The man with wild hair, rotted teeth, and skin painted blood leaps down through the ten foot gap and lands on the wagon below in the loading dock. You see him scamper outside towards the front through the things that the wine master called 'blights'. The blights begin clambering into the loading bay. Two manage to reach the door below and shuffle into the winery. You can hear them scraping away at the bottom of the ramp.
Alright, everyone can take your action. Lionel, the massive man you just met turns to you, "Remember my new ally, dream bigger. Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you. And remember, great things never come from comfort zones." These words inspire you (for some reason). (1d6 for you to add to a future roll).
Hart also has his regular action besides the inspiration, if he'd like to do something else as well.

(Can Mordekai see a lot of the blights from here? Contemplating Faerie Fire, I'm looking to get the druid and as many blights as possible in a 20ft cube, how many could I get from this position?)
Basicly the same question as Mordekai. Meepo is considering web so needs to know if he would be able to get a decent amount of them into the area of affect. If a group of them is clustered, in the doorway to the loading bay, then he would cast it there, inhibiting access to the building and trying to catch a large group in the area of affect.
That was a lot of complicated concepts in a few sentences, ant too little time to reflect on them. Lionel did a simple thing - whistled to the running druid, Compelled Duel and threw his javelin at him. Then jumped down to the twigs.
"Ahhhh!" The man lets out a yelp as the compulsion washes over him, and he flees between the twig creatures.
Mordekai, Badger, you can get around 10 - 12 of the creatures in your spell as they huddle about the entrance to the loading bay.
Lionel leaps down, his hair flowing behind him as his blade whisks from his sheath with a deadly sounding "shhhhnnnkkkk". He lands on the wagon where he has height advantage and begins taking sweeps at the twig creature that suddenly decide to flood towards him. At the same moment the doorway and area around the entrance of the loading bay fills with a mass of webs. The creatures struggle as the sticky strands restrict them.
Lionel, you have advantage on your attack against a twig creature, please feel free to roll another d20.
Hart lets a rapier, looking small in his hands, slide from it's sheath. A twig creature comes running up the ramp behind him, another close on its heels. (Take your attack).

In case I still need it: Olin Initiative, 5
(So from what I can tell, we're in W16, the druid jumped down onto the wagon in W2 and two blights have entered the winery there as well. So we can look down from W16 and see 1 druid and 2 blights? Edit: Guess I needed to refresh before posting!)
"Someone block them from coming up stairs, the rest of us, use the high ground to put an end to these unnatural creatures!" Olin says, casting shillelagh on his staff before pointing it down at one of the tree creatures as the faint sound of bells ring in its woody ears. Toll the dead: DC 14 Wis save or it takes 3 necrotic damage.

Olin, let me know what # you wish to target with toll the dead. 1
Ismark rushes next to Hart to try and block the upper hallway from them, his sword swiping at the blight. Attack: 11 Damage: 6. Attack: 23 Damage: 6.
Ismark's first swipe smashes off it's shoulder, but the second swipe crashes into it's shoulder sending bits of wood everywhere. The creature is still up.
Ismark and Hart are at the front of the upper hallway together effectively blocking their progress from there. Two at most can reach them at a time.
(Anyone's attacks against glowing enemies should be made with advantage. I think I rolled highest initiative of the group, so would've lit them up before anyone else went. Just on my phone so can't tell whether that's been happening or not, but just wanted to point it out).

Additional d20 (without mods) 14
Druid did not care, and Lionel changed tactic. Searing SmiteLongsword Twig 11 Attack: 10 Damage: 11 + 6 fire damage (I have a feeling it was an overkill :) )
(Also, Lionel and Olin, you should have 9 temp hit points which aren't marked on your character sheets, from my Inspirational Leader feat. Ismark would also have been included in that, but not Hart unfortunately, as we hadn't met him yet.)
Lionel chops down one of the creatures with his blade, wood and charred grass and roots spray across the ground. Hart, your attack, then the bad guys get to go.
