The wizard would wait with his companions until they separated and then would talk to the inkeep, asking him for a room to stay the night.
Hunferho will stick around with Axandros, and also ask for a room.
(OOC: There is still 2 GP, 9 SP leftover. Which is probably enough to cover everyone's lodging.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Sorry for the lack of update. Been unwell, but trying to catch up with things. Going to try and keep this quick and answer base questions.)
With the prior knowledge of fences and jewellers within Baldur's Gate, the group can probably find someone to sell the gold necklaces to the following day if they so desire. Tarina offers the group 20 gold for the necklaces, saying they might look nice as little trinkets when working the room. If they do: it will take 7 hours of time of the following day, and a Charisma (Persuasion) check.
With the upper city still unavailable (even speaking with the guards they tell Alea that there are no exceptions unless a captain or higher position authorises it), the rooms at the Elfsong Tavern are available. The staff don't seem to care that the party committed murder there, so long as they don't cause too much trouble. It is 5cp for a bunk in a common room, or 5sp for a private room.
The bounty hunters return to their office, finding a couple of things when they return. The first is that the body of Nine Lives has been left there for them, better wrapped now with a shroud covering him. The other thing they find is affixed to the front door an eviction notice, giving the business of the once trio two weeks notice of eviction. However, they can stay there for now, at least until they're kicked out officially.
When Khaffosi sees the eviction notice and the corpse of Nine-Lives, his ashen gray complexion immediately shifts to crimson and smoke rises above his head. After venting on some sparring dummies, Khaffosi sleeps for the night.
The next morning, he leaves a hearty "F-U" note pinned to the eviction notice, then brings Nine-Lives to a temple for burial or cremation. Once all that is done, he heads to the bath house and starts to surveil as conspicuously as possible.
Arrow, having seen Khaffosi like this before, gives him space, he suggests perhaps they use their new found status as members of the Flaming Fist and martial law to commandeer their offices for official use, forcing their landlord to suck an egg. He will make sure his stuff is gathered up as neatly as possible in his bug-out bag so if they have to make a quick escape. He will also take some time before sleeping for the night to inquire with any known associates to see if there is any bounty for Dead-Eye or just pirates in general before returning home for the night (if there is no bounty to be had, he'll just leave the head sitting on a trash bin watching the street because he finds it amusing)
The next day he just assists in getting Nine-Lives to the temple and taken care of, and then off to the bath house to rendezvous with the rest of the party (assuming none of them have decided to take this opportunity to run for it) giving Khaffosi time to 'cool' off, literally and figuratively.
Axandros took a room at the elfsong and having dealt with Dead-eye, he spent the evening drinking and gambling with the regulars. He retired early enough to get a good night's sleep. In the morning the wizard would wait for the others that stayed at the inn and would eventually make his way to the bathhouse in their company.
Alea wasn’t much for staying up to late that night and spent most of the time either talking with Pogo or Hunfero about different things and mentioning the unfortunate fact she wasn’t allowed in the upper district either, deep down she hoped her superiors would understand and she wouldn’t loss the job or have another unpleasant discussion with them. After a while of talking Alea headed to her rented room in the elfsongs tavern and removed the heavy plate armor she was wearing before going to sleep in some thin casual wear

The two veteran bounty hunters don't seem to note any bounties for Dead-Eye, though it may be that he is wanted in other regions as Tania mentioned that he chased her down to Baldur's Gate.
With Nine-Lives left at a temple to Tyr, they assure the pair that his body will receive an honourable burial. They do not charge, as the bounty hunting trio have brought a fair few criminals into the courts of justice already.
The group awakens feeling somewhat refreshed. The Elfsong Tavern was a little rowdy overnight, and the bunking was not the best. At the early hours, the song of the elven spirit sung again, its eerie words seeming to be the same as last time. Meeting outside of the establishment, one by one each of the conscripted Flaming Fist mercenaries find themselves back in a group.
Alea was there covered in her chain mail armor rubbing her eyes as she tried to get the sleep out of them, she had been hoping for a better sleep that night

(OOC: I assume the first 8 hours of the morning were spent with Khaffosi and Arrow doing their bounty hunter business, including the funeral. In that case, the remaining 4 would probably look for a reputable pawn shop for the necklaces. They would meet later in the morning, some distance from the bath house. Meeting at the bath house itself would draw attention.)
Hunferho casts Detect Magic as a ritual on the necklaces and the ring. If any of them are special, set it aside. (Guessing not.) Hunferho doesn't trust Tarina's offer (but would politely decline). He, along with Alea, Axandros, and Pogo, look for a shop or merchant, to hopefully get a better offer for the necklaces.
(Sounded like Arrow wanted the ring. It will be appraised, but not sold. But the necklaces are sold if we get an offer of 20 GP or better.)
Persuasion check: 15. I assume that the other three are Help-ing, so if it is with advantage, the second roll is: 24
When they meet mid-afternoon, away from the bath house but within eyeshot, Hunferho suggests: "Tarina's information was not extensive. I would like to check the city records. We may find architect's plans of the building, which may help in finding their secret door. It would also help to know who owns and runs the business... Some of us can check what information is available, while others watch over the bath house?"

"Solid idea Hunferho, I wouldn't be too good at it so I should probably watch the bath house"
With the morning being taken up by trying to sell the jewellery, Hunferho discovers that none of them hold a magical aura, probably to his disappointment. However, after only a few hours, they get them appraised and evaluated. By early afternoon, they have an offer of 25 gp per necklace, and the ring will fetch around 125 gp (total 175 gp if all three are sold).
The group knows that "city records" aren't really something that are simply available, even to the Flaming Fist. The builders and artisans' guilds that work on such projects rarely ever divulge such information. However, they can spend some time trying to find out things by word of mouth and perhaps speaking with contacts.
(If anyone wants to do so, they can make a flat Charisma check and if they have a good idea of contacts based on things like backgrounds, they'll get advantage)
You are in frequent contact with people in the segment of society that your chosen quarries move through. These people might be associated with the criminal underworld, the rough-and-tumble folk of the streets, or members of high society. This connection comes in the form of a contact in any city you visit, a person who provides information about the people and places of the local area.
