wanting, and with so much more. "I feel the same way about you."she told Aless. "I should hef told you earlier, but..Misha sometimes not good with words, ya?" she laughed. "I do not remember so many things from my life before, but I promise you, that I want to be in your future. She pulled Aless in, slowly, tightly, and kissed her from what seemed like an eternity. Her lips were soft, her hair smelled wonderful, and Misha caressed her skin with hands that yearned for her, wanted her, and never wanted to let go.

I want to talk about the difference between Compulsions and Frenzy.
First off, human blood is different than Vampire blood. Vampire blood is supernatural. The Blood seethes at the core of every vampire. Not quite sentient, but far from mindless, the Blood prods and cajoles its host into actions unthinkable to mortals. It can yield immense power, but sooner or later, someone always pays a price. Vampire Blood intangibly contains what they call The Beast. The Beast is always hungry for blood, always urging the Vampire to become a monster. It is an instictive feeling contained in the Blood that a Vampire must always fight and be aware of. To succumb to the Beast is to become a monster. A classic question in Vampire: the Masquerade is who controls you? You? Or the Beast? This is the price of the Blood and it's power.
Compulsion:Compulsions trigger from WITHIN a vampire on a bestial failures. It represents the Beast urging a vampire into actions that seem monstrous - sometimes instilling traits hailing from their clan's founder. Compulsions come in five different forms: Hunger, Dominance, Harm, Paranoia, and Clan. These compulsions form the core of the vampire personality that can be heavily amplified as the compulsion takes root. Compulsions are the visible manifestations of the Beast in a limited, temporary form. It's the Beast influencing the Vampire to feed, to hurt, to flee. Since it's source is the Blood, Compulsions feel like completely natural instinctive actions or feelings to a Vampire. Compulsions last for a short time, and cannot be avoided. You cannot use Willpower to regain control of yourself during a Compulsion.
Frenzy: Frenzy triggers from OUTSIDE circumstances during certain situations. Frenzy awaits for every Vampire - a constant threat to their fragile peace within. Frenzy is much worse than a Compulsion, and can occur due to hunger, fury, or terror. This is when the Beast's leash has been snapped, and is free to run wild for a certain period of time depending on the type of Frenzy. A Vampire in frenzy is no longer in control - they lose all capacity for rational thought, driven solely and completely by hunger, rage, or fear. Unlike many other impulses of the Blood, a frenzy is NEVER EVER subtle. Frenzy lasts longer than a Compulsion, as a vampire will not stop until it's completely fed, utterly destroyed the source of it's ire, or ran away far from the source of it's fear. Since Frenzy is much worse, you can roll to save against it, and spend Willpower to regain control of yourself for a short while.
"So Sorrin" Victor asks. "Where did you get so good with swords? Those weapons have fallen out of favor in recent centuries, so I doubt that the military have you those skills and you aren't so old that you were running around with the knights of the round table."

Sorrin chuckles, "I doubt they'd have me either. I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm not white knight in shining armor....truth be told, I taught myself growing up. Albeit, back then, it was just a busted cavalry sabre that I found in a pile of rubble. When I joined the military, I was able to practice with others....you're right about how they didn't train us with them by the time I joined, but they still were used and we did get some basics. Romania was....well, is a very poor country. Most of it's positives lay in it's culture and spirit, whereas everything tends to fall a tad short of the rest of the Western world."
"Very much so." He gives a self deprecating smile, "Though it wouldn't be wise for me to return just yet.....I still have people I knew that live there....I'd rather not burden them by being found...nor do I wish to risk the masquerade of course."
"That's pretty impressive on their part." Victor mentions. "You're older than my parents, so if a mortal knew you, they must have lived a rather long time. Still, I'm sorry that you can't return to your home."
He gives a sad smile and nods, "As am I. But such is the way of things. Wishing it to be different won't change it....enough of this somber talk though. What do you say to doing something fun?~" Sorrin returned to his usual charming smile and motioned to see if Victor had any ideas.
In the years since Victor had become a vampire, his contact with humanity grew less and less frequent. The friends and family that he knew during his 25 years as a mortal thought that he was gone forever, a necessary lie to keep up the Masquerade. And while he had a string of mortal lovers during his first few years as a neonate, he eventually tired of one night stands with forgettable pretty faces. His contact with mortals was almost totally restricted to commercial transactions and other encounters that couldn't be avoided when dealing with the mortal world.
Almost.
There was one human that Victor kept was fond of. A human barista named Lena, aged 23 and while she didn't possess the queenly figure of Alessandra, the amazonian body that Misha had, or the siren-like allure of Alana, she still had a beauty that Victor could appreciate. And he found it quite enjoyable to converse with her. Victor found himself frequenting the shop she worked at, so that he could speak with her more often. The others knew that he liked her and understood, as they had their own connections to mortality. While she didn't occupy the spot in his heart that the Coterie did, she became a friend of his, despite his sire's repeated warnings against letting yourself become tied down to a human. But things were fine, they got along and even had a few casual dates after Victor got her phone number. Nothing to worry about.
Until Victor caught word that she was attacked by some muggers. She survived the assault, but was bloodied and traumatized as a result of the encounter. Mortal on mortal crime was nothing new and as a vampire, he did not get overly concerned with it, but Lena was different. She wasn't one of the nameless mortals who walked the streets every night. She was someone he cared for, second only to those in his Coterie when it came to his affections. He felt himself boiling with fury. He couldn't contain the Beast, suddenly leaving the castle and vanishing into the night. The last thing he knew before he went completely feral was that the first person he saw was going to suffer. Especially if they were responsible for assaulting Lena.
Some amount of time later, Victor woke up in an underground parking facility with no memory of how he got there. His attempts to recall how exactly he got here were interrupted by the discovery of a dead body, one that appeared to be a Kindred. Time seemed to stop for him as the realization dawned on him. Fear seized him and if he was a mortal, he assumed that it would be enough to stop his heart right now. He frantically pulled his phone out of his pocket and called Misha. The seconds seemed to drag on as he waited for her to pick up. He breathed a sigh of relief when she finally picked up. "Misha?" Victor said, his voice containing a panic that she's never heard from him before. "I ****ed up bad. No time to explain. I need you to get the others and come over to help me deal with this. Please."
Misha was in the kitchen wearing an apron that said DOST THOU EVEN HOIST stirring a bowl of jell-o - one of Aless's favorite sweet treats. Then her phone rang. She grabbed it, put it to her ear holding it with her shoulder and kept stirring. After a moment, she smiled and jokingly said, "Who ees thees..?"
Misha hung up the phone and looked at it for a moment. Victor sounded very distressed. Even Misha picked up on it. It must be serious. Victor was in trouble. She walked over to the wall and pushed a button. The intercom activated with a beep. "Thees ees Misha. Victor ees in trouble. Everyone get dressed and ready. We hef to go peek heem up now. Misha out." She went to her room and undressed out of her cooking apronand wore her black jeans, black turtleneck, and her leather jacket. She opened a large safe and took out her gun, checking it quickly, and sliding it in it's back holster on her person. She headed to the garage.
