The party continues onwards for another twenty minutes of travelling, keeping an eye out from all directions. Tahia and Tonv'ii are first to hear some rustling in the trees around the area, alerting the others. Spying in the trees are a ten simian creatures, their eyes sunken and mouths bearing sharp teeth.

INITIATIVE!
How we'll do initiative: I'll roll the group's initiatives and then post a second time with a sorted initiative list. If your turn is before the next DM-controlled character, then please take your turn. If you do not take your turn within it being available for 24 hours (maybe longer for weekends) then it'll be auto-piloted by myself, focusing on using cantrips/attacks etc. unless there are context clues as to what to do (like having a healing spell and a dying ally).
SCENARIO: The cart has the party around it (party within 15 ft. of one another). There are 3 su-monsters hanging about 20 ft. away in the trees ahead, 4 to the left of the cart about 30 ft. away, and 3 to the right of the cart around 60 ft. away. They are all in the treeline around 15 ft. above the ground.
If the wagons are still moveing, i will conjur animal CR1 and try to get 2 giant spiders. Then i will wildshape into the same animal as i have conjured. I will ask the fey to protect the wagon and the artisans and to use web when ever posible.
If the wagon already stoped, i will cast fog cloud(assumeing thwre is no wind) instead around the wagon and the artisans, shout them a warning not to be afraid of the spider and turn myself into a giant spider while inside the fog.
For reference, the wagons will have stopped since the group was alerted. There isn't much of a breeze here, so the fog can be summoned.
Gnoll brings out a field of fog over the area, heavily obscuring the environment around the cart and those within it. The goblin then grows in size as long black pointed legs protrude out, until there is naught but a giant spider in Gnoll's place.
Tahia taps Tvon'ii on the shoulder. *Look sharp,* she says telepathically. *There's fog on the path, though, so you might be better off using your bird's sight still. I'll be back.* (OOC: Unless you have telepathy, this racial ability doesn't allow you to respond.) She jumps down and runs to the left side of the cart, where she saw the largest group of monsters. Once she breaks the fog and can clearly see them, she'll cast Faerie Fire at that group of 4 (Dex save, DC 14). She'll then duck back into the fog with her last 5 feet of movement (if she needs to use her bonus action to dash she'll do so, but she's only going to go back in the fog enough to be fully obscured).

Tahia scrambles out of the fog for a moment, laying colourful lights over the area in front of her. Su-Monster 4-7 Dexterity Saving Throws:12, 10, 12, 17 One of them ducks out of the way just in the nick of time, but the other three are shrouded in a glimmering wreath of lights.
Korvek aligns himself at the front of the cart with weapon raised for if the monkey-like beasts get close.
The Suu monsters begin their advance. The three to the front swing forward, as one screeches at the group. They stay out of the fog, seemingly curious about how it got there. They hang from the treeline, around 10 ft. from the edge of the fog. The two groups on either side do something similar, the group on the left screeching as they pat at each other in an attempt to remove the glowing lights, but it is in vain.

Tvon'ii slips off the back of the cart already in battle mode. His last sight from Themis showing there were three groupings of these 'monsters'. They seemed to be simple creatures given their confusion from the fog spell. In a low running crouch the elf moves to the back right corner of the fog barrier. He slips on a pair of leather gloves dotted with runes and laced with golden filigree and gemstones. A single deep breath and he steps out of the fog a fair distance away from the ape like creatures.
The wizard immediately starts pulling energies up his arcanomechanical armor. Gemstones embedded in his armor ignite in arcane magics, the golden paths connecting them illuminating as the energy travels the channels up to his hands. He traces runes in the air causing the shape of a sword pointing towards the ground to coalesce in front of him. The weapon made of and wreathed in fire. The pommel taking shape just at chest level. Tvon'ii finishes the set of specific gestures and abruptly brings both hands to the handle of the sword.
"BRACE! RIGHT SIDE!"He yells out of some sort of trained instinct and immediately plunges down on the sword. Those that had fought with or against the Royal Order would know that the call for 'brace' would typically be followed by a phalanx like shield maneuver of the front line paladins. The semi-magical warriors having trained to weather the heavy artillery of their supporting magi.
The tip of the partially transparent flaming sword plunges into the ground just as a massive twenty foot radius version begins to appear above the group of Suu monsters to the right of the cart. The blade shaped ball of fire plunging into the middle of he group in a massive explosion of fire, though just far enough away to not damage the cart or its occupants. That doesn't stop the sound and force from rocking the surrounding jungle area.
Tvon'ii lets out a big breath of air and the energy from his spell starts to disperse. As quick as he can he jumps back into the obscurity of the fog as far as he can manage to get.
Tvon'ii rears to the back, seeing the monkey-like monsters screeching at High Elf who hurls a huge ball of flame that explodes over the jungle area. (They had effectively taken a dodge on their turn, so they have advantage on the saving throw. Players: if you make attack rolls this turn and not hidden from the su-monsters, you will have disadvantage due to this)
The blast of the fireball engulfs the area. The su-monsters, seemingly anticipating an attack, manage to curl up into the rafters as the ball ignites. They are nastily charred, but still alive and very angry as they screech out into the jungle. In addition, several of the trees ignite, the flames now spreading through several trees.
(Given it's a busy time of the year, I'll give until Monday for Morduk/Trumann to respond)
Trumann steps out of the flog cloud to face towards the 4 Su on the left side. "Raven Queen beseech my enemies and aid my allies. I thank you!" He prays out loud as he grabs his holy symbol and gestures towards the creatures with his free hand.
2nd Level Bane DC 14 CHA save.

As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 12 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).
Gnoll will try to stay within 10 feet of the artisans inside the fog to keep an „eye“ on them.
Mord then scurries with the metallic boar trundling along, the crossbow fires and strikes into the first su-monster, the bolt embedding deep in its shoulder. (Su-Monster 4: 5 damage)
The artisans call some gnomish commands to one another.
"Quick, cover the goods. They'll try a snatch & grab most likely!"
There is rustling within the fog as the gnomes fumble around looking for things in the concealed area.
Spider-Gnoll sneaks off into the treeline whilst the su-monsters are distracted by the spells, as a web flies out and constricts the su-monster.
@Gnoll: If you want to stay within 10 ft. of the artisans, it involves being in the fog. Also, please designate which su-monster you were webbing up so I know which one to apply restrained condition to.
